Our boarding house is found in in a lovely mountain area, in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme di Merano), in the old city centre. "Pension Hilpold" is a residence with unique, original style.

B&B managed very well by the very kind and very nice Doris and her family. \nAt Pension Hilpold you breathe the air of home. \nBreakfast with few choices but everything essential for a rich and hearty breakfast. \nVery spacious and comfortable room, top cleanliness. \nRecommended for visiting Merano and the countless walks in the area.

Family-run guesthouse, strategically located to visit the various markets of South Tyrol, with parking available both outdoors and in the garage, very beautiful rooms, ours also had a balcony, excellent breakfast with speck, cheeses, their excellent homemade jams, and the sublime Studel. Very friendly hosts, always attentive to the needs of the customer and ready to give advice on what to visit in the area. If I have to find a flaw, the bathroom was lacking a bidet, but otherwise we felt at home.

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti in questo carinissimo albergo a Lana. Doris, e il resto della famiglia, è molto accogliente e simpatica, sempre disponibile a consigliare attività diverse da fare (escursioni e posti da visitare). Camere moderne e pulite, colazione con buona scelta di dolce e salato. Unica pecca, la piscina un po’ piccola! Grazie per la vacanza!
