"Podere Le Vigne" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, unique, distinctive style, a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.

Federica is a lovely host and very helpful. The property is located within a 20-minute walk to Porta Tufi, however, part of the walk does not have a designated pathway so I wouldn't want to do it in the evening. We found the walk enjoyable. There is a bus, but we did not use it. The property is very clean with lovely surroundings. The washing machine is very handy. We found the bed to be very hard - not comfortable for us. The website stated that breakfast was included, however, it actually costs 5 euros per person - Federica said she will have the website updated. The breakfast was disappointing, coffee or tea, a few slices of bread with jam, some homemade cake, an apple, a nectarine, and some small figs. There were some pastries, however, these were the "long life" type in plastic bags. Maybe it's a cultural thing but given the photos and description on the site, it was not what we expected.

It’s a beautiful place, green and well maintained. It’s around 20 mins walk to the Piazza del Campo in Siena. Federica was kind and did a great cake for the breakfast. Except for the noise coming from a highway it was a perfect stay. Thanks!

Fantastic host, shared many information about Siena. Charming room, beautiful garden and terrace. Breakfast is good and enough. No need for a car, when you stay here to reach Siena, only 20 minutes walk from the old town. Will choose again if I come back here.

We loved spending a few days in this unique country home that was once a farmhouse which has been lovingly restored. Family owned and operated by Federica, who is proud of her Siena heritage, very helpful sharing information about her city and culture, and in getting to know her guests. We enjoyed staying outside the city, and found it easy to catch the local bus into Siena. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, with the extra wool blankets the heating was adequate for April, and with the windows closed we heard no traffic noise from the nearby highway. Internet is available, though sometimes it can be intermittent. If you decide to eat breakfast there, Federica makes really delicious coffee. We like a substantial breakfast (photo did not reflect what was offered on our first day), and so decided to eat in Siena instead.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The sheets and towels smelled clean. Federica is an excellent host with an incredibly warm and genuine laugh. Extremely comfortable place to stay. Quiet. Easy bus to catch for five minutes into town. We took the bus into town and walked back. Walk back easy 15-20 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay at Podere Le Vigne. The hosts are amazing and friendly. The bed and breakfast is very clean and the location is beautiful. Just a short distance outside of Siena, it is a great location for the price.

This is a delightful traditional farmhouse located close to Siena. The farmhouse is located down a driveway some distance from the road. The rooms are spacious and bright. Breakfast was delicious with our hostess providing a choice of homemade cakes and fresh coffee. Breakfast could be taken in the garden in warmer weather. The proximity of this accommodation to Siena makes it especially appealing.

Everything was perfect. The family is very welcoming, very friendly and very helpful. The B&B is only 20 min walk from the centre of Siena. The breakfast was gorgeous, lovely coffee, homemade cakes and jams and plenty of fruit, hams and the rest. Definitely a place to come back to.

Superb welcome by the owner and good contact with great advice. Breakfast for 5 euros per person very good, with fruits, homemade cakes, homemade jam/bread and excellent cappuccino. Charming house among the olive trees. Pleasant room with beautiful view of the countryside. Just in the morning and evening we could hear the people in the neighboring room due to poor insulation. Consider double curtains for the morning light. Close to the Porta Tuffi of Siena, a bit dangerous to walk because it's along the road, by car 2 minutes with parking at 1.5 euros/hour from 8:00 to 20:00. I recommend this guest house.

Very friendly and helpful owners. 1 km from the entrance of the city. On foot or by bus right in front, everything is easy to get to the center. Correct breakfast. We appreciated all the explanations from the owner regarding the Palio. The large country house is typically Tuscan.

Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire. Situation du B&B un peu à l'écart du centre historique, ce qui permet de profiter d'une petite balade champêtre pour rejoindre la porte Tufi (10-15 mn à pied). Chambre spacieuse et petit déjeuner complet avec beaucoup de produits locaux et maison. Très bon B&B.

To visit Siena and its surroundings, it was a great starting point here. The house and the rooms are wonderfully spacious and quiet. Everything very clean. Moreover, the nice landlady is very helpful. Bus connection directly in front of the property. Sweet breakfast was ok. Delicious coffee ☕️.

Very convenient location for Siena (walking distance to the old town about 20 minutes) with plenty of parking space for a large car. The owners are very friendly and offer a homemade coffee for breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable but not with a new design, yet very authentic. Price-performance ratio is very good for Siena! Clear recommendation!

Gediegene Unterkunft mit ländlicher Atmosphäre in Laufabstand von Siena, sehr schön gelegen mit großem Garten. Haltestelle von 2 Busverbindungen direkt an der Zufahrt zu Le Vigne. Sichere Parkmöglichkeit für Auto und kurze Wege zu wichtigen Strassen sowie die Innenstadt von Siena machen Le Eigne zu einer optimalen Ausfallbasis für die Erkundung von Siena und seine Umgebung.

Das b&B liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der Schnellstraße und dirket vor den Toren von Siena. Die Nähe der Schnellstraße ist aufgrund der sehr guten Schallschutzfenster kein Problem. Die Stad wird in 20-25 min. zu Fuß erreicht - oder man nimmt den Stadtbus (hält direkt an der Unterkunft) und ist in 10 min. in der Stadt. Federica und ihre Mutter sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Located just over a kilometer from Porta Tufi, it allows you to reach the city on foot but is also close to the bus stop. Very pleasant and quiet location (you forget you are close to the city and the main road). Very kind managers, abundant breakfast. If I had to find a flaw, the bathroom in our room was a bit small. If I were to return to Siena, I would book again at Podere Le Vigne.

Ideal place to visit Siena, you can reach it on foot in 20 minutes. The house is immersed in greenery and silence, which is why I chose this B&B. We slept very well, despite a biting cold that surprised us, considering the season, upon our return we found the room warm and cozy. The very kind lady made us feel at home. The farmhouse is also close to a commercial area, where you can find everything, there are two pastry bars that I recommend. Podere Le Vigne.

Clean structure in typical Tuscan style. The garden was much appreciated by our little dog. The 4-bed room had a sofa bed which was quite comfortable. The kind owner provided us with necessary information. The breakfast was basic, I enjoyed the homemade lactose-free sweets. The position is excellent since in Siena you cannot enter by car, it's great for moving around, either 5 minutes by car or for those who prefer public transportation. We will come back. The only flaw is the lack of a POS.

Abbiamo pernottato per due notti con la mia ragazza in questa struttura, molto gentile e ospitale la proprietaria, ottima la struttura, ottima la collocazione dal centro di Siena, ahimè unica pecca il freddo non ci ha fatto dormire bene perché il riscaldamento è stato acceso pochissimo tempo! Mi dispiace perché con poco si poteva fare la differenza è dare sicuramente un servizio migliore!

A pochi passi dal centro, delizioso B&B con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La proprietaria Federica e sua madre sono state molto gentili e disponibili. Camera grande e pulita. Il B&B è immerso nel verde, la zona è molto tranquilla e si trova in posizione strategica nelle vicinanze di Porta Tufi, si può arrivare in centro storico anche a piedi oppure prendendo l'autobus, la fermata è a pochi passi ma al tempo stesso è anche molto vicino alla superstrada. Camera semplice ma pulita, buona e varia la colazione che abbiamo fatto in giardino. Proprietaria e mamma molto gentili e disponibili. Barbara e Gilberto.

Siamo stati in questo B&B con la nostra bambina e l'atmosfera vera Toscana era quella che cercavamo. La posizione è comoda per visitare sia Siena che i borghi vicini. Il servizio davvero gentile e attento, le torte servite a colazione buonissime, forse mancava un pò di varietà. La stanza grande, mentre il bagno era un po' piccolo. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene.

Bel casolare tipico toscano immerso nel verde e a soli 20 minuti a piedi dal centro della città di Siena. La camera era spaziosa e pulita. La padrona di casa, Federica, e la mamma sono state gentilissime e a colazione ci hanno deliziato con le loro marmellate e torte fatte in casa.

Accogliente casa rurale d'epoca immersa in ampi spazi verdi in ambiente rilassante e silenzioso, nonostante sia vicino alla tangenziale e alla strada di accesso alla città. Camere spaziose, luminose e ben attrezzate con mobili confortevoli. Colazione curata e preparata dai gestori in ambiente informale e familiare. Estrema gentilezza e disponibilità nel fornire tante informazioni. Consigliato a chi è stanco di fredde e anonime catene di hotel.

Piacevole struttura immersa nel verde e comunque molto vicina a Siena. Bello il casale, ristrutturato con attenzione ai materiali e agli arredi tradizionali. Stanza confortevole e pulita. Un punto di forza è senz'altro la colazione, abbondante e tutta fatta in casa dalla proprietaria Federica e dalla sua mamma, sempre presenti e cordialissime. Infine il prezzo, più che onesto. Un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a Siena.

Siamo stati la prima volta in Aprile e siamo tornati a fine Agosto: la struttura è molto bella, in campagna ma a pochi minuti dal centro di Siena. Posizione ottima e facilmente accessibile dall'uscita della superstrada. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Ottima anche la colazione con torte e marmellate fatte in casa. Federica, la proprietaria, è molto gentile e disponibile. Noi abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e senza chiedere niente ci ha fatto uno sconto sul prezzo della camera. Consigliatissimo!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni ai primi di maggio 2018. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nel consigliarci ristoranti, parcheggi e posti da visitare. La colazione è abbondante e soprattutto servono prodotti fatti in casa che a mio avviso fanno la differenza..l'ambiente è molto familiare e pulito. La struttura è fuori dal centro ma vicinissima, e consiglio di prendere il bus che ha la fermata proprio davanti alla struttura e passa ogni 15 minuti e in 5 minuti ti porta in centro con 1.20 euro! Consigliamo a tutti la struttura!

Io, la mia compagna e mio figlio di 4 anni cercavamo una struttura tranquilla e in campagna vicina al centro di Siena e abbiamo trovato il Podere le Vigne che ci ha soddisfatti in pieno. Siamo stati molto bene anche se per una sera soltanto. L'ambiente è molto confortevole e amichevole. Hanno accolto bene anche il nostro figlio che era molto eccitato della gita fuori porta. hanno un ampio spazio fuori con possibilità di piccole passeggiate. Grazie mille.

Il posto è molto bello (sia la struttura interna, sia il giardino e il verde in cui il B&B è immerso) ma la vera chicca del posto sono Federica e la sua mamma: semplicemente strepitose! Gestiscono il podere con passione e sono molto attente alle esigenze degli ospiti. La colazione è un momento speciale, mangiando dolci fatti in casa, le ragazze fanno immergere i propri ospiti nell’atmosfera senese, raccontando aneddoti della città con simpatia e leggerezza. Abbiamo passato un weekend favoloso anche grazie a loro.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia al Podere Le Vigne durante il ponte dell'8 Dicembre e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Federica e la sua mamma sono veramente molto accoglienti e disponibili nei confronti dei loro ospiti. Il casale ha una posizione eccezionale, visto che è immerso nel verde della campagna ma poco fuori le mura di Siena che è quindi raggiungibile anche a piedi. L'arredamento è quello tipico toscano molto caldo e la colazione è abbondante e ricca di specialità preparate in casa come vari tipi di torte e le buonissime marmellate. I consigli delle nostre ospiti sono stati preziosi per godere al meglio le bellezze di questo meraviglioso territorio.

L' unica cosa che secondo me dovrebbero rivedere è la fornitura di asciugamani che abbiamo trovata un po' scarsa. Solo un asciugamano per il viso e no asciugamani piccoli. Per il resto tutto perfetto.
