I can recommend this agriturismo 100%. Very clean apartment with everything you need, good bed with wonderful view. The whole property is situated on a hill with wonderful views on both sides. A nice 15m pool, very clean. It's located close to Montepulciano and is perfect for trips to Val d'Orcia. But mostly you have two wonderful hosts, friendly, helpful and I have been invited twice to a wonderful and delicious dinner.

The lady who welcomed us, Monica, was very courteous and recommended bars and pastry shops for breakfast, restaurants to eat at, and places to visit. She also made sure the apartment was warm. At the time of farewell, she made a point to say goodbye to us even though it was early. The house enjoys a tranquility and a spectacular view. We spent little time in the apartment as we were always out exploring, however we found the bed comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets, and the house clean. The apartment is not modern or designer, but it is very simple and essential. The parking in front is very convenient. In my opinion, the cost per night is slightly high for the apartment offered. However, overall we had a good stay.

Ci rincresce che il costo vi sia parso elevato: facciamo del nostro meglio per mantenerlo adeguato. Forse la sensazione deriva dal fatto che eravate in 2 in un alloggio di 80 mq adatto ad ospitare 4 persone? In ogni caso vi ringraziamo per il vostro pensiero: i vostri suggerimenti sono sempre importanti per noi e ne facciamo tesoro! Speriamo di avere di nuovo occasione di ospitarvi. Monica & Alberto

We stayed 3 nights at the Metina farm stay, and we had a really good time. The lady is kind and helpful and the room is very cozy, equipped with all the comforts, and a truly efficient and functional autonomous heating system! Even our little dog was very happy, well received :) Thank you very much!

The structure has an enviable panorama, it is well organized, the pool is very well maintained and the outdoor spaces are very well organized, with a dog play area. The apartment is very functional and very essential. The welcome from the managers is extremely positive, also in relation to the hospitality of multiple dogs per apartment with a negligible additional cost. If I really have to find some very surmountable flaws, I would say that the televisions (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) are very small, but who watches TV when traveling? The decor is very spartan, the apartment, although equipped with cutlery, sheets, towels, etc., does not provide for the replacement of toilet paper or dishwashing products. If they had provided breakfast service, it would have been great.

Located on a hill overlooking the ancient village of Montepulciano and the surrounding hills, near olive groves and vineyards, the farmhouse is ideal for a holiday with 4 paws; the kindness of the managers is priceless, the atmosphere is familiar and welcoming. The apartments are the right size, with everything you need for a holiday; for those with dogs, the possibility of moving around freely (obviously with common sense regarding the management of their animal) and a specific area for exercise. The location is excellent for visiting the numerous cultural and natural wonders nearby. Spacious pool with a view of the hills: each apartment has its own sun loungers and umbrellas. In such tense years, truly a corner of relaxation. Definitely worth doing again!

Excellent structure in a paradise, surrounded by cypresses, farmhouses, and a sublime atmosphere. Fantastic and attentive managers and our dogs have socialized and much attention to their needs. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this wonderful farmhouse where everything was above our expectations. A structure surrounded by vineyards and olive groves where you can take relaxing walks with the dog, excellent cleanliness of the house, a welcoming by Monica upon arrival in finding fresh water for us and snacks for the dog. What else to say? The recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to eat at were highly appreciated, and a fantastic pool where to relax in the middle of nature. Thank you.

It's been a few years since we last visited this establishment. Unique place, spectacular view, stunning pool, immersed in nature. Returning to Metina is like having a beautiful dream. Coming back home with more hope for the future. The welcome and friendliness of the Owners, combined with the uniqueness of the place, make you feel completely at peace with the world. A must-try. Exceptional. Always.

Spectacular stay at Metina Farmhouse, two adults, two children, and a dog. Wonderful landscape. Monica and Alberto are two very special people, always ready to welcome every request. They made us feel comfortable from the first moment. Professionalism, availability, and kindness were never lacking. Impeccable cleanliness. We had a great time in the Rosmarino apartment, magnificent view, peace and silence. Very friendly and cordial owners along with the cute faithful pets Tatou, Tamtam, and Faboulette. The pool is also beautiful for a pleasant swim after excursions. An unforgettable holiday! Thank you. Highly recommended!

At the end of June, I spent 5 days of peace and relaxation with my husband and son in this oasis of tranquility. The kindness and care of the managers Monica and Alberto who were always attentive to our every need. The convenience of spending our days by the pool in front of a fabulous panorama, among vineyards, hills, and fields of lavender. The proximity to many villages to visit, the lake, the thermal baths... in short, highly recommended! We hope to be able to return soon to spend other wonderful days at Metina.

Starting from the end: we had a great time, and we are really satisfied with both the Agriturismo, the apartment where we stayed, and with Monica and Alberto, very kind and courteous people, available. \nMonica gave us excellent advice on visits and where to dine well without excessive costs, in our experience as travelers and tourists we know well how availability and courtesy are important for a satisfying stay and vacation, and here they do not lack. \nThe location of the Agriturismo is fantastic, immersed in the countryside with splendid vineyards, but also close to the road, from which you can easily reach all the main points of interest and all the beautiful towns of Val d'Orcia, Montepulciano, Pienza, San Quirico, Bagno Vignone, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, to name a few.\nThe apartments are well furnished and comfortable, clean, spacious, and bright, all around there is green, another world, made of nature, silence, harmony. We would love to come back, for now, goodbye Agriturismo Metina, we will meet again!

Abbiamo prenotato qui per staccare un po' dal casino della città e per goderci un po' di vista sulle colline toscane. Non siamo rimasti per niente delusi. La signora Monica era molto gentile e disponibile. La casetta era molto calda e molto pulita, aveva tutto il necessario. La vista del terrazzo era stupenda, ma pure dalla nostra finestra niente male. Se ritorniamo per quelle zone, sappiamo dove stare!

Struttura accogliente in posizione panoramica tra uliveti e vigneti. Tranquillità garantita. Agriturismo accoglie i nostri cani in ambiente a loro adatto. Agriturismo è situato in zona strategica per visitare diverse città, Perugia Siena Grosseto Lago Trasimeno oltre che i borghi medievali minori.

Agriturismo schietto e sincero con pochi fronzoli, arriva al cuore grazie all'accoglienza e gentilezza di Monica e Alberto. L'ambiente circostante è splendido, con una vista meravigliosa sulla val di Chiana dalla quale sale una brezza serale che aiuta al relax ed al riposo. La piscina è ottima, ben attrezzata e giornalmente controllata e pulita. Appartamento molto pulito e pratico, non manca di nulla. Constatata personalmente la sanificazione anti Covid con ozono. I cani sono molto ben accetti e trovano un ambiente a loro favorevole con possibilità di gran passeggiate in mezzo alla meravigliosa campagna toscana.

Il soggiorno all’agriturismo Metina è stato fantastico, rilassante, ottima posizione per visitare località meravigliose, ideale per passeggiate e giri in bicicletta tra uliveti e vigne, perfetto per bambini, ben organizzato per ospitare gli amici a 4 zampe, giudizio pienamente positivo! Preferisco cambiare ogni anno meta per le vacanze, ma per questo posto farò un’eccezione. La famiglia 5L

Siamo stati nell’appartamento Menta 2 notti, con il nostro cane di taglia grande, che è stata accolta con uno snack molto apprezzato! L’appartamento è grande e confortevole, anche se non ci abbiamo passato molto tempo. Lo consiglio sicuramente ad una famiglia o una coppia con cani perché ci sono a disposizione un recinto di sgambamento (dove noi abbiamo lasciato il nostro cane mentre eravamo in piscina) e tutti i campi intorno all’agriturismo per correre in libertà.

Accogliente adatto per la famiglia ed anche per le coppie. Inconveniente la strada sterrata e le piante ai lati che possono danneggiare la carrozzeria. Non ho ancora provato la piscina ma a vederla da fuori è veramente bella. La titolare signora Monica molto disponibile e gentile. Da provare almeno più di due giorni, di permanenza.

Da un lato abbiamo il vantaggio di trovarci in mezzo al verde, dall'altra lo svantaggio che non tutti i proprietari dei terreni ai lati della strada la mantengono pulita.. Spero il tempo sia migliore la prossima volta e che possiate approfittare anche della piscina. Monica.

Posto incantevole immerso nel verde adatto per una vacanza rilassante con tutta la famiglia, i bambini hanno la possibilità di divertirsi sia in piscina che nel giardino, gli appartamenti sono spaziosi e confortevoli. I gestori sono fantastici! Consigliatissimo!

Finalmente dopo il lockdown io e la mia famiglia (cane compreso) siamo riusciti a farci qualche giorno di vacanza al Metina. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso. I proprietari Monica e Alberto sono dei perfetti padroni di casa, molto disponibili e simpaticissimi, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Un sacco di cose da fare e da vedere nella zona. L'appartamento è perfetto, non manca nulla, lo consiglierei a chiunque! È davvero un posto magnifico non vedo l'ora di tornarci.

Siamo stati ospiti da Monica e Alberto, per qualche giorno di relax. Loro sono persone deliziose e per nulla invadenti che curano gli ospiti come parte della loro famiglia. Sanno consigliare i posti più incredibili da visitare, quelli che della Toscana non sono così raggiungibili da tutti i turisti, anche se, ad essere onesti, la voglia di uscire dal loro agriturismo è davvero misera. All'interno della struttura trovate tutto quello che vi servirà la pace. Tutti gli ospiti hanno a disposizione una zona bbq dove poter trascorrere le serate in compagnia, la piscina in mezzo al verde, tra ulivi e vigneti, ti fará dimenticare tutte le giornate caotiche. Per chi viaggia con il proprio cane, avrà a disposizione un'area a loro completamente dedicata, Monica si occuperà del tuo amico peloso se vorrai trascorrere una serata romantica con la tua metà. Il nostro appartamento era molto confortevole, ci siamo solo preoccuparti di rilassarci! Grazie a Monica e Alberto per questa pausa dal mondo, ci rivedremo molto presto!

Rilassante per il corpo e per la mente! Siamo stati ospiti al Metina la settimana di ferragosto con la nostra cagnolina. Ho sempre sentito parlare di quei posti dove ti senti a casa, finalmente posso dire anch'io di aver trovato quel posto! Gli appartamentini sono curati e completi di tutto, ottimo anche per il nostro cane che ha girato molto le fantastiche passeggiate. Il paesaggio che si ammira dalle varie zone è stupendo. Soggiornare qui è stato veramente bello, accogliete e rilassante. Monica e Alberto sono due persone a dir poco strepitose. Ci torneremo sicuramente, anche solo per un fine settimana.

La gentilezza dei proprietari gestori l'abbiamo potuta apprezzare sin dalla prenotazione via mail e confermare una volta giunti sul posto. L'agriturismo è veramente carino, ben tenuto e situato a breve distanza dalle località di interesse turistico.
