Super nice and helpful hosts, Lara takes time to explain you the best places to go. The location is easily accessible by tram or on foot, the area is quiet. I had a great stay and will definitely go there again when in Florence. Side note: As in other B&Bs in Italy, it's good to bring earplugs.

We spent 3 nights and the property was very clean and organized. The staff was able to help us with our late check-in and gave us a place to store our luggage on the last day. They were very friendly and always ready to help.

Lorenzo and his wife are amazing hosts! Lorenzo went above and beyond explaining how to get around the city, where to eat, where to go for groceries, etc. Their B&B is clean, spacious and has an excellent location. Two blocks from the metro station. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Will recommend to anyone who’s planning on visiting Florence!

Location was not far from the tram stop, making fairly easy access to the city center, though the price was a bit high to not be located in the city center. However, Lorenzo was an amazing host. He was super helpful in providing information and was very attentive. The place was cleaned daily and even though the breakfast was basic, it was sufficient to start the day and the coffee was made fresh. Overall a great stay.

This property was a wonderful place to stay. The host was extremely helpful and had wonderful recommendations. The balcony was refreshing and the rooms clean and comfortable. Being a block from the tram made it very convenient to down town Florence without having to worry about the ZTL. We loved our stay here.

Lara is an incredibly friendly and warm hostess. After arrival, she explained in detail the city's attractions and all the details about the accommodation. The B&B rooms are modern, functional, and very clean. The homely atmosphere during breakfast makes the stay very personal and is absolutely unique. The hostess devotes a lot of time to her guests and visibly enjoys the personal contact with them. I will gladly come back and can highly recommend the accommodation!

Structure with new and clean interiors. The bathroom in the room was sparkling and had a window. Quiet location, 5 tram stops away from S. M. Novella. Very kind managers. I will definitely come back.

I stayed with my family and my boyfriend during the Easter weekend. Lorenzo, the owner, welcomed us making us feel comfortable right away. He made himself available for us on everything. Delicious breakfast and the place is very clean, there were also other guests with whom we occasionally exchanged some small talk. The location of the place is excellent, not right in the center of Florence (let's say more residential area) but it's perfect because it's in a quiet area and close to the tram stop to reach the central station and the city center. If I were to return to Florence, I wouldn't waste time looking for other places to stay and I would go back directly to the Grillo di Firenze. :)

I stayed only 2 nights but I feel like recommending this accommodation for its very close location to the tram stop, so 15 minutes from the station and the center. Simple but spacious and bright rooms, equipped with everything, impeccable cleanliness. The hosts are very kind, very helpful, ready to meet every request. Good breakfast, what else to add? Lorenzo, the manager, is always available and kind. Thank you! The location is very convenient as it is quite close to the T2 tram stop, making it easy to get there from both the SMN station and the airport. If there were fresh croissants for breakfast, it would be the icing on the cake, but it's fine as it is.

Lara and Lorenzo welcome you as if you were the most precious friend. And they make you feel good right away. Two exquisite people. The location is excellent for moving as you prefer. The breakfast is rich and tasty. When I return to Florence I will definitely think of them.

I stayed at this property for 2 nights and I had a really great time. It is located on the sixth floor of a residential building with an elevator (a bit dated but functional), in a non-central area but full of shops and close to public transport, with the tram stop just a 5-minute walk away. The managers are very kind and available for any need. My double room had all the comforts stated in the description, and the cleanliness was excellent. In the morning, there is a truly abundant breakfast, sweet but also savory. Very positive experience, I would gladly return.

Great location, 5 minutes from the tram stop to/from the airport and the station. Strategic for concerts at Parco delle Cascine (10 minutes on foot). Welcoming and very kind hosts, small but private bathroom. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. Possible breakfast on the terrace and room 1 with balcony (ideal for smokers).

L'unica pecca di questa struttura è solo il parcheggio, dovrebbero lasciarci un posto auto in garage che si trova dietro la struttura includendolo nel prezzo

La struttura si trova vicino alla fermata del tram, a pochi minuti dal centro. Essendo fuori dalla zona ZTL ci si arriva comodamente in auto ed è facile trovare un parcheggio. Abbiamo utilizzato il tram per gli spostamenti, ogni 5 minuti ne passa uno. Le camere sono pulite, con condizionatore e smarttv. Il proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha consigliato i posto da vedere, fornito mappe ed orari di musei. Ambiente ideale per famiglie, molto tranquillo e curato. Ci torneremo in autunno con la speranza che la bellissima Firenze riesca a rialzarsi. La crisi ha sconvolto la città.

Una bella stanza con terrazza. La titolare simpatica gentile carina e disponibile. C’era l’aria condizionata, il letto comodo bagno in stanza, colazione varia e abbondante. Non vicinissimo al centro che comunque abbiamo raggiunto a piedi, ma per un soggiorno di lavoro è perfetto.

Gestore davvero molto disponibile per ogni richiesta. Appena arrivati ci ha fornito anche molte indicazioni utili. Posizione favorevole per raggiungere in poco tempo a piedi l'Ippodromo del Visarno in occasione di concerti. Vicina anche alla stazione raggiungibile in 15-20 minuti a piedi o con i mezzi. Camera e bagno puliti, stanza climatizzata e letti comodi. Zone comuni e terrazzo attrezzate ed abbastanza ampi. La nostra camera era vicina alla zona comune della colazione ed all'ingresso. Ogni minimo rumore e persone che parlavano si sentivano. Non c'era un buon isolamento acustico. Esperienza nel complesso positiva.

La colazione è molto soggettiva. Sicuramente il cappuccino non era quello al quale sono abituata, ma ogni luogo ha proprie tradizioni e propri cappuccini. La scelta era abbastanza diversificata la quantità sicuramente è legata al numero delle presenze. La struttura viene scelta comunque in base alle proprie esigenze e quindi la posizione in genere è sempre ottimale. Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere uno specchio a figura intera, anche all'interno di un'anta dell'armadio ma capisco che è sicuramente un falso problema per la maggior parte degli uomini. Comunque la disponibilità dei gestori è stata superlativa. Mi sono venuti incontro per gli orari in maniera gentile e cordiale senza crearmi difficoltà. Alla prossima.

Complimenti vivissimi al signor Lorenzo per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. Le stanze molto accoglienti e pulite. un terrazzo magnifico. Struttura in posizione strategica molto vicina al centro e alle fermate del bus. sicuramente la consiglio a tutti.
