125 Metri sul mare is a little gem in the beautiful Sirolo! A bed and breakfast of only 3 rooms, modern and equipped with all comforts, where you will feel welcomed like at home. Or even better! Special mention to the breakfast: very rich, both sweet and savory, with carefully selected local products offered with love, brightened by pleasant chats with the hosts! You will be just steps away from the main street, with ample parking opportunities in the area, free thanks to the pass you will be given on the first day. We can't wait to come back!

A few steps from the center of Sirolo and the paths leading to the beaches. Rooms with independent entrance, extremely clean bedroom and bathroom. Parking in front of the structure, which provides a free pass. Excellent rich breakfast, sweet and savory, served in the patio in front of each room, by Marzia, the owner, who immediately makes you feel at home, with explanations and advice on how to move and what to visit. An excellent reference point for staying in Sirolo. Highly recommended!

"125 Meters above the Sea" seems to be a very appropriate name, although I would add "...and on the rest of the world", so much was the pleasure of staying there. The place is perfectly maintained, breakfasts are worthy of the fame of a splendid region, the hosts are affable, friendly, polite, with whom you tune in as if you had known them for decades. We were certain that Sirolo and the surroundings were places very close to Paradise, but we didn't believe we could stay there directly. See you soon!

Wonderful place, few rooms but carefully detailed. Spacious and modern rooms, kept divinely. Original bathroom with very personal and tasteful touches. Very high level of cleanliness. Breakfast served in the patio adjacent to the room, abundant and for all tastes. Marzia and Riccardo, polite, kind, and knowledgeable owners. Wonderful people to chat with and get directions on places to discover and visit. Ideal place for short or long stays. Strategic and convenient location for every need. Located near the sea, near the characteristic center of Sirolo and its restaurants. Rating 10 for every single thing carefully designed and planned with attention and taste. B&B dotato di ogni confort tra cui aria condizionata, phon, asciugamani, TV, parcheggio e anche macchinetta del caffè! Situato a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Spiaggia di San Michele e a due passi dal centro. Colazione abbondante e con vasta scelta I gestori persone cordiali e molto gentili. Consigliatissimo!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo B&B trovato con i vari motori di ricerca e siamo stati benissimo. Marzia, la proprietaria, è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. B&B pulito, curato nei dettagli, colazione abbondante e ottima posizione, sia per il mare che per il centro.

Io e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato per sei notti presso il B&B 125 metri sul mare. Non conoscevamo il B&B e nemmeno il luogo. Siamo state accolte dal calore e dal sorriso di Marzia, gentilissima proprietaria del B&B, disponibile, cortese e simpaticissima, ci ha illustrato le bellezze del luogo dandoci degli ottimi consigli. La stanza San Michele, esattamente come descritto nel sito, è ampia, accogliente, ben arredata e pulitissima. La colazione, servita nello spazio antistante la camera, posso definirla soltanto sublime. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le più belle spiagge del Conero e molti luoghi di interesse culturali e religiosi. Insomma, pienamente soddisfatte della nostra vacanza, ci siamo sentite coccolate e in famiglia. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille ancora a Marzia e al simpatico marito!

Perfetto. Struttura nuova e pulitissima, con stanze grandi (noi eravamo nella suite S. Michele) e luminose, dotate anche di un piccolo spazio esterno in cui sedersi comodamente a leggere un libro al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Sirolo e le spiagge Urbani e San Michele, ma anche a 2 passi dalla fermata delle navette per il mare. Colazione varia e abbondante e posto auto riservato. Insomma, un soggiorno davvero bellissimo. Grazie mille a Riccardo e Marzia per i tanti suggerimenti azzeccatissimi e per la gentilezza e riservatezza (e anche per i dolcetti al cous cous). Se torneremo a Sirolo, torneremo senz'altro qui.

Questo B&B é davvero buono. Mi sono trovata benissimo sia per la gentilezza e l ospitalità di Marzia, (oltre che per la golosa e varia colazione), sia per la sistemazione. L'edificio é nuovo le camere sono arredate in modo moderno e funzionale. In centro paese, con tutti i servizi vicini, il B&B é in posizione comoda a tutto. I sentieri per le spiagge sono a due passi. Super!

Nuovo, pulito, un design di gusto con grandissima attenzione anche ai minimi dettagli; tutto condito dalla passione e gentilezza dei proprietari. Colazione più che abbondante servita direttamente nell'area riservata esterna alla camera (ben attrezzata con tavolino, sedie, grandi ombrelloni e piccolo stendipanni). In posizione strategica, a pochi metri dal bellissimo centro e dalla discesa in pineta che porta al mare (comoda, percorribile anche con infradito). Utile anche il pass (incluso nel prezzo) per il parcheggio a due passi di distanza. La strada vicina non è di alcun disturbo, sia perché non molto trafficata, sia per l'ottimo grado di isolamento acustico degli infissi. Tutto perfetto, lo raccomando senza riserve.
