Whether positive or negative, I never leave reviews because I am convinced that this system of commenting on one's experiences in hotels or restaurants is terribly mismanaged and allows anyone to express judgments that, in most cases, are inappropriate. But this time I decided to make an exception. Due to culture, social status, and education, each customer is different from another and has different needs. Needs that are sometimes already complicated to solve for large hotels, let alone for the manager of a B&B. Considering the high degree of uncouthness of the majority of modern tourists, what value does their judgment of the Quality/Price ratio or the Cleanliness of a B&B have if at home they live with chickens in the living room and wash their armpits only once a week. In a big city like Rome, with city mobility services that most of the time prove inadequate, asking to rate the Location of the Property means absolutely nothing. You may live 5 minutes from a subway station, but then that station is closed for renovations. You may have a wide choice of buses, but if you are in the northern part of the city, it will take hours to get to the southern part. And if you need to buy tickets, you don't know where to go. The same goes for Breakfast. Because if at home you are used to having it with Coca-Cola and peanuts, or with eggs and sausages, the fresh wild berry tart every morning will not be part of your food culture. I believe that if there are problems to report, needs to be addressed, or compliments to make, they should be done exclusively by talking to the managers and not by writing reviews afterwards, which serve no purpose. Especially if those already mentioned uncouth individuals do it, who seem to enjoy taking advantage of the opportunity to judge their stays, leaving negative reviews just to show their friends how snobby they are when they return to the chicken coops where they usually live. Stop with these absurd reviews and find a more intelligent way to evaluate the quality of the services you offer.

The friendliness and sympathy but also the discretion of Katia and Alessandro are a strong point of the structure! At least for me and my children who were not in Rome just for vacation. So we took advantage of their useful tips and their availability even in letting us leave the luggage until late. The atmosphere is very familiar and the decor lives up to the name of the B&B Anni 50. Clean bathrooms and excellent breakfast. For those who do not need to stay in the center, it is certainly a comfortable B&B served by public transport.

We have just stayed at Caterina and Lorenzo's, very welcoming and helpful. We had a great time. The location is ideal for visiting Rome and surroundings, nearby bus stops and metro. Recommended!

I was very comfortable, the room is cozy, the bathroom very convenient. Everything is very clean and every day refreshed by the wonderful staff of B&B Anni 50. I will definitely come back.

Appartamento ben pulito. Ampi spazi. Colazione super. Quartiere tranquillo per essere a Roma. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che in linea. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.

BnB situato a pochi passi da Villa Ada, nella tranquilla zona est di Roma. Comodo per chi vuole farsi un week-end musicale al festival che organizzano ogni anno nel parco, nel mese di Luglio. Buona l'accoglienza della signora Caterina e famiglia. Ci ritornerei volentieri.

Sono stati una settimana nel B&B insieme ad un gruppo di studenti. Abbiamo avuto in pratica tutta la struttura a nostra disposizione per l'intera settimana. Un sogno. La struttura é molto bella e pulitissima, le stanze sono carine e davvero anni 50. Con l'apertura della fermata s. Agnese/Annibaliano della metro B la zona é adesso molto piú raggiungibile, e i prezzi sono molto buoni. Certo, non é vicinissima al centro, ma per noi questo é stato un plus, dal momento che Roma puó essere molto faticosa ed uscire dal centro a fine giornata non é male. Inoltre con la metro B si arriva al centro velocemente. Lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio.

Cortesia, pulizia, disponibilità, passione per il lavoro fanno si che la struttura abbia avuto da parte nostra un giudizio eccellente. Complimenti e arrivederci alla prossima vacanza romana.

Sono stato in questo bellissimo ed accogliente b&b con la mia ragazza, ed appena siamo entrati infreddoliti dalla pioggia, i titolari del b&b ci hanno accolto con asciugamani e sorrisi per farci asciugare, ci hanno mostrato la nostra stanza bellissima con letto rotondo comodissimo e stupendo, colazione molto ricca di cose fatte in casa, fette biscottate, vari tipi di marmellate, miele e nutella, l'imbarazzo della scelta, la posizione comodissima a 10 minuti si hanno 2 metro ed autobus per raggiungere il centro. Sicuramente ci torneremo per l'estate. Grazie ancora B&B anni 50.
