I recommend this accommodation for its excellent functionality, cleanliness, and geographical location. Quiet and 1 km walk from the tram terminus, it is ideal for a long weekend visit to Florence.

Mrs. Gloria is very kind and helpful, the apartment is well-kept and equipped with all the details. The structure is in a great location for those who need to stay for logistical needs near the Careggi hospital or the Meyer Hospital. Unfortunately, the location on the street is terrible and the noise of the cars is continuous, making it impossible to sleep. Also, as soon as you leave the door, you find yourself in the middle of the road with difficulty even crossing on foot. From the adjacent apartment, all the noises are heard, even just talking.

Everything was perfect, the quality/price ratio was very good. The location was secluded but close to the Tram T1 Leonardo terminus to reach the center of Florence, with paid parking at a cost of € 0.50/hour. The only downside was the air conditioning that wasn't working, but being out all day didn't affect livability much.

For those who unfortunately have to use the "Services" of Meyer, you couldn't ask for more: on foot in 5 minutes. Cleanliness and taste in the furnishings make you feel at home. A special mention to the lady's welcome who makes herself available for any need. Possibility to park the car in a closed place. Highly recommended. Excellent.

Clean, well-maintained structure, equipped with everything needed for the stay. Spacious and comfortable bathroom, there is even a small dishwasher in the kitchenette. P. S.: the rating on the location is naturally subjective, for work reasons I needed a structure close to Careggi Hospital, if you want to go downtown the situation is different.

Gloria is a kind and friendly host. The apartment is clean and close to Careggi and the tram to Florence. When I looked around I checked the reviews and in the end they were spot on. If you are on foot you will reach Careggi or Meyer in 10 minutes and the Careggi tram in 15-20 minutes. The apartment is clean and, even though it's just a small studio flat, it's super equipped. Mrs. Gloria also provides the necessary for breakfast for a few days which doesn't usually happen. Moreover, there is free parking nearby; I would say there is nothing else to add but only to try. Believe me, I am quite strict but there is a great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Florence or needs a support for Meyer or Careggi. In the meantime, I thank Gloria for her hospitality and kindness. Regards Giada.

Well-connected structure. Excellent cleanliness. On-site parking. Electric scooters and bikes available about 5 minutes walk away. Tram stop about 10 minutes walk away. What can I say, an excellent facility. Quality price 10+.

Ho trovato in internet questa struttura in quanto ci serviva come punto di appoggio per un ricovero di mio figlio presso il Meyer. La proprietaria, la signora Gloria, è una mamma, persona fantastica e dolcissima che si è prodigata in mille modi per esserci di supporto. La casa è molto carina e pulitissima. C'è anche una nuova lava asciuga oltre che è dotata di ogni confort con cucina e bagno separato. Grazie ancora signora Gloria per la sua umanità e estrema gentilezza..Non ce ne dimenticheremo. Un bacione da noi tutti ma in particolare da Lorenzo.

L'alloggio, collocato a circa 15/20 minuti in macchina dal centro di Firenze, ha tutto quello che può servire durante la permanenza. La cucina, nuovissima, è attrezzata praticamente di tutto, dalle stoviglie ai beni di primissima necessità (latte, olio, acqua, ecc...). C'è anche una lavatrice/asciugatrice completa di detersivi, phon e ferro da stiro. La camera da letto e il bagno sono altrettanto nuovi e puliti, arredati in modo moderno, essenziale ma completo. La proprietaria, disponibilissima sia all'arrivo che durante il soggiorno, ci ha gentilmente dato la possibilità di parcheggiare in un parcheggio privato messo a disposizione solo per noi. Vicino all'appartamento è possibile trovare la fermata di due linee di bus che portano direttamente in centro. Vista la posizione consigliamo l'alloggio soprattutto a chi ha la possibilità di muoversi in macchina.

La casa è stupenda, super pulita e la signora Gloria eccezionale, ti accoglie e ti fa sentire a casa, ci persino fatto un omaggio di benvenuto! Ci ha fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per la colazione ed è stata veramente gentile! Comodo ai mezzi, noi parcheggiavamo ai parcheggi dell'ospedale e difronte c'era la fermata del tram. Struttura super consigliata, ci torneremo sicuramente, grazie Gloria!

Miniappartamento con tutte le comodità e accortezze per essere indipendenti e sentirsi come a casa, senza tralasciare un occhio anche alla cura del design.
