Guests love it because: cheap, very new, in the city center, the design of the property.

We have the best bar in Cassibile that takes care of your breakfasts. The best granitas, coffee, croissants and cappuccinos. Not to mention Sicilian pastries, but that is not included on breakfast menu. An excellent breakfast to start your beautiful Sicilian Holiday!

The structure is beautiful. Everything is new with a fridge in the room and in the kitchen, coffee machine with pods. Excellent location for Fontane Bianche.

The structure is well maintained and well organized. In both the accommodation and the common area, there is everything you need for a pleasant and stress-free stay. The manager has a friendly and non-intrusive attitude. The only downside is the lack of a parking lot or a dedicated parking space, and not always is there a free spot outside the structure as the spaces are often (too often) occupied by neighbors' cars.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante la prima settimana di settembre. Prima di tutto c'è da sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Ernesto, che ci ha fornito anche di ticket per la colazione al bar appena fuori casa, dove abbiamo gustato delle ottime prelibatezze e degli ottimi arancini. Importante, poi, sottolineare anche la posizione della struttura. Ottima per chi è munito di auto e vuole visitare posti bellissimi. La struttura dista appena 5 minuti da Avola, 6 minuti dalla spiaggia di Fontane Bianche, 15 minuti da Ortigia, 10 minuti da Noto e 20 da Marzamemi. Per non parlare delle riserve naturali, facilmente raggiungibili e in brevissimo tempo. Insomma, consigliatissima.

Struttura pulita e ben climatizzata, gestore cordiale e disponibile. Colazione presso il vicino bar di ottima qualità (provata sia granita con brioches che cornetto e cappuccino). Ottima posizione vicino a ristoranti, pizzerie e a pochissima distanza dall’autostrada che permette di raggiungere agevolmente spiagge e luoghi di interesse dei dintorni.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Marchese che è un mini appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, climatizzatori, WiFi cucina con veranda e una bella doccia grande che si sa è comoda per chi ha bambini. Dista 5 minuti dal mare di Fontane Bianche. Ringraziamo per l'ottimo soggiorno.

Camera pulita. Letto buono (per me). Bagno con odore forte di canalizzazione. Doccia: acqua era calda, ma la asta saliscendi si stacca. Climatizzatore: doveva prima essere pulito, così che poteva scaldare la camera. WIFI: funzionava solo una delle due sere (ha fatto tutto quel che si poteva fare!) Colazione al Bar (30m) incluso solo un Cappuccio e una pastina. Il resto si deve pagare separato (la qualità della Pastina è buona!).

Erasmo e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi e accoglienti fin dall'inizio. La struttura era perfettamente pulita, ed in ottime condizioni. Lontana dal caos, pur restando facilmente accessibile. Io e mio fratello siamo molto soddisfatti di questo soggiorno, e lo raccomandiamo. È l'ideale per poter essere vicini a Siracusa (15 min di auto), e vicini alle altre attrazioni. Cassibile é una piccola cittadina, ma c'é tutto il necessario per vivere e passare una serata tranquilla senza dover prendere l'auto. Grazie Erasmo!

B&b molto pulito, ben tenuto e ristrutturato. Il proprietario, Erasmo è una persona eccezionale e sempre disponibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo è la vicinanza con i servizi essenziali (farmacia, supermercato, banca). A soli 5 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia.
