Our B& B is placed at Strambinello art and culture location, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting nearby Collina. "Castello Di Strambinello" is a prestigious home where the echoes of times past linger in sounds, scents and emotions, design with meticulous attention to detail, a residence with unique, original style, a building of the past brought into the present with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to, enjoy and buy local artisan products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.

Breakfast at the Castle can be enjoyed during the beautiful season either in the marvelous garden or in a dedicated room. You can choose from a variety of hot beverages such as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and milk, in addition to the inevitable Italian espresso. The savory part includes cold cuts and fresh cheeses accompanied by freshly baked bread every morning and sometimes delicious quiches. For the sweet part, you can savor a cake prepared according to ancient recipes, croissants or biscuits, fresh whipped cream, and, if available, seasonal strawberries. Additionally, you will find toast, butter, jam, honey, yogurt, and a selection of fresh fruit. During the winter season, you can order our specialty: pears "martin-sec" cooked in passito wine. Regardless of the season, freshly squeezed orange juice will never be missing. At the time of booking, you will also be invited to indicate your preferences to personalize your breakfast.

When I got to the B&B, Santino was a superb host. He paid attention to what I needed but didn't bother me too much. It felt like staying at a friend's house. \n\nThe breakfast was really good with lots of tasty food to choose from. There were fresh things like bread, fruits, etc. It was clear that they took their time to make it special. \n\nMy room was neat and had everything I might need. The whole place was peaceful and made me feel relaxed. Thank you!

My wife and I got to this amazing place by chance and we're so happy that we did! I don't know where to begin... the Castle of Strambinello is wonderful. Santino is the perfect host. The breakfast is delicious with homemade bread and wonderful cheeses and so much more. The view and place is like a magical fairy tale. Thank you for everything. We will be back.

Castello di Strambinello is an amazing, special place to stay with a unique outstanding atmosphere. We had a very spacious room/suite with all the comforts, the decor was very nice, a good combination of antique and modern. Flower arrangements, books, paintings, and artworks, everywhere lovely details. You can really feel how much the owner, Santino, likes to host guests in his wonderfully restored castle. He is very friendly and helpful, a truly generous person. The breakfast is very delicious with a large selection of homemade and regional products. We can highly recommend this exceptional B&B, it was our second stay and not the last one. Thank you very much, Santino, for your hospitality.

Wonderful location and property, with a very welcoming and friendly host. The breakfast was fantastic, I don't think it would be possible to have a better breakfast anywhere! I could not fault anything. So many thoughtful touches were included, tea, coffee, biscuits, and cold drinks were available for us. Everything was spotlessly clean. Value for money is outstanding. I would love to visit again.

This is a beautiful spot in an old castle with gorgeous views of the valley. The courtyard is so inviting for a cappuccino or glass of wine. The rooms are very unique, very clean, lots of antiques that the owner. Santino, has restored himself. Santino is friendly, accommodating, and ready to do what ever you need to make you stay enjoyable. The breakfast is one of the best we've encountered. He always has this wonderful typical cheese of the area that i love. The breakfast room is beautiful, with lots to look at. There is so much to do in this area, the Gran Paradiso park is very close. Lots of good hiking and skiing in the winter. I recommend this bed and breakfast highly. We have been there twice and will go back again. Thank you Santino.

Imagine visiting a castle, and suddenly being invited to stay the night in the KIng's suite! That's how it was for us. The bedroom was as big as a flat, with a chrystal chandelier. We also had a receprion room, a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The furnishings were a tasteful mixture of old and the most luxurious modern amenities. Sa\ntiago, the owner, is not only the most hospitable and kind host, but an excellent cook, and the breakfasts he prepared were fit for royalty. We spent two nights in Castello Di Strambinello and already are planning our next visit for a much longer stay. a.

We loved every minute of our stay here. It truly gets 10 our of 10 for everything. We have stayed in many places in Italy during the last three weeks and this is outstanding. You will not get a better welcome anywhere or care. It is for the true appreciator of the arts, restoration and history. The blend of the Medieval and the 21st century is superb.

Truly first class B&B that I can highly recommend wholeheartedly. The attention to detail is superb, the setting is wonderful, the host and his family are a delight with nothing too much trouble, the views are beautiful and the entire property has a special ambience seldom found. The castle has been meticulously restored with exquisite taste and care, making it an exceptionally comfortable place to stay. The bedroom was capacious, with a fabulous bathroom and a small kitchenette stocked with lots of interesting goodies for the midnight munchies. Breakfast was colourful, healthy, completely delicious and beautifully laid out each morning. Santino, the host makes a very good cup of coffee, and bakes beautifully too. I will certainly be returning, and hope you find it as welcoming and stunning as we did on our recent trip to Aosta/Piedmont region of Italy.

Castello di Strambinello is a very charming castle that internally is restyled in a very tasteful way. All quality criteria are as high as possible. We have only one remark: the direct environment is not the most touristic area of Italy. For a next visit to Italy we will surely revisit the castle.

Our stay was excellent. Dr. Santino is very friendly, he is always there to recommend us good places to visit. The Castello di Strambinello is like living a fairy tale. The breakfast is delicious (all homemade) with that touch of classical music... it's great! We were a family of 5 people (2 adults and 3 children), the bedding is very comfortable. Definitely worth revisiting, in fact, it was our second time in this great castle. Thank you very much.

Tolle große geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer; herovorragendes Frühstück; sehr gut gepflegter Garten; beeindruckendes Castello mit einem sehr, sehr netten Vermieter und Gastgeber. Nah nach Turin und in die Berge. Gute Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants durch den Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft auch allen Freunden und Bekannten - so sind wir auch an die Adresse gekommen.

We stayed at this splendid property and there are not enough words to describe the beauty of this castle. Meticulously maintained, cleanliness I dare say maniacal, furnished with extreme taste thanks to the owner's restoration activity. Unmatched breakfast with the possibility to choose from an immense menu. High-quality products. Nothing to complain about, just the desire to return.

Immersed in the countryside, this historic residence does not disappoint expectations and, on the contrary, offers atmospheres of yesteryear with modern comforts (bathroom and small guesthouse). The linens from the grandmothers' trousseau are an additional true "gem" for those who can appreciate it! Breakfast as per our requests, also in a noteworthy setting, with the kindness of Santino, lord of Castello di Strambinello. An experience that we will certainly repeat and extend to friends as well... N.B.: the welcome of Betty and her other two friends was also very much appreciated.

Il giardino, curato con amore, è ricco di rose antiche e si affaccia su un panorama straordinario. Esperienza magnifica. Struttura molto bella, molto pulita, il titolare è molto cortese, la nostra stanza era spaziosissima dotata anche di un salottino. Posto molto tranquillo immerso nel verde. La colazione è abbondantissima sia dolce che salata. Ottimo posto. Lo consiglio.

Anche se ci siamo fermati solo un giorno, questo castello mi ha rapito, per la sua bellezza, la natura colorata che lo circonda, gli spazi all'interno curati benissimo e quelli esterni ricchi di vegetazione e fiori dai colori antichi. Mi sono sentita una principessa per un giorno, in un ambiente famigliare, con una colazione da regina, mi è spiaciuto dover ripartire, mi manca Mia e tutto il castello. Assolutamente lo consiglio anche per chi è di passaggio.
