"La Casa Delle Rose Di Maria" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, a residence with unique, original style, a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.

Maria is very kind and very welcoming. Totally satisfied with everything. The breakfast with homemade things is splendid. The property is in a non-central area but, precisely for this reason, quiet and serene for the mind and the ears. Heartfelt congratulations.

Super positive experience at Mrs. Maria's B&B, the hostess, and her husband! The rooms were clean and comfortable, nothing was missing. Everything was taken care of in detail. Not to mention the beautiful and delicious breakfast. Mrs. Maria welcomed us as if we had known each other forever, and in fact we felt right at home! Ideal for those with children looking for a quiet place with all the amenities! Thanks to Mrs. Maria and her husband for the beautiful welcome and for our short stay. Highly recommended!

Cozy and pleasant bed and breakfast furnished in a very well-kept manner. Remarkable availability, close to the city of Arezzo and one of its large parking lots. Perfect breakfast. Absolutely worth trying. Excellent value for money.

Comfortable facility for visiting Arezzo and surrounding areas. The B&B is very clean and tastefully furnished. We felt at home and pampered by Mrs. Maria, very kind and caring with the whole family and especially with my kids. Goodbye and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We stayed for one night in the quadruple room with 2 double beds. Comfortable, attention to detail, embroidered sheets, clean. Excellent abundant breakfast with jams made by the kind lady, tasty cakes and milk bread rolls.

There is little to do, a holiday is remembered not so much for the history and culture of the territory, but for the people you meet along the way. Staying at Mrs. Maria's Bed and Breakfast was a memorable experience. The breakfasts she prepared for us were fantastic: abundant, special, different every day, and full of the scent of true Tuscany. And then the welcome she gave us, the advice on where to have lunch and dinner, what to visit, the anecdotes about the territory and the things to see... precious and unique precisely because they come from someone who has lived there for generations. Thank you, Maria, for the chats and the good time spent together. We wait for you in Padua, and warm greetings also to Mario. Breakfast also gluten-free and lactose-free with extraordinary homemade jams and super aromatic bruschettas.

Rilassatevi, respirate la campagna toscana a due passi da Arezzo, e lasciatevi coccolare da Maria, ospite attenta e cortesissima. Vi accoglierà con un sorriso e preparerà per voi una colazione squisita, con la crostata più buona del mondo, da assaporare sulla terrazza di casa. Pulizia al top e grande cura per i dettagli in un ambiente shabby molto curato.

Non distante dal centro di Arezzo situato in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso la Sig.ra Maria ci ha accolto mostrandoci la stanza che avevo prenotato. Gentilezza e amore per il proprio lavoro sono da apprezzare e poi la stanza graziosa pulitissima luminosa! Il bagno nel nostro caso era esterno alla stanza ma non ci ha creato nessun problema. Doccia spaziosa e tutto pulitissimo. La colazione poi il top! Dolce, salato, torte, crostini con confetture fatte in casa peccato non abbia fatto una foto! Se torneremo in quelle zone sicuramente torneremo da lei! Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Grazie ancora di cuore Maria!

La signora Maria è una perfetta padrona di casa, le stanze erano grandi e pulite. Il b&b si trova in posizione tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere Arezzo. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, la colazione in terrazzo è spettacolare.

Le ultime tre notti del 2018 al B&B Casa delle Rose di Maria sono state davvero piacevoli, per l'ottima cura dell'ospitalità, anche nei dettagli. Da segnalare, in primis, la straordinaria coccola mattutina dell'abbondante e prelibata colazione preparata da Maria, attentissima ad assecondare i nostri gusti ed esigenze. Ma va anche ricordata la puntuale pulizia dei locali, ubicati in zona molto tranquilla nell'ambito di un contesto abitativo curato ed accogliente. La permanenza è stata resa ancor più gradevole dalla gentilezza e dalle cortesi attenzioni dei padroni di casa, che ci hanno ospitato come una coppia di vecchi amici, sebbene non ci conoscessero affatto.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte al B&B Casa delle Rose di Maria (questo fine settimana per la Fiera Antiquaria di Arezzo) un luogo incantato, molto tranquillo, romantico; arredamento curato nei minimi particolari, pulizia eccellente. La colazione è qualcosa di superlativo, meravigliosi dolci fatti in casa; la Signora Maria con la Sua discrezione e disponibilità infonde serenità, ci si sente accolti come a casa degli amici di sempre. Cose di altri tempi avrei detto se mi avessero raccontato una simile esperienza, averla vissuta è la conferma di tutto ciò. Grazie Alba.

Lasciamo volentieri una recensione per questo meraviglioso B&B dove abbiamo dormito per una notte e dove sicuramente torneremo nel caso ci trovassimo da quelle parti. Posto accogliente e pulito, solare ove una graziosa signora Maria ci ha accolto calorosamente e ci ha deliziati con le sue buonissime torte preparate con tanto amore. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Struttura vicino alla città di Arezzo, posto ideale per riposarsi nella quiete della campagna. Consigliato !

Questo è un B&B che merita di essere visitato e soggiornare, perché il voto max è solo 10 altrimenti avrei dato molto di più su tutti i quesiti. Da la casa alla posizione è soprattutto la cordialità ricevuta siamo sicuri io e la mia famiglia che torneremo. La colazione è veramente da urlo. Complimenti e arrivederci.

Mio marito Franco ed io siamo rimasti molto contenti della scelta fatta. Il posto è assai carino, vicino Arezzo e ai punti nodali stradali.
