Self service Breakfast On the table of Domus de Janas, every morning until 10. 30 am you will find single-serve jams, honey and Nutella, various types of tea and teas, biscuits, cane and white sugar, fresh fruit, fresh bread and croissants. In the kitchen (adjacent to the breakfast room) in the fridge local honey, Sardinian cream cheeses single butter, white and fruit yoghurt, fruit juices, eggs, whole milk, partially skimmed, soy milk and without lactose. On the kitchen table, toast bread (of three different types), espresso coffee pods, moka coffee and American coffee machine, barley, Nescafe, instant chocolate, cereals and 4 types of biscuits. Also in the kitchen there are various electric espresso machines, moke, kettle (always electric) for tea, barley and Nescafe and 2 toasters. In the kitchen you will also find a selection of gluten-free products.

Daria is absolutely friendly and loves to give tips on where to go and what to see. She was very available and made me feel safe (I was traveling alone). The entire accommodation was charming and very, very clean. A lady cleaned the rooms every day! And brought new towels! The breakfast was very good and nice! Due to the interesting conversations with the other guests and also with Daria, breakfast lasted until noon; -) So lovely! Parking was free on the street. The amazing beach is within walking distance (5 minutes). I love this beach! I had a really good stay! Thank you Daria and I am looking forward to coming again.

DOMUS DE JANAS is a great B&B in the center of Santa Teresa. The location is lovely and the hosts are wonderful people. It was our third stay there and we enjoyed every minute. We will certainly come back and stay there again. The hosts and the location let you just feel wonderful.

Perfect! Simoni and Daria are wonderful hosts, we felt so welcome and 'at home'. The B&B is very clean & comfortable, perfectly located and Simoni gave us great recommendations for restaurants, sights etc. Lots of options for breakfast and a superb view from the rooftop terrace. The best place we have stayed by far.

This Bed & Breakfast was excellent! We had a nice, clean and new room with bathroom. It was also big enough for our suitcases. Daria and Simone are very friendly and helpfull host! The breakfast was very tasty and we had a large selection. The table was prepare with fresh food and optional the kitchen was open for every one to take more/other things. So we had feld free to eat what we want. We also had the option to use the nice terrace for our breakfast or just for relaxing. The B&B has a good location. Middle of the town close to restaurants and the main square. I would recommend this B&B very much and would come again!

Établissement de rêve dans un endroit paradisiaque. Daria et Simone vous mettent tout de suite à l’aise et débordent de conseils et informations sur la ville et la région. Il est très agréable de se balader dans cet établissement et de les rencontrer toujours souriant, chaleureux, tout en étant discret. Le logement est magnifiquement aménagé, à la hauteur de toutes les attentions des propriétaires pour leur invités. C’est un des endroits où l’on aimerait rester, et surtout revenir!

Mon chéri et moi sommes partis une semaine pour un petit road-trip du nord de la Sardaigne. Nous avons eu un immense coup de coeur pour ce B&B et pour nos hôtes qui nous ont superbement accueilli (accueil fait en français, c'est toujours agréable après plusieurs jours à galérer entre l'italien et l'anglais). Nous avons regretté de n'être resté qu'une seule nuit, tant le charme du logement mais aussi de la ville nous a plu ! Chambre très confortable et petit-déjeuner TRES copieux (il y en a pour tous les goûts). Il y a plusieurs petites terrasses pour se poser et profiter du soleil en toute intimité et prendre le petit déjeuner. Seulement à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage, nous avons également profité de notre matinée pour un plongeon matinal avant de revenir prendre notre petit déjeuner. A refaire.

Nous avons passé un séjour de 10 nuits chez Daria et Simone, deux charmantes personnes attentives, souriantes, simples, souriantes et serviables. Ils parlent français, anglais, font de leur mieux pour accueillir et renseigner leurs hôtes. La maison est propre, fleurie, typique, pleine de charme, très bien placée. Notre chambre double avec salle de bains privée était spacieuse et préservée du bruit. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié, pris sur la terrasse, c'est un bonheur. Nous recommandons cet endroit et souhaitons y retourner.

Superbe séjour chez Daria et Simone. A deux pas de la place centrale, à trois pas de la mer tout est à portée. Deux terrasses ensoleillées avec une belle vue, une terrasse ombragée intime et un solarium bien agréable. Le petit déjeuner est qualitatif et généreux, l'accès à la cuisine toute la journée très apprécié. Masques de plongée, parasols, fil a linge des petits détails pensés pour faciliter et rendre agréable notre séjour. Très bon conseils de restaurants, nous nous sommes régalés.

Accueil très chaleureux, presque familial, chambres très propres et grandes, maison en plein centre et à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Une excellente adresse que je recommande à tous les français qui veulent séjourner dans le nord de l'ile. En plus, DARIA, notre hote, parlait français! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié, bref un endroit ou il fait bon vivre.

Il est des lieux où il fait bon s'arrêter, celui- ci en fait partie. Santa Theresa di Gallura est une halte obligatoire avant le retour sur Bonifacio. Nous devions rester un soir mais devant la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de nos hôtes nous avons fini nos vacances à la "Domus De Janas". Avec la chaleur et la générosité qui les caractérisent Daria et Simone nous ont fait profiter de tous les bons plans, restaurants, ballades.. Sans oublier les petits déjeuners sur leur terrasse face à la mer avec en fond d'écran la baie de Bonifacio. Une halte inoubliable.

Sehr nette Vermieterin die einen mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Zentrums nah gelegen mit Blick auf die Piazza und bei gutem Wetter bis Korsika. (von der Terasse auf dem Dach) Die Zimmer sind individuell und mit einer künstlerischen Note eingerichtet. (Bilder und Keramiken).

Wer keine Hotelburgen mag, ist bei Daria und Simone bestens aufgehoben. Man fühlt sich in dem geschmackvollen B&B mit nur 6 Zimmern wie zu Hause Das für uns ungewöhnliche Konzept basiert auf gegenseitigem Vertrauen und Respekt. Das Frühstück richtet man sich selber. Bis 11 Uhr hat man Zeit, alles ist da, was da Herz begehrt, der Kühlschrank ist prall gefüllt. Die wenigen Mitbewohner behandeln die Küche wie ihre eigene. Zumindest während unseres Aufenthaltes war alles immer blitzsauber. Man kann sich auch Sonnenschirme für den Strand ausborgen - ohne Kaution. Die Lage im Zentrum ist super, man braucht kein Auto. Kleiner Nachteil: In der Hauptsaison ist vor 1: 00 keine Ruhe. Die Fenster dichten allerdings ziemlich gut und dann kann man auch früher einschlafen..wenn man will. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe. Nach 21 Uhr ist die Zufahrt schwierig, da einige Straßen gesperrt werden. Wenn überhaupt, nur mehr Kurzparkzone..und die geht bis 24 Uhr im Juli/August. Besonders schön ist der Innenhof und die beiden Terrassen im 1. und 2. Stock. Man findet immer sein Plätzchen zum chillen. Grazie Daria & Simone, wir kommen wieder!

Liebe Sardinienfreunde Dieses B&B ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen. Waren letzte Woche da. Absolut tolle Gastfreundschaft und nicht zu übertreffende Dachterrassen mit Blick über Santa Teresea di Gallura. Gastgeber haben viel Erfahrung, was sich sehr positiv auswirkt. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Für mich DIE TOP ADRESSE in Santa Teresa di Gallura. Grüsse aus dem Bündnerland.

Het is een prachtig huis met 3 terrassen. Het terras op de begane grond is het heerlijk relaxen (fantastische bedjes) De terrassen op de 1e en 2e verdieping hebben een spectaculair uitzicht op de baai en Corsica. Het ontbijt is fantastisch. Je kunt nemen wat je wilt, echt geweldig! Daria en Simone zijn een fantastisch gastvrouw en gastheer. Ze geven graag uitgebreid advies over de omgeving, restaurants etc. en zijn altijd dispenibel als je ze nodig hebt. Echt fantastische gastvrije en sympathieke mensen. Je voelt je er direct thuis. De omgeving is echt prachtig. Eilandjes voor de kust, prachtige stranden met kristal helder blauw water en niet op de laatste plaats Capo Testa (bizar gevormde rotsen, echt onwaarschijnlijk mooi). Kortom alles bijelkaar opgeteld is dit de beste plek waar ik ooit ben geweest en dat zijn er veel! Cees Verburg uit The Netherlands.

La acogida de los dueños, Daria y Michele, fue estupenda y también nuestra estancia. No solo es magnífico el emplazamiento sino el trato y la calidad personal de sus dueños. Saben crear un ambiente cordial que facilita la estancia y las relaciones entre los huéspedes que se convierten así en amigos entrañables. Críamos asistir a una cena espléndida en el comedor, pero estaba preparado para el completísimo y abundante desayuno del día siguiente. Seguro que volvemos. Este es el tipo de sitio que interesa tener en cuenta para alojarse porque hoteles hay muchos, pero lugares entrañables pocos.

Perfect stay, the bed and breakfast is in a very central location, just above the town center and 5 minutes from Rena Bianca beach. Daria is fantastic, an excellent host, capable of making you feel at home immediately. She provided valuable advice and insights on the main locations in Gallura. We greatly appreciated the discount reserved for bed and breakfast guests in some restaurants in the town. The breakfast is rich, both sweet and savory. The room is spacious and clean. Beautiful terraces, cared for in every detail, with a splendid view of the town and the sea. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience, we felt comfortable from the first day! Daria was exceptional and very sweet in recommending the best beaches, restaurants in the area with a 10% discount for some, all done with endless sweetness and sympathy. Very wide and satisfying breakfast, you can also have it on the terrace enjoying a beautiful view of Corsica. Spacious room equipped with all the necessary comforts. If you are looking for a B&B in the Santa Teresa area, this is the place for you.

A magical place, with wonderful people, where you feel at home from the first moment. Daria is a fantastic person, she gave us many tips, from the most beautiful beaches to the best restaurants. The B&B Domus de Janas exudes a unique magic. It is located in the center, where in the evening you can take beautiful walks through the shopping streets, where you will find many nice bars to have a good aperitif. The breakfast in the morning is delicious! It has two terraces where you can have breakfast... and with its mascot, the little cat Sophie, who makes this wonderful place even more unique, cuddly and sweet! Thank you for the love and passion you put into your work, and thanks also to Simone for helping us with the reservation... I will miss our chats! Thank you very much for everything! Daria and Simone are truly fantastic and super helpful in everything! Bed and breakfast located in the center of Santa Teresa but with double glazing, I assure you that you don't hear any noise at all! Top breakfast! 100% availability from the managers! Voto massimo per tutto: posto incantevole, posizione comoda per tutto (è in centro al bellissimo paese e parcheggi attorno alla struttura gratuitamente), Daria e Simone - i proprietari - disponibilissimi e super, super carini. La colazione, causa Covid, veniva servita ad un ristorante attaccato, con vista meravigliosa e cibo buonissimo. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza rilassante. Torneremo di sicuro!

Soggiorno di 3 notti con bonus vacanza perfetto, la proprietaria è super disponibile e spiega tutto ciò che c'è da vedere nei dintorni. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma a disposizione c'erano caffé in cialde e the 24h/24, inoltre nel frigo in camera ci veniva lasciato ogni giorno 1 litro di acqua gratis. Volendo nel frigo in camera ci sono birre e vino a prezzi modici, se poi non volete consumarli basta toglierli dal frigo e non vengono addebitati. Camera spaziosa con vista sulle vie principali, doppi vetri quindi silenzio assoluto la notte (e nonostante ciò vengono forniti anche i tappi per le orecchie). La casa è carinissima sopratutto nelle zone esterne, è presente un solarium all'ingresso, dei fili per stendere, un terrazzino con divanetti e tavoli e una terrazza più in alto con vista sulle bocche di Bonifacio e Corsica e piazza principale del paese. Se vi serve, la proprietaria ha a disposizione un ombrellone grande da portare in spiaggia. È presente una libreria da cui prendere in prestito i libri o fare book crossing. La spiaggia Rena Bianca è vicinissima, google da 350 m a piedi ma prendendo le scalette si arriva in 2 minuti. Inoltre la struttura da diritto a degli sconti del 10% in alcuni ristoranti del paese (con ottime recensioni). Che altro dire? Speriamo di rivederci in futuro. Grazie di tutto!

B&B con posizione fantastica, gestito da Simone & Daria dove traspare a 365 l'amore per l'attività che svolgono. Persone discrete ma attente ai bisogni dei clienti, sempre disponibili e aperti a suggerimenti per fare in modo che la struttura possa migliorare nel servizio, anche se rasenta la perfezione. Colazione abbondante per quantità e scelta (le marmellate fatte in casa sono un must) con attenzione per chi ha problemi di intolleranza, cosa si deve prendere di più? Penso nulla, c'è praticamente tutto.

L'ambiente è molto accogliente soprattutto grazie a Daria e Simone due persone gentilissime e cordiali. Ho portato con me il mio cane ed entrambi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Esperienza da ripetere!

The best place we have been in Sardinia. The hosts are wonderful and give a lot of very useful advices ranging from food to archeology. The place is clean, nice, affordable and very beautiful. The situation in the center of the city is very practical and there was ample parking space around at least at low season. It can be slightly noisy in the night, but it did not disturb us in our sleep and the B&B provides earplugs. The breakfast is one of the reason you will feel like home: you have everything you can wish for and a kitchen at your disposal to prepare it as you wish. Did we mention the 2 terraces with sea sight? We had a romantic dinner on one of the terrace at sunset with pizza and prosecco, it was simple and unforgettable. Further the region is full of attractive hikes and beaches, our favorite in Sardinia so far.

Had a wonderful stay at Domus De Janas, the location is perfect, right next to the main square with a 3 communal terraces - despite the place being full when we were there it never felt it and we always had the terrace to ourselves to eat breakfast taking in the sea views. Daria and Simone are wonderful hosts - so helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. I would recommend this to anyone and look forward to coming back.

Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo passato tre giorni fantastici. I gestori super gentili e ospitali, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Davvero bellissimo.

B&b favoloso. Pulito, accogliente, nuovo. Possibilità di accedere allo spazio cucina per un the, un caffè, un limoncello o altro a qualsiasi ora. Spazi comuni arredati nei minimi particolari con stile ed eleganza. Terrazza con vista mare spettacolare. Daria e Simone, i proprietari, squisiti. Presenti, ma non invadenti. Disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza e per darci consigli utili. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Sonia.

We had a very Nice stay from several days in the B&B with SImon and Daria. It's a lovely place with the patio en two balcony. The breakfast they serve is wonderful and they arrange everything you need.

È stato un vero piacere pernottare in Domus De Janas. Daria e Simone sono molto accoglienti e gentilissimi. E la B&B è comoda e tranquilla. Era come essere a casa.

Daria e Simone, i proprietari del B&B, mi hanno fatto sentire subito a mio agio: professionali, accoglienti, cordiali e sempre disponibili. La struttura: pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, fiorita, colorata, luminosa. Un cortile interno con comodi lettini e angolo riparato dal sole (poltrone e divano), due terrazze con splendida vista in cui è anche possibile consumare l'abbondante colazione. La spiaggia ed il mare, e che spiaggia e che mare, a due passi. La piazza principale del paese dietro l'angolo. Non si può desiderare niente di meglio: tornerò.

Soggiorno impeccabile, vacanza indimenticabile. Zona strategica a pochi passi da una delle spiagge più belle della Gallura. La struttura è molto bella e curata. Ma il punto di forza è la calorosa accoglienza e disponibilità di Daria e Simone i proprietari, che ti fanno sentire coccolati e viziati come a casa.

Siamo una famiglia composta da tre persone con un bimbo di sette anni. Siamo capitati per caso in questo piccolo paradiso fatto di tantissima gentilezza e tranquillità, Un'autentica sorpresa in positivo! Daria e Simone (i due proprietari) sono persone con cui staresti a parlare tutto il giorno, e che mettono a disposizione una struttura situata in pieno centro a S. Teresa pulitissima, arredata con gusto, dotata di qualunque cosa così come gli appartamenti vere e proprie case in cui poter vivere.
