Superb accommodation very well located at a quite correct price. Annamaria is very kind and provides all the information desired. Great plus for people not speaking English, Annamaria speaks very good French. Second time we returned to Rome and always very happy with this guest room. The next time we go to Rome, we will return here. The only downside related to a historic building, no air conditioning. If possible, avoid summer, but it didn't stop us from enjoying Rome :).

Excellent facility in an ancient 1600s palace, very convenient due to its proximity to the center, a few meters from the Colosseum, the metro, and Termini station. Extreme courtesy from the owner, available for any advice. Spotlessly clean and impeccable in every detail. Definitely recommendable, with an excellent value for money.

Lovely little place in the center of Rome just a stone's throw from the Colosseum. Mrs. Annamaria Valente entertained us with kindness and helpfulness. From the structure, located inside a historic building, you can easily reach the city center and all the most important tourist attractions. Experience to be repeated.

Beautiful property, in a great location. Few (bonus) well-kept and spacious rooms. Upon arrival, we were worried about the possible noise from the street below, but the excellent soundproofing was a pleasant surprise. We also got along very well with the owner. Definitely worth recommending.

From Annamaria we had a great time, both me and my boyfriend. We organized a 4-day trip on the fly and found a structure with a perfect location for us, a beautiful lively neighborhood, populated, not far from the Colosseum and the Station (we arrived by train). We walked half of Rome on foot (but the structure is very close to the metro) and coming back to La Scalinatella was a bit like coming home after a tiring day. Cozy and elegant structure, good breakfast, cute little dog and really exquisite owners. Nothing else to add! We will be back!

Everything perfect. The only small issue are the night noises on the street which obviously do not depend on the managers' will. If we had decided to close the windows, we would have solved this inconvenience as well.

Appartamento gradevole con grandi potenzialità che a nostro avviso non viene valorizzato come potrebbe. Per segnalare alcuni spunti di miglioramento ad esempio, potrebbe essere eliminato il frigorifero che abbiamo trovato posato a terra in stanza con relativi fili volanti, aumentata l'insonorizzazione in esterno ed interno e migliorata la colazione. Affaccio sulla strada un po' rumoroso ma il quartiere è centrale e piacevolmente vivace anche la sera. Spesa contenuta considerando i prezzi della capitale.

Gentile Signora, la ringrazio per la recensione, per quel che riguarda i mini-frigo in camera li abbiamo messi proprio perché richiesti da molti ospiti che comprano da bere e vogliono tenere le bevande in fresco. Non ci sono fili volanti, l'unico filo è quello del frigo. La colazione, per legge, deve essere confezionata ed in mono-porzione, non possiamo manipolare alimenti. Proprio qualche giorno abbiamo subito un controllo molto accurato e ci è stato chiesto di mostrare cosa offriamo ai nostri ospiti. Essendo tutto confezionato non ci sono stati problemi. Quanto all'insonorizzazione ha ragione ma, se cambiassimo tutti gli infissi (a questo punto dovremmo anche fare un impianto di aria condizionata), per recuperare la spesa dovremmo alzare di non poco i prezzi che, invece, preferiamo contenere. Ottima struttura, posta nel cuore di Roma a due passi da tutto. Sulla via Urbana locali e negozi di ogni tipo facilitano il soggiorno. Le padrone di casa gentilissime e accoglienti, sempre disponibili e attente alle esigenze degli ospiti. Io e le mie amiche abbiamo apprezzato molto e vi torneremo.

Ho soggiornato due giorni in questo B&B e sicuramente la consiglio! Situato in un quartiere molto caratteristico, pieno di locali e ristorantini, a pochi minuti dalla stazione e dai principali monumenti. La struttura è molto accogliente, le camere ampie, luminose ed arredate con gusto, il salotto la sera con le sue luci soffuse, che dire ci si sente come a casa! Ho programmato 3 giornate alla vera scoperta dell'arte, la storia; un tocco di semplice e piacevole vacanza rigenerante. Abbiamo soggiornato nel B&B realizzato di recente in modo sobrio e confortevole, in una spaziosa e ariosa camera di un antico palazzo. Quartiere caratteristico con una sua piacevole vitalità umana dovuta alle varie botteghe di artisti vari ed artigiani. Utilissima e piacevole la disponifilità e cordilità di Annamaria con i suoi consigli, veramente ottima la posizione centrale per chi arriva con mezzi pubblici. Nelle 3 giornate trascorse abbiamo potuto fare a meno negli spostamenti dei mezzi pubblici, scoprendo a fondo quasi tutte le zone più caratteristiche della città. Per coloro che hanno la possibilità di scegliere il periodo di vacanza suggerisco i giorni infrasettimanali possibilmente di bassa stagione. Non troverete la massa di turisti, ma la reale vitalità di Roma, massima scelta delle trattorie tipiche, disponibilità ed accoglienza di musi e monumenti. Avrete soggiorni più tranquilli con grossi vantaggi di assistenza, ma sopratutto costi più bassi.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e posso dire di essermi trovata bene, sia io che i miei figli, le proprietarie due sorelle gentilissime e simpaticissime, una struttura accogliente vicino al centro e vicino al metro.
