Getting around
Its strategic location makes it ideal for moving around the city on the metro (Funicolare San Vigilio - inferiore, Funicolare Città Alta - inferiore, Funicolare Città Alta - superiore...).

Our breakfast, sweet and savory, includes in addition to hot drinks and fruit juice, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, bread and croissants, butter and jam, cold cuts and cheeses, eggs. It is served from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday we will advise you where to enjoy a delicious Italian or continental breakfast. We serve breakfast from Monday until Saturday between 8 and 9, 30 in our common room or in the garden, depending on the weather. PAY ATTENTION PLEASE: we don’t serve breakfast in the Christmas time, in the mid-August, in all national holidays and at particolar times of the year: in February the 5, 6, 7, 8 in March the 19, 30, 31 in April the 1, 2, 29, 30 in May the 1, in June the 2, in August from the 8th to the 25th, in November the 1, 2 in December the 7, 8 and from the 22nd of December until the 10th of January PRICE: Breakfast is not always included and the price is 5€ each until the February 29, and 7€ after the March 1 SPECIAL BREAKFAST: our breakfast is complete but let us know your special requests. Weather permitting, it is prepared in the garden. The cost of breakfast is not included in the room rate

This was a lovely property with great host and good location. My only complaint was the lack of clear instructions to reach the B&B from the bus. The google map directions were not helpful and it was a chore to find our way there.

Nice and charming bed and breakfast with a good inside temperature even in summer. It's a nice location with big walls that keep a good and fresh temperature even in hot weather. This is very important in Bergamo. The mattresses were just fantastic for a great sleep. In general, very good place to stay, with a charming garden for breakfast and a very friendly and helpful host. Place to recommend.

« B&B Entro le Mura » is a very pleasant establishment, well located in the Upper Town and easily accessible. Enrica was very accommodating for luggage storage. The key handover was easy. The room was clean and the breakfast plentiful (fruit juices, yogurts, cereals, Italian pastries, fruit salad, bread…). I recommend this Bergamo B&B.

Spacious and bright room. Impeccable cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Impeccable towels. The scented soaps and shampoo were particularly appreciated. Enrica is very kind and helped us find parking for the car. However, a small downside: the wifi works very poorly, as does the 4g connection.

Great address. The landlady is incredibly kind. Garden with a beautiful view. Large room and very nice breakfast. Really central. We recommend it. And go eat at Trattoria el Teatro. The cheese polenta and pizzoccheri (buckwheat pasta and cheese) are delicious.

Despite the ideal location and undeniable charm of this residence, the welcome by the owner was rushed, the room overlooked the reception area leaving no room for intimacy and was also noisy. But the most unpleasant thing was to find out upon arrival from the owner that breakfast was not provided, even though by the very essence of the concept, breakfast is an integral part of the service. The most disagreeable thing is that we were not informed in advance of this significant inconvenience. Moreover, the owner was not always very clear about the cost of the services... In short, a disappointing experience even though the surrounding town and the establishment itself were perfect for a bucolic stay. I do not recommend if the owner does not make an effort to take care of their guests.

A cozy bed and breakfast in a typical house in Bergamo Alta. Rooms tastefully furnished, very comfortable. I was lucky that the windows faced the garden and the view of the other gardens in the city. Enrica, the owner, always available and smiling. Despite the rooms being close together, I didn't hear the other guests. Attention was paid to soundproofing. Very good and varied breakfast. I would be happy to return to this place. Thank you!

A beautiful B&B, well located 3 steps from the historic center. However, the parking situation is very stressful. The prices for parking the car are horrible. It is not advisable to arrive at the accommodation with a car.

Excellent location to visit Bergamo, especially Bergamo Alta. Impeccable Mrs. Enrica who manages the property; particularly appreciated the attention and care towards the guests. Downsides: the bathroom temperature in winter was a bit cold, especially after showering. Useful info: finding parking near the property may not be very easy, even for a fee; it is also advisable to contact Mrs. Enrica for the courtesy of requesting temporary transit permission which, although not necessary to reach the B&B, can prevent unintentional trespassing from incurring unexpected administrative burdens (fines). Quality of stay: excellent. Highly recommended. The possible flaws of the property are mostly attributable to the ongoing renovation works which, however, do not affect the quality of the stay.

B&B Entro le mura di Bergamo Alta è in un'ottima posizione. Situata in un antico palazzo, ha camere ampie e confortevoli e pulite. Ha pure un bel giardinetto che purtroppo per la stagione non abbiamo goduto appieno ma credo che a primavera inoltrata sarà delizioso. Personale molto gentile e attento. Buona la colazione in un ambiente conviviale anche con gli altri ospiti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo bel palazzo antico nel centro di Bergamo alta. Posizione strategica a 2 passi dal centro, ci è stato assegnato un mini appartamento con 2 camere da letto ed affaccio sul giardino. Molto silenzioso, pulito un appunto al bagno vecchio col termosifone da verniciare e tenda alla doccia che proprio non ci piace. Buona la colazione abbondante con sia dolce che salato. Un ottimo soggiorno ci tornerei volentieri. P S. La proprietaria molto cortese vi fornirà di pass per il centro storico e un itinerario dettagliato per raggiungere la struttura.
