Welcome to the B&B Gagliardi House.

The Gagliardi House Bed and Breakfast is located next to the new Metro C that takes you to the city center in just 20 minutes. It also features a 38-square-meter suite that meets the needs of extended stays, with a large double bedroom for single use, a spacious living room with kitchenette, a large bathroom and two balconies.

We are affiliated with the PTV, which is only 600 meters away.

Our B&B is located in Rome, a city of art, in a place with a spectacular view in the Tor Vergata area. Gagliardi House is an elegantly designed and detailed structure, a charming and refined building.
Surroundings:
Travelers staying with us can fully enjoy the richness and beauty of our area thanks to the valuable suggestions of the managers. A short distance from our residence, guests will find everything they need to fully experience their vacation, from sports to culture, from shopping to relaxation.
Location:
Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their holiday accommodations, for business and work trips, for a romantic getaway to meet and rediscover each other. If you let me know, I can also provide a bottle of sparkling wine to create the right atmosphere and contribute to a pleasant encounter.
Structure features:
Our guests can take advantage of a private bathroom in every room, free Wi-Fi, a heated environment, free entry, parking, and parking spaces also for SUVs but not too large.
Our rooms:
The rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, Netflix, a baby bed (if requested), television, mirror and luggage rack, and minibar.
There are 2 rooms, all with a private bathroom.
Notes:
We will greet you with our rich and delicious breakfasts.
You can also bring your four-legged friends with you on your travels.
The managers speak Italian, a little less English and Spanish.
Mobility:
Thanks to its location, our structure is excellently connected by means of the nearby highways Autostrada A1 Roma Napoli, Autostrada A1 Torrenova.

Our breakfast is prepared with great care, looking among the most typical breakfast ROMANA: croissants, bagels and pastries bombs. Or we can arrange breakfast NATIONAL: biscuits, biscuits and crackers, nutella, jam, honey and butter. As for yogurt, juice and fresh fruit, the taste must be notified the night before, leaving hanging on the door handle a ticket with the preference the kind of breakfast choice between ROMANA or NAT).

Nice, clean, cheap, close to public transport (metro and bus included). Managed by very friendly and kind people. It was a pleasure to stay there. Perfect for a journey in Rome!

I'm sorry, but I have to give an honest assessment. The hosts were very nice, but it's not enough when you want to sleep in good conditions and relax without stress. The photos of the apartment don't reflect reality. Maybe they were taken a dozen years ago, or maybe they are being improved. The rooms are very worn, dirty, neglected. The same goes for the kitchen equipment, which is basically non-existent. The bathroom is cramped. There was no hot water in the shower during our stay. Sometimes there was lukewarm water. For three nights we were bitten by some insects... Breakfasts consist of yoghurts, cookies, and coffee in espresso capsules. Everything delivered on the first day. DIY... Overall, the worst accommodation out of 10 we stayed in Italy (all were B&Bs and much cheaper than this one) Unfortunately, I definitely do not recommend it, especially at this price. I'm sorry...

The apartment is significantly more spacious than a hotel room in a similar price range. Metro C, Lidl, Big Mac Drive-In are within easy walking distance. Likewise, there are several bus lines. The apartment is nonetheless located in a quiet side street and is directly accessible by car. Those who do not have exaggerated demands and feel at home in a more family-oriented environment should get along well with the accommodation. The operators provide a certain amount of basic food items daily, but it is advisable to plan to provide for yourself, at least as a supplement. The nearby Lidl is also open on Sundays. Refrigerator, freezer, sink, microwave, gas stove, washing machine, TV, WiFi are available. There are also units for cooling the rooms. Before your arrival, it is advisable to contact the operators so that they can deliver the apartment keys to you punctually. The operators are pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a multi-family house with access via a staircase. Knowledge of the Italian language is advantageous.

I stayed with my family in May, cozy and very clean structure close to the Tor Vergata hospital and Metro C, abundant and varied breakfast, the owner Mrs. Barbara is truly exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Nice structure managed with passion by the Gagliardi family. Hospitality and availability along with the proximity to metro C are the strong points. The mini bar and the renovated room are very beautiful.

Mrs. Barbara is very helpful and very kind. I stayed from September 20th to 23rd, 2021, and I had a great time. Breakfast is served directly in the room, equipped with a fridge and an electric coffee machine.

Ho da farvi notare una cosa: la cucina che è in copertina insieme al nome ‘Gagliardi House’ non è nelle camere che si prenotano. La stanza è ottima per una/due persone, in tre diventa stretta; il bagno purtroppo ha lo spazio necessario per entrare e fare ciò che necessita, doccia, lavabo e WC/Bidet. La colazione è super rinforzata. P. s. controllare necessariamente la scheda della camera assegnata per farvi un’idea della stessa, anche se alcune foto non corrispondono all’effettivo bagno, nel mio esempio. La proprietaria permette di consegnare un piano cottura da utilizzare in camera anche se non è comodissimo in termini di spazi.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questa struttura e sicuramente un prossimo viaggio a Roma ci ritornerò. Posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla metro C e da centri commerciali. Stanza, colazione e pulizia molto graditi. I proprietari disponibilissimi per tutte le nostre richieste, molto simpatici e spero di ritornare presto soprattutto per il calore e l’accoglienza ricevuta. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Ottima pulizia di camera e bagno, titolare accogliente e gentilissima, parcheggio privato tranquillo e sicuro, tuttavia il B&B si trova in una palazzina al limite del fatiscente, nessuna indicazione della via per arrivarci, la posizione è comoda soltanto per chi deve andare al policlinico di Tor Vergata ma non proprio ideale per visitare il centro di Roma. La fermata della metropolitana è vicinissima, peccato che la linea c non è ancora collegata alle altre e fino a fine ottobre i treni circolano fino alle 20.30, rientrare in autobus è un'impresa. Colazione scadente con merendine confezionate e da fare in camera poiché manca di spazio in comune, in conclusione, noi l'abbiamo scelto per la posizione non centrale e il parcheggio, dovendolo raggiungere in auto e lasciarla parcheggiata per tre giorni, ma lo sconsiglio se arrivate a Roma in treno o aereo.

Con il mio ragazzo ho soggiornato in questa struttura per un weekend. Gestori molto premurosi, gentili e disponibili; camere ben arredate e soprattutto pulite. Unica pecca la posizione, un pò distante dal centro..ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Anche se ho soggiornato una sola notte posso dir di esser stata bene, la struttura è nuova e pulita, un pò fuori la capitale ma raggiungibile comodamente in metro presso una stazione che dista un 15 km.

Tornare a Roma è per noi sempre un piacere e dopo essere stati da voi, sarà ancora più bello sapere già dove voler soggiornare. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e con sommo piacere ho trovato una coppia di gestori veramente carini, non è il solito bed & breakfast perché ci ha accolto come se fossimo veramente degli amici abbiamo avuto anche parlato con la signora Barbara ed è una persona veramente in gamba ci ha messo molto a nostro agio. in poche parole bed & breakfast casa di amici è la pura realtà.

Volevamo trascorrere il capodanno a Roma e nella ricerca di una buona struttura, ci siamo imbattuti nell'accogliente B&B "A casa di amici". Già dal primo contatto telefonico, sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla disponibilità e gentilezza di Barbara, che ci accolti e seguiti per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. La nostra camera era molto bella, curata e ricercata nei dettagli. Veramente comoda la macchinetta del caffè in camera e le brioche di pasticceria hanno reso il risveglio ancora più dolce. Anche se non pienamente in centro, era facilmente raggiungibile anche attraverso i mezzi pubblici. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, proprio come a casa di amici e siamo sicuri che nelle nostra prossime vacanze romane soggiorneremo nuovamente da voi. Grazie ancora Barbara per la tua gentilezza e simpatia!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo BB. nonostante non sia vicinissima al centro, con la metro o l'autobus si arriva facilmente proprio in centro città a Roma. non parliamo poi della gentilezza della signora Barbara, sempre disponibile. Se dovessi tornarci, è probabile che prenoterei nuovamente qui!

Ambiente familiare e tranquillo. Estrema cortesia e disponibilità della proprietaria. Comodo parcheggio. Sicuramente consigliabile specialmente per chi deve recarsi al policlinico o all'università di tor vergata.

Ottima la qualità degli arredamenti, degli accessori e degli spazi. Massima la cortesia e gentilezza da parte della padrona di casa; imperdibile il cornetto fresco di pasticceria e la macchina del caffè che utilizza caffè in grani. Frigo e televisione in camera, bagno ben attrezzato. Zona di poco fuori dal raccordo, piccola palazzina condominiale. Cura nei dettagli sia nella pulizia che nella biancheria.
