We were welcomed at the B&B with kindness and above all by a sea of nature everywhere! Yes, because the plants are the true protagonists and discovering what you can find in the garden is a little adventure. Warmth and family warmth are the characteristics of this place.

Nothing to say, one of the best Bed and Breakfasts ever, conveniently located near the highway exit, large and well-equipped rooms, all necessary services are there, the owner is very kind, super breakfast. Big and quite clean room, too bad I killed at least a dozen mosquitoes and tiny little bugs. Since there was a mosquito net, there shouldn't have been so many mosquitoes. Delicious homemade breakfast. The owner is very kind.

I stayed three nights in this structure, together with my husband and our 13-year-old daughter. The managers are very kind, helpful and ready to help and/or give useful information. The welcome was exceptional and the breakfast plentiful and tasty. \n\nAn extremely important aspect is that, by informing them beforehand, they provided gluten-free products for my daughter, who is celiac. The room and bathroom were truly large, spacious, comfortable, and, above all, very clean. \n\nThe garden is a real gem, well-kept and delightful. The location is strategic, in a few minutes by car we were at the baseball field, the reason for our visit, at the sea, in the city center, at Conad, at Eurospin, and at the shoe outlets.\n\nThank you very much for your hospitality. We hope to see you again next year.

We stayed one night at the Boschetto property, which met our expectations entirely. The managers are very friendly, the place is pleasant, immersed in a well-kept and welcoming garden. I recommend it for its tranquility and its location not far from the highway.

It is an excellent stopover structure for crossing Italy. The place is located away from noise and very close to the highway exit. As personal advice, the breakfast should be enriched with something savory and fresh bread: there are too many packaged products. For me, it is not a suitable structure for more than one night.

We are a family with 1 child and 1 newborn, we stayed for a few hours because we were just passing through. We really liked the structure for the immense greenery around it and the very good breakfast (Italian style, only fresh fruit was missing). Room and bathroom are really spacious and clean. Perfect stay to break up the journey from north to south, it was my stop both on the way there and on the way back, close to the highway entrance, yet still in the countryside very quiet. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Very kind owners, lovely people.

Quiet place, very well maintained and clean, abundant breakfast, very helpful and kind managers. The structure is not by the sea but a few minutes away and even though it is close to an industrial area, you find yourself immersed in a fantastic grove.

It's the second time I stay here, very convenient for those like me, leaving from the north to go to the south and vice versa, very close to the highway entrance, breakfast with choice, very good cappuccino and brioche, Mrs. Lucia very kind, very spacious and clean room and bathroom.

B&B comodo alla uscita della autostrada posto tranquillo e rilassante lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia spezzare un lungo viaggio oppure farsi una vacanza rilassante.

Posto molto tranquillo, pulito e accogliente a due passi dal casello A14 Porto Sant’Elpidio. La signora è gentilissima e la sua colazione a base di biscotti e torte fatte in casa sono eccellenti. Comodissimo e consigliatissimo!

Ho soggiornato solo una notte con la mia famiglia, ma è bastata per consigliarvi questo posticino fuori dal traffico e vicino al mare, pulito e accogliente. La proprietaria molto gentile, fa delle torte ottime per colazione, molto abbondante e varia. Le camere sono spaziose e con ogni comfort.

Ottima struttura, molto confortevole, immersa nel verde, proprietari gentili e disponibili, colazione abbondante ed anche con frutta del proprio orto. Posizione comoda vicino alla autostrada ed a 5 minuti dal mare. Essere un po' fuori dal centro permette tranquillità necessaria per le vacanze. Ci torneremo.

Ideale per chi ama la natura e l'accoglienza semplice e calorosa. Ci si sente a casa e se ti piacciono alberi e fiori la proprietaria è una eccelsa conoscitrice. Unico e non perdibile, colazione fatta in casa, voto alto con lode.

Struttura molto accoglienti con proprietari calorosi. Il bed si trova nei pressi dell'uscita del casello autostradale di Porto Sant'Elpidio (FM). Un po' distante dal centro a piedi ma con l'auto è raggiungibile in circa 5 minuti. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole immergersi nel relax di una struttura circondata dal verde del giardino.
