Plus; Really nice host speaks very good English. Close by the airport. You can use the kitchen and garden. You can walk to the beach and harbor where they catch and sell the fish. Min: it smelled a bit after smoking, breakfast is nothing fresh everything packed, sound of airplanes starts at 5:30 in the morning. Overall; just fine.

The host is incredibly accommodating and very responsive. He offers shuttle service to and from the airport at a great rate. The rooms are all very modern, spacious and clean. Perfect for a 1 or 2 night spot to get you close to the airport. Room has its own bathroom. Kitchen is shared and for breakfast he provides juice, coffee and assortment of yogurts and bread etc. This is our second stay and would stay here a third time if given the opportunity! Thank you for everything!

Happy Home was perfect for our early flight out of Rome the next morning. It was spotless, close to the Fiumicino city center, and Neno was very kind. I highly recommend!

My husband and I had been on a cruise and were supposed to leave to fly out but our flight was delayed and we needed a quick place to stay for the night that was close to the airport. We were so glad we came across this place and booked it. They picked us up from the airport and drove us to our room. They even recommended lunch and dinner spots while we were staying. We went to both of the resort and they were both delicious and I'm walking distance from our room. The next morning, we were provided breakfast and a drive to the airport for us to catch our flight. Loved our stay and definitely recommend!

The best thing about our stay at Happy Home was the service and help we received from Antonio and his son Giuseppe. This facility was clean and comfortable and close to the airport but our hosts went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

This was my second time to stay at Happy Home, and it continues to be an excellent option for travel in and out of Rome FCO airport. The neighborhood and the house are peaceful and pleasant, so it's a great place to unwind after a long flight or to relax before a long flight back home.

Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Dank des Nachtflugverbotes konnten wir sehr gut schlafen, so dass uns die Lage in der Einflugschneise überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Giuseppe und seine gesamte Familie sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben vor dem Rückflug nach Hause wieder im Happy Home übernachtet und sind so herzlich begrüßt worden, als würden wir uns schon ewig kennen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir nach Rom fliegen!

The owner is nothing short of extraordinary, with a level of availability like few others, very down-to-earth and makes you feel completely at ease. I will definitely come back, also because I found the bed very comfortable, extremely clean rooms, and attention to detail that I have noticed in few places.

I stayed one night in the well-furnished Jazz room, very comfortable bed, adequate and functional bathroom. The modern kitchen complete with all utensils for breakfast. The owners are polite and friendly people, with whom I had the pleasure of exchanging a few words! Highly recommended.

Eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista, struttura molto carina accogliente e pulita. Ho scelto Happy Home poiché dovevo recarmi alla fiera di Roma per un concorso. Sono stata fortunata ad essere stata accolta da Giuseppe il titolare che offre inoltre servizio di accompagnamento alla sede concorsuale. Tutto ottimo, consigliatissimo.

Ottima struttura, molto pulita, le camere sono spaziose e molto graziose. La nostra accesso diretto al cortile. Il proprietario e molto gentile e ci e venuto incontro a tutte le richieste. La colazione e buona. È ubicato in una zona molto tranquilla e dista circa 5 minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia. Super consigliato!

Siamo stati ospiti di questo grazioso B&B al rientro del nostro viaggio di nozze. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente, ben arredato, molto pulito e tranquillo. Happy home si trova a Fiumicino, una struttura che ti lascia a bocca aperta per quanto sia moderna, completa di accessori, pulita. Letti comodissimi, bagno molto molto curato, cucina completa di qualsiasi accessorio e colazione a buffet. Per i momenti di svago e i fumatori c'è il piccolo giardino attrezzato con tavolini, sedie e panche. Bravissime persone il gestore e i suoi genitori, disponibilità h24 e educazione da vendere. Rapporto qualità prezzo da record. Dieci e lode-.

Ottimo B&B, perfetto per chi, come noi, ha bisogno di soggiornare a Fiumicino nei pressi dell'aeroporto. Le camere sono ampie e dotate di ogni comfort. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Nulla da eccepire. Consigliatissimo.

Struttura carina e molto confortevole soprattutto per l'ambiente famigliare che ti accoglie. Molto pulito e ordinato, colazione preparata dai proprietari in una cucina comune molto carina; una nota davvero positiva è il giardinetto davanti alla casa che offre uno spazio riservato e piacevole per rilassarsi anche alla sera. Molto simpatici i proprietari e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Unica nota dolente ma non della struttura, sono i trasporti: costosi e mal gestiti da e per Roma. Ma si sa, a Roma è un problema noto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni al B&B Happy Home e ci siamo sentite come a casa! Giuseppe e il suo papà sono delle persone meravigliose. La nostra camera era spaziosa e sempre pulita. La colazione abbondante. Ci è sempre stata data la disponibilità di orari e i proprietari si sono sempre resi disponibili. Viaggiamo molto e questo B&B si colloca comodamente nella nostra top 10. Ottima soluzione per chi deve soggiornare una notte vicino l'aeroporto, pulito, essenziale, ottima la stanza, veramente grande il bagno, a mio modesto parere il materasso singolo un po troppo morbido. Il proprietario gentile e alla mano si è messo a disposizione sia all'arrivo che alla partenza di passaggio presso l'aeroporto consigliato.

Posizione comoda, soprattutto per chi fa scalo a Fiumicino, i proprietari si mettono a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa, anche per spostamenti tra gli aeroporti. La struttura è comoda, pulita, ha un grande bagno anch'esso pulito. Le camere in stile moderno (ed anche i letti comodi) fanno si che il soggiorno in questo B&B sia una bella esperienza!
