Its strategic location makes it easily reached from the nearby 'Autostrada A18'.

Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00. The charming breakfast room during the summer under the lemon grove. Every morning a rich buffet welcomes guests with a wide selection of cakes, tarts, croissants, assorted biscuits, cereals, yogurt, fruit juices, meats, cheeses, jams Sicilian honey, seasonal fruit. For guests were to leave or go hiking very early in the morning, breakfast can be served at the desired time.

Very nice establishment. Helpful and smiling staff. Varied and plentiful buffet breakfast. Very convenient location for exploring the surroundings (Noto, Syracuse, Modica, Ragusa).

My husband and I spent 4 fantastic days. I must say that everything works well. The breakfast is abundant, not to mention the donuts that Mrs. Felicia (the owner) prepares every evening with so much love... delicious. The owners are kind people and take care of every guest's need. I also thank Paolo, the boy who works at the reception, very kind and caring. I recommend everyone to spend a holiday at Villa Felicia... you will feel like you are at home.

New and very well-kept structure located in a very quiet and peaceful place, the staff is kind and always available. From the structure, beautiful beaches and the center of Noto are easily reachable.

Beautiful place. The cleanliness is their strength. They clean 24/7. Otherwise everything is fine, except for an impigata at the hall who was unprofessional and not very kind. Luckily one of the owners promptly intervened and solved the problem.

Wonderful place, very kind and truly helpful staff. We spent a lovely weekend immersed in the peace and greenery that characterize the property in this late September period. The two pools are also beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Excellent facility immersed in greenery, attention to detail. Strategic location to reach the sea and nearby cities. A place where you can relax and time passes pleasantly. I definitely recommend it and will come back.

Personale attento, squisito e competente. Struttura nuova, pulitissima, arredata con estremo gusto e raffinatezza, senza tralasciare nessun confort. La colazione è buonissima con una grande varietà di torte fatte in casa dalla titolare (signora dolcissima e bellissima). Immersa nel verde di uno splendido agrumeto che profuma di zagara e fresco. 3 piacine, patii ed angoli dove godere del fresco e rilassarsi. Posizione splendida per visitare tutta la costa siracusana

A villa Felicia è stata una delle mie vacanze più belle in assoluto. I proprietari si distinguono per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza. Alla reception gestione impeccabile di tutte le nostre esigenze. Immersi in un meraviglioso limonaio abbiamo gustato le prelibatezze dell'abbondante colazione che offre la struttura. Sembra di sentirsi a casa come in una grande famiglia. Tornerò senz'altro, posto straordinario!

Posto meraviglioso immerso nella campagna, profumo di limoni ovunque. Struttura deliziosa, curatissima, pulitissima. Personale attento e accogliente. Colazione ricca e di ottimo livello, fatta in casa. Arrivi e non vuoi più andar via. Vicinissimo a tutto e ben collegato, facile da raggiungere in base alle indicazioni. Un gioiello sotto una meravigliosa città di Noto. Vacanza da ripetere sicuramente.

Ottima struttura, tipo residence. Noi avevamo praticamente un appartamento di 2 camere, bagno, soggiornino con angolo cottura. All'esterno patio coperto con salottino. Bei giardini con piccola piscina e idromassaggio. Molto gentili i proprietari. Da consigliare.

E dire che ci si voleva fermare solo un giorno! La posizione strategica, la disponibilità unita a cortesia non invadente della signora Felicetta e di tutto lo staff, hanno reso la permanenza veramente piacevole. Qui ci si sente davvero coccolati.

Anche se è stato solo per un giorno, devo dire che ci siamo rilassati passando un bellissimo pomeriggio in piscina, la notte è stata tranquillissima, ottimo il confort nelle stanze ed anche fuori, e poi al mattino una colazione abbondante, e con questo voglio ringraziare tutto il personale, e la signora ch'e stata molto gentile, sembrava ci conoscessimo da sempre, spero di ritornarci, arrivederci.

Consiglio vivamente una esperienza in questa struttura. Troveranno confort e servizi di alta qualità. Si prova un senso di accoglienza unico, pare di essere in famiglia. La cornice in cui la struttura si trova, è una splendida cornice fatta di limoneti, con la vicinanza di spiagge da sogno. Inoltre la posizione consente di potersi spostare agevolmente nel raggiungere spiagge e luoghi d'arte.
