Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce lieu les propriétaires sont supers agréables et au petits soins pour nous, beaucoup de convivialité nous reviendrons sans problème la propriété est bien entretenue et la vue sur SAN GIMIGNANO depuis la piscine est à couper le souffle.

We felt at home. Mrs. Carla is the pillar of the structure. The sons Andrea and Francesco are professional, friendly, and cordial. The buffet breakfast is abundant and of quality, served by a prepared and helpful staff. Dinner is practically served by the pool with a view of San Gimignano, with tasty typical dishes, especially the tagliatelle with game meat sauce, a great and appreciated surprise. I highly recommend staying at this splendid farmhouse.

Abbiamo soggiornato a palazzo Tortoli. Impagabile la vista sulle colline toscane e su piazza Della Cisterna. Posto molto tranquillo. Cibo ottimo. Unica pecca il parcheggio. Occorre parcheggiare in aree a pagamento. Peccato non poter usare qualche convenzione per il pagamento o parcheggi riservati. Gestore e personale disponibili e molto cordiali. Assolutamente consigliato!

Struttura molto carina in posizione con vista favolosa sia verso San Giminiano sia verso le colline. Dotata di piscina e parcheggio. Poco distante da San Giminiano (circa un km). Conduzione familiare e grande disponibilità da parte dei titolari verso le esigenze dei clienti.

Il posto è molto bello. Il prezzo è ai livelli alti della media per la zona. Uno dei più alti (120 euro per una camera doppia. A fronte di questo prezzo si notano alcune piccole cose. Frigorifero desolatamente vuoto (neanche una bottiglia d'acqua che fa tanto piacere all'arrivo). All'ingresso nella struttura hanno richiesto il pagamento della camera, nonostante avessi prenotato con carta di credito. Hanno preteso il pagamento extra della tassa di soggiorno, 1,5 euro a persona, quasi sempre considerata nel pagamento da parte di altre strutture. In camera un cartello avvertiva che, per l'attivazione dell'area condizionata, occorreva munirsi di un telecomando al costo extra di euro 5. In mancanza il condizionatore funzionava solo come ventilatore. Con grande sorpresa, alla colazione del mattino, si richiedeva un euro aggiuntivo per ogni espresso e/o cappuccino, non inclusi nella normale colazione. Le camere sono piccole ma arredate decentemente. La piscina è discreta. Al centro di un prato verde, purtroppo infestato da fastidiose mosche cavalline, cui sono anche allergico. Dal punto di vista della gentilezza potrebbero fare molto di più. Sembrano molto business oriented e poco interessati a intrattenere rapporti amichevoli con i clienti. Certamente eviterò di tornarci in futuro.
