I loved staying at this true peaceful oasis! One experiences the very best of Italian hospitality in an impeccable home. We had a great week. Nice clean room with air conditioning and a small fridge. You can relax in the garden and you can use a free bicycle to go to the city center or the harbour. \nThanks for the nice week, and the coffee was well arranged Fulvia.

Perfect establishment in terms of owners, advice, cleanliness, location for visits. As French Savoyards, we just missed a bit of Italian cheese for breakfast... but it's really a detail. Although we understand the sanitary measures, food a bit too packaged for us, but we understand. Thank you for this stay.

We spent 4 nights at Fulvia's place. Everything was perfect. Welcome, cleanliness, etc. Fulvia speaks French very well. Regarding the restaurant, she gave us a list of restaurants. We tried a different one each evening and it was great and reasonably priced. We highly recommend the place. Gérard and Manuela.

Great welcome, Mrs. Fulvia is super hospitable! The room was very clean and meticulously cared for, the breakfast abundant and varied even though not expected! The stay was very pleasant, we will definitely come back! Also delightful the opportunity to use the bikes to discover the city comfortably. Thanks again for the wonderful overnight stay.

Delightful, very clean room and bathroom equipped with every comfort, abundant breakfast (special homemade jams) consumed in a well-kept and welcoming garden, Mrs. Fulvia sunny and hospitable. Recommended.

Well-managed facility, tastefully decorated and attentive to details, spacious and clean room. The owner is kind and helpful. Very useful bicycles available for customers. The only downside, the train which for those who are light sleepers at night is quite loud.

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 gg in questo piccolo e grazioso B&B situato nella zona periferica di La Spezia. Posizione comunque strategica visto la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni (circa 800 mt) e a poco più di un km dal centro storico (possibilità di andarci con le biciclette offerte gratuitamente dal B&B su prenotazione). Camera spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort e pulita. Carinissimo il porticato adibito alla colazione immerso nel giardino (ben curato). Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata con torte e marmellate home made. Punto forte l’accoglienza e la gentilezza di Fulvia la titolare. Ogni mattina si intratteneva con noi durante la colazione per fare due chiacchiere e darci delle dritte sui posti da visitare. Che dire, ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa nostra!
