Very atypical place. Ideally located in the historic center! The must: some stairs to climb to reach the rooftop terrace which offers a splendid view of the city both day and night. Breakfast to plan, taken in the sun near the sky, at the top! Bordighera is a very pleasant seaside resort. Angélo gives good advice. Even off-season, it is necessary to reserve your dinner table because everything is full.

Angelo welcomed us wonderfully. Located in the beautiful old town of Bordighera, La Terrazza offers a unique view of the coast and the villa Garnier. The room is a true haven of peace perched in the heights of this charming city. Breakfast is taken in the café below the building, which allows for flexibility in timing. In short, this establishment is perfect for discovering the Italian Riviera.

N’hésitez surtout pas à réserver dans cet établissement, il est très bien placé. Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmant et parle plus. Les chambres sont bien rénové mélangeant le moderne et l’ancien. Le réseau Internet est excellent. La vue est imprenable sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner. C’est globalement un excellent établissement d’un rapport qualité prix abattable. Je reviendrai.

Le propriétaire et sa femme sont très professionnel. excellent accueil et accompagnement tout au long du séjour en conseils.; les commerces sont très bien situé; le bar italien en bas de la terrazza est bien. Les plages sont très longues et propices aux promenades pique nique et ont des airs de jeux pour les enfants, les jardins sont très proches à faire et à y retourner le plus que possible.

I'm thrilled: very charming, lovingly furnished accommodation in a central location in Borgo, next to the church on the cozy square. In 5 minutes you can walk to the sea through a beautiful pine park.

Very nice, unique, with a terrace that offers a splendid panorama. The owner was very kind and very helpful, even though we arrived late he was very kind and gave us excellent advice on restaurants and places to visit. The accommodation is in the center, surrounded by all services: tobacconist, bars, and restaurants.

Located in the heart of the beautiful ancient village of Bordighera. Very convenient to the sea. As reported in the description, there are steep stairs to reach the rooms at La Terrazza, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the village! Clean and quiet room. The property is located 3 minutes from free parking. The owner is very kind and helpful.

B&B very small and not suitable for people with motor difficulties (the stairs are very narrow). Suitable for a maximum of two people. The description refers to the Pink Room. Access to the terrace with a spiral staircase. Spectacular view. Very helpful host. For those traveling with bicycles, the possibility of leaving them in a protected area not far from the structure.

Gentile ospite grazie per la sua recensione e per prodigarsi a spiegare le specifiche della casa anche se le trovo un pochino inesatte colgo ennesima occasione a descrivere.... La Terrazza è locato in un meraviglioso borgo sul mare a Bordighera (Alta) ben servito da mezzi pubblici, adiacente ha un ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito, molti ristoranti che propongono ottima cucina di qualità con un buon rapporto prezzo, quindi abbiamo le stesse caratteristiche di tutti i borghi liguri, accesso non semplice per chi ha problemi motori e infatti per accedere alle camere la nostra torre è solo percorribile da una scala al cui termina sulla terrazza con incomparabile vista mare sulla costa francese ed italiana. Camera Rosa (dedicata alla bisnonna materna) è ben dettagliata sulle specifiche di questo portale ha una superficie totale di 28mq, e scrivere che è adatto al massimo x per due persone mi sembra esagerato, sicuramente mal gestiti perche è una casa datata nell'anno 1700 e nella ristrutturazione abbiamo cercato di sfruttare tutti gli spazi. Per fortuna a molte persone piace questa caratteristica del fascino del passato, comprendendo la nostra location, ci gratifica e ci spinge sempre a continuare a dare una calorosa ospitalità di benvenuto.

I spent 4 wonderful days at this property with a spacious, clean and beautiful room exactly like in the photos and maybe even better. Located in the center of high Bordighera but just a few minutes from the sea. Abundant breakfast on a little terrace with a spectacular view. The owners are very kind, helpful, and approachable. Posizione ottima nel meraviglioso borgo e comoda sia per il mare che per trascorrere le serate ed anche per spostarsi nei dintorni. Per raggiungere la terrazza dove fare colazione ci sono tante scale ma la fatica viene ripagata da un panorama mozzafiato. Gestore cordiale e simpatico. La consiglio sicuramente.

Abbiamo passato due giorni in una dimensione magica, immersi nella vita del meraviglioso borgo. La camera Caterina è perfetta per un week end romantico, con la comodità del bagno privato. Da tener presente che è al 4° piano, ovviamente senza ascensore, essendo una casa a torre: questo fa sentire molto immersi nella vita del borgo ligure. La terrazza soprastante è un gioiello, con vista splendida. Il gestore Angelo e la sua compagna, sono persone molto attente con cui è bello chiacchierare: sono simpatici, disponibili e premurosi. Il borgo offre, nei suoi vicoli, luoghi per mangiare e apprezzare questa magica atmosfera. A piedi si raggiunge il mare i 5 minuti (località S. Ampelio) con scogli piatti e mare pulito. Appena fuori dal borgo il parcheggio gratuito. Sicuramente torneremo.

Posto molto bello, ma sconsiglio vivamente alle famiglie con bambini piccoli che ancora non camminano o camminano da poco. La camera era funzionale per le nostre esigenze, anche se non avevamo lo spazio dove lasciare il passeggino e ogni volta lo abbiamo smontato e rimontato (ah passeggino gemellare ?)) Per la colazione, bellissima la vista dalla terrazza, ma dopo la fatica delle scale e arrivare su e non avere neanche il posto dove mettere i bambini piccoli e proprio scomodo, senza contare che abbiamo felicemente rinunciato alla colazione l'ultimo giorno, sarebbe un attimo da rivedere soprattutto per il costo. Bordighera alta è meravigliosa ma se avete bambini piccoli non soggiornate li...Andate a visitarla. La pulizia ha un po' lasciato a desiderare. Con due bambine piccole che gattonavano e camminavano diciamo non era proprio il top. Nella nostra stanza niente wifi e il televisore aveva problemi di antenna dunque si vedeva poco e male.

Gentile ospite grazie per la sua recensione, colgo l'occasione per spiegare le specifiche della casa (anche se sono ben dettagliate su tutti siti di recensioni) per chi non desidera raggiungere la sala colazione (SERVIZIO SOPPRESSO DAL 2022)situata al 5 piano della torre, ACCESSIBILE SOLO DA SCALA NO ASCENSORE , diamo la possibilità di poterla fare al bar sottostante, ovviamente noi forniamo una colazione continentale (dolce e salato) cosa che non avrebbe al bar. Il borgo ovviamente ha le sue caratteristiche storiche che non a tutti possono piacere (chi ha delle necessità o esige dovrebbe documentarsi). Per quanto riguarda le pulizie le effettuiamo ogni giorno, ovviamente se troviamo disordine ci limitiamo ad una pulizia veloce riassetto dei letti pulizia bagno raccolta rifiuti di sicuro non ci mettiamo a piegare vestiti e quant'altro di proprietà dell'ospite, per chi ha necessità come lei di bambini piccoli che gattonano hanno tutti i prodotti e materiale per pulire all'occorrenza. Per chi desidera abbiamo anche deposito per biciclette se richiesto, che nel suo caso poteva essere utile per il suo passeggino. La camera non ha WiFi sempre specificato nel sito dove lei ha prenotato. Per quanto riguarda la TV sarà nostra premura controllare.

C'è di meglio. Posizione eccezionale nel paese antico, posto auto ottimo per la presenza di una piazza, nelle immediate vicinanze con parcheggio gratuito, per il resto delusione per problemi alla doccia, che spero siano momentanei e per una scala di ingresso adatta solo a chi ha le gambe buone.

Gentile ospite grazie per la sua recensione, confermando la ottima posizione e parcheggio nelle vicinanze s Gratuito fa capire quanto sia contraddittoria e sotto stimata la sua recensione, le nostre camere sono state tutte ristrutturate di recente, climatizzate con bagno privato, la location è una tipica torre ligure del 700 situata nel borgo che per accedere alle camere è accessibile da scala La sua camera in questione ha solo 10 scalini (sempre specificato sul nostro sito web) a meno che lei non abbia problemi motori non capisco la sua battuta! E se non ha gambe buone è sua premura documentarsi..

Tappa fissa di ogni anno. Le camere nel borgo storico sono caratteristiche e ben tenute, con la massima cura per i particolari. La colazione sulla terrazza panoramica con vista mare completa la meraviglia di questo B&B. Assolutamente da provare.

Veramente un posto splendido, l'unico rammarico è stato fermarsi solo una notte. La terrazza che offre la vista del centro storico, e tutto il panorama circostante è impagabile sia alla sera sia alla mattina durante la colazione. Il gestore è molto cortese, affidabile e disponibile. Consiglierei la struttura a chiunque debba soggiornare in zona.

Per me tutto ok, il materasso era fantastico si 4 piani di scale ma quando arrivi in cima la vista dalla terrazza panoramica ti fa dimenticare le scale, vista stupenda.

Siamo stati in questa struttura ad Agosto. Camere accoglienti, posizione ottima a circa 500 metri dal mare, che ci si arriva dopo effettuato un sentiero in discesa. Un ringraziamento al titolare efficientissimo con i suoi consigli per visitare la zona.

Posizione ottima. Colazione abbondante. Il proprietario Angelo molto gentile e disponibile. Struttura arredata in modo particolare e carino. Ci sono scale da fare ma un pò di movimento fa solo bene. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Noi abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella camera "Rosa" che, oltre ad essere arredata benissimo, dispone di angolo cottura, frigo, e tavolino con sedie per poter cucinare e pranzare. La pulizia è impeccabile, ma la sorpresa più bella si ha quando si sale a fare colazione in terrazza dove si può godere di una vista sul mare e sulla città a dir poco mozza fiato. Il proprietario Signor Angelo è di una cortesia squisita e ci ha anche dato diversi consigli su cosa visitare. Ottimo soggiorno. Simonetta e Roberto.

Posizione ottima, in centro a Bordighera alta, vicinissimo a negozi e locali, a pochi metri dalle spiagge. Disponibilità e cordialità del gestore. Camera Caterina al quarto piano dotata di ogni comfort. Tocco di classe la colazione in terrazza! Semplicemente stupendo.

Bellissimo Bed and Breakfast. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno, in una struttura situata in un vecchio borgo con una splendida vista sulla costa dalla terrazza dove veniva anche servita la colazione. Ottima l'accoglienza e la cura dell'ospite da parte del proprietario, sia nella professionalità che nel rapporto umano. Peccato non aver potuto prolungare la nostra permanenza.

La struttura è molto bella, nel centro storico molto caratteristica. Il proprietario è molto gentile e da tutte le indicazioni necessarie per gite/escursioni. I ristoranti nei dintorni sono ottimi. La scala che porta agli appartamenti è molto ripida, unica cosa che migliorerei è la colazione, un po' scarsina (aggiungere biscotti e/o fetta di torta) Complessivamente posto che consiglierei.

Insieme ad altre due coppie, io e la mia ragazza abbiam soggiornato nel B&B Le Terrazze. Ovviamente inutile soffermarsi sui gradini da salire per le camere (sul sito è scritto ovunque, inoltre dopo un paio di giorni ti ci abitui), siamo stati davvero bene ed il titolare, Angelo, gentilissimo. Spiagge raggiungibili in una decina di minuti e parcheggio a 2 minuti dalla struttura sempre facile da trovare, anche a ferragosto. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.
