Very, very nice and clean place, and excellent location in the heart of Pienza. There are two (or three) flights of long stairs to get to the room. Overall an excellent value.

It is a very nice bed and breakfast, with very friendly hosts. The location is perfect in the middle of Pienza. The breakfast is very good. The room was spacious. The only drawback was there is no lift.

The rooftop terrace has an extraordinary view - the sunset was amazing to watch. The location is right in the center of Pienza. The breakfast is kinda typical for Italy - coffee and cake.

Beautiful place to stay, charming owners and the best terrace we saw in Tuscany with a 360-degree view. Ideal place to explore all the nearby areas and come back for a great sunset. Hope to come back to this B&B.

Great location to recommend. I would have to say about breakfast, for the sweet part excellent homemade cakes while the savory part was completely missing.

Very nice structure, too bad about the breakfast which was a bit poor, there were only small brioches and no savory or local products.

Charming place located in the center of Pienza, Spartan but comfortable rooms equipped with all the amenities, good breakfast. Recommended.

Accommodation in the historic center of Pienza, very convenient for visiting the village but also quiet. Located on the third floor without an elevator, but with a private panoramic terrace to visit! Very large and cool room, with a renovated bathroom. Good breakfast with some room for improvement in the organization. The managers are very helpful and nice. Overall recommended 👍🏻.

Beautiful palace in a very central position of the Ideal City. Kind and helpful owners. The ideal stay to experience the magical atmosphere of Pienza.

The guest needs to be followed, before, during, and after their stay. Before arrival, namely at the time of booking, when requesting information, I had a very approximate contact with the b&b manager, who simply referred me to the website and that's it. However, this changed upon our arrival, as he proved to be welcoming and kind, also providing detailed information on where to eat and what to visit in Pienza and its surroundings. The b&b "il Rossellino®" offers a very central location and a spectacular view of Pienza (both from the room with a view we booked and from the b&b terrace itself). The cleanliness is sufficient, with the bathroom outside the room. The breakfast is well done, with tasty homemade products. The manager's partner takes care of check-in and breakfast, and she was also very kind during the provision of these services. The property is not suitable for people with disabilities, as there are many stairs to reach the rooms. There is no parking, as it is right in the historical center, so you have to park your car in the municipal blue lines. Overall, we had a good experience. I work in the industry, so I pay attention to details, and I traveled with my boyfriend for leisure. We paid a little, considering that we stayed at the property during the weekend of the dead.

We stayed in a standard but clean, spacious and cozy room. The location is central and very convenient, although unfortunately there is no free parking nearby. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was delicious and varied!

I stayed at the Rossellino® B&B for one night with my boyfriend and we had a good time. The owner is very courteous and helpful, the room is nice. The B&B is centrally located and easily reachable on foot. Breakfast is abundant. I recommend it.

Very central location in a historic building. The room is spacious and the bathroom very functional, with a shower. To access the room you need to climb two flights of stairs. Being in the very center, keeping the windows open can be a bit noisy as there are establishments below, but the beauty of being downtown compensates for the inconvenience. Nearby there are both paid and free parking spaces (less numerous and a bit further away, but still quite convenient). Extremely kind owners and excellent breakfast.

Very beautiful structure, with a small panoramic terrace on the top floor. Located in the center of the village of Pienza. Excellent reception and kindness of the manager. Sweet breakfast with homemade cakes. The only negative side of Pienza is the lack of free parking in the area: the few free parking spaces have a time disc and the paid parking (very close 500m on foot) is free only between 22-8. Experience to be repeated.

My boyfriend and I stayed for just one night in the apartment. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is in excellent condition and the kitchen is well equipped. The only downside is the air conditioner, essential since we stayed in August: it is located at ground level, far from the bed and despite the maximum power, not enough air came out to cool the apartment. Despite the apartment being on the ground floor of a structure in the center of Pienza, no noise can be heard from the street. Parking is very close to the structure but unfortunately it is on the street with either time disc or paid parking. The girl who welcomed us was very kind and also explained where we could eat during our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and among the choices there were also homemade cakes! A strong point of the structure is definitely the beautiful terrace from which you can admire Pienza and the surrounding panorama at 360.

Staying here was a pleasure, both for the beauty of the structure, an ancient palace, and for the friendliness of the hosts. The property is located along the main street of Pienza and therefore in a very favorable position. The small terrace overlooking the B&B allows you to admire the splendid panorama of the town and the surrounding area.
