Ho soggiornato per due notti nel monolocale “La Giara del Centro” per due notti con la mia ragazza. L’appartamento è ampio, il bagno è grande. Molto pulito e grazioso. È presente il climatizzatore che fa aria calda/ fredda. La cucina è ben fornita. La posizione dell'appartamento è nella via principale di La Spezia, ci sono bar, ristoranti, farmacie e supermercati a due passi dall'appartamento, la stazione centrale è a 5 minuti a piedi. Il proprietario di casa è una persona molto gentile che ci ha dato molti consigli utili su La Spezia e sulle cinque terre in generale. Per il prezzo richiesto, la posizione e l’appartamento in se, è un vero affare! Consigliato a tutti.

Bonjour, magnifique appartement climatisé situé en plein centre ville et du marché qui a lieu tous les jours et le vendredi il y a un grand marché type braderie. Si vous venez en voiture l'appartement est en zone piétonne donc inaccessible en voiture, mais il y a un dépose minute à 2 pas de l'appartement et c'est très pratique pour décharger les valises. Nous avions loué le garage proposé qui est à 5 mn à pied de l'appartement (il faut traverser la zone piétonne) c'est moins cher que le prix du parking dans la rue et cela évite de chercher une place. Sauf erreur de notre part pour un Bed and Breakfast le petit déjeuner n'était pas compris dans le prix.

Chouette appartement. Le matériel pour cuisiner est bien, la taille de l'appartement est parfaite et, surtout, position hyper centrale! A côté d'un petit café avec des supers apéritifs. Seul point négatif: il faut prendre des boules Quiès car rue principale et animée. A recommander pour visiter les 5 Terres.

Appartamento in pieno centro città, sulla via pedonale di La Spezia. Pulito, ben curato, con tutti i comfort di casa. Gestori disponibilissimi e gentilissimi.
