Our B&B is placed near the Lago di Garda, with lavish spa waters and facilities (Terme di Sirmione), in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the heart of the city. "Il Paiolo" is a lovely, refined building.

My mother and I felt really lucky to have stayed at Il Paiolo bed and breakfast in Desenzano del Garda because the host, Silvia, was so warm, welcoming, and helpful! She really took care of us to ensure we had a great visit to Lake Garda and maintains a clean, cute, and comfortable accommodation. We especially loved her dog, the balcony, beautiful yard, and great communication during the booking and confirmation stages. It was especially nice to have air conditioning in the room, as we visited during summer. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful hosts, close to the train station and the lake, about 10 minutes. Very clean and cozy room, cleaning every day. Only one thing to improve: there is a need for a small fridge in each room or one big fridge in the hallway. Currently, there is one small fridge for 3 rooms.

Charming and comfortable accommodation. Host was super great and hospitable, we felt like being in our home. Super safe area and you live close with the Italian locals. You get an authentic Italian breakfast.

I stayed at the B&B Il Paiolo, on Tuesday night. We occupied 2 double rooms. The owner, Mrs. Silvia, is a lovely person, as well as her mother. The room was perfect, especially in terms of cleanliness. It's only a 10-minute walk to the center of Desenzano. If I were to come back to visit the town, I would try to find accommodation here again.

Fantastic structure, with a small garden and sun loungers to relax, quiet area away from traffic but a few minutes walk from the center of Desenzano. The room is cozy but equipped with every comfort and the owners Carla and Silvia are very kind, they allowed us to park the motorcycle inside the courtyard and suggested many great activities to do and places to visit. Highly recommended.

The structure is very close to the station and about 8 minutes from the center in a really quiet residential area; the room and the private bathroom are really cute and comfortable, cleanliness ten! Bright room, equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning, very comfortable bed; daily cleaning. Outside available, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, in short, all comforts. The owner is really very kind and always available, perfect stay. Thank you.

Ho soggiornato in questo grazioso b&b con il mio ragazzo per 3 notti. Abbiamo notato fino da subito una disponibilità e una gentilezza da parte della Sig.ra Silvia e della sua mamma ormai rare. Non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, la camera é spaziosa e pulita con annesso bagno altrettanto grande, dotata di ogni comfort possibile per una vacanza in completo relax, in giornate afose come queste il climatizzatore é stato una manna dal cielo! All’esterno della camera vi é anche a disposizione un frigo con delle bibite e la macchina del caffè. La zona residenziale garantisce un riposo tranquillo comunque vicino al centro di Desenzano, si trattano di pochi minuti a piedi. Lo consiglio vivamente e spero di poterci ritornare presto! Un abbraccio

La signora che gestisce il B&B è molto gentile e disponibile, pulizia al top, aria condizionata in camera, ampio bagno con vasca e doppio lavabo. Attenzione solo alla posizione, seppur comoda, bisogna fare una salita per arrivarci!

Ho alloggiato lo scorso week end e mi sono trovata molto bene. La stanza è davvero molto carina e pulita. La posizione è comoda. Vicina al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria. La signora molto gentile e disponibile. Nota positiva anche la colazione presso il bar vicino. Assolutamente consigliato.

Camera nuova e arredata con gusto (la nostra era la matrimoniale lavanda) con bagno rifinito e provvisto di doccia. Tavolino all'interno della camera per poter fare colazione laddove non sia possibile farla sul terrazzo. Posizione distante dal centro in appena 10 minuti a piedi, in zona residenziale e tranquilla. Possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette del B&B con le quali siamo arrivati a Sirmione in una piacevole pedalata. Colazione buona e abbondante con dolci fatti in casa dalla mamma della signora Silvia. La signora Silvia e la sua mamma sono gentili, disponibili e molto educate. Nulla di negativo da dire, forse solo un piccolo suggerimento nel mettere qualche campioncino di prodotti da bagno. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che eccellente. Consiglio assolutamente la struttura e spero di ritornarci.

Ottimo B&B situato in una zona tranquilla, in mezzo al verde, vicino al centro di Desenzano e poco lontano dalle sponde del lago. Seppur il nostro soggiorno è stato breve, abbiamo potuto apprezzare la cura dei gestori, la colazione abbondante, e l'atmosfera di relax della location. Lo consiglio vivamente! Unica pecca: la mancanza di collegamento Wifi, che potrebbe limitare in alcuni casi, ma giovare in altri.

Siamo stati ospiti c/o il Paiolo in occasione della Granfondo di Ciclismo Colnago. Accoglienza e ospitalità perfette. La zona è tranquillissima in mezzo al verde a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, arrivati lì la macchina la si può dimenticare. Tutte le nostre richieste sono state accolte: tenere le bici in garage, la colazione molto ricca e varia (dolce e salato) servita alle 05:30 come da nostra richiesta. Le camere sono luminose e arredate con gusto, l'anno prossimo torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Patrizia & ello.

Struttura calda, linda ed accogliente a pochi passi dal centro di Desenzano. Location ottimale per essere vicini al centro ma lontani dal caos turistico. Carla e Silvia sono gentilissime e discrete. Consiglierei a qualsiasi amico di concedersi qualche giorno di relax presso il B&B "Il Paiolo".

Il Paiolo B&B, è l'ideale per chi vuole godersi Desenzano del Garda. È in un posto tranquillo, con parcheggio, vicinissimo alla Stazione e al centro che si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi. Le proprietarie Silvia e Carla, sono strepitose. Gentili e disponibili. Ti mettono subito a tuo agio, e danno tante informazioni su come muoversi, dove mangiare, e cosa visitare. Le camere sono belle, intime, luminose, pulite, silenziose e non manca niente. La colazione è ricca e ben organizzata per ogni esigenza. Fanno torte fatte in casa e non mancano le brioche fresche e calde. Un piccolo balcone con tavolini e sedie per fare colazione all'aperto, ma si può farla anche in camera. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura. Tornerò sicuramente.

Al Paiolo si respira la vera accoglienza familiare di un B&B, le torte fatte in casa, l'impeccabile pulizia, l'attenzione per l'ospite con consigli giusti su dove mangiare e cosa fare in zona. Il centro di Desenzano è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi ma abbastanza distante da non disturbare la notte. Le camere sono nuove e curate nei particolari.
