Our B& B is placed at Sistiana district of Duino-Aurisina in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a quiet, panoramic setting. "Le Falesie" is welcoming, with refined attention to detail.

Our guests will be able to taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas, enjoyable long walks in the many gardens and stunning surrounding countryside.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to stay in a home from home, for conferences and business travel, for a romantic holiday in a quiet, reserved setting, if you love the peace and quiet of nature, far from the bustle of the city.

It will be a rich Italian breakfast: tea, coffee, barley, milk, hot chocolate, fruit juices, yogurt, toast, jam, spreadable chocolate, honey, cookies, always fresh bread, seasonal fruit, cereal (butter on request). For those who prefer savory options: cold cuts & mixed cheeses! Special requests? Let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you! Breakfast is usually served from 7:30 am to 9:00 am, unless there are specific needs.

Chiara, the owner, is a polite and very helpful person. She welcomed us with a beautiful smile and immediately made us feel comfortable by meeting our needs, such as the request for a savory breakfast instead of a sweet one. We stayed as a couple at the B&B. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, you feel at home. It's very convenient for everything: the breakfast is plentiful, the view is beautiful, it's very close to the beach and has a spacious garden with parking. Also, it's convenient for bus stops. Ms. Chiara Bosio and her husband are incredibly kind and friendly. We will definitely return.

"Le Falesie" is a lovely bed and breakfast located a stone's throw from the Sistiana Bay. We thank Mrs. Chiara, an excellent hostess who welcomed us with kindness and courtesy! Her breakfasts served in the garden were excellent. We will cherish a beautiful memory.

We made a stop to rest on the way back from Croatia and it was an excellent choice. Chiara is a lovely and very welcoming person. The perfect accommodation. Breakfast in the garden, rich and plentiful.

We had a great time, Chiara is very kind, friendly, and reserved. We asked for a fan and the next day we had a brand new one in the room. Varied, excellent, and abundant breakfast. If it had air conditioning (but probably this is an unusual heat), it would be top.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato in questo B&B due settimane: bellissima struttura, camera tranquilla e rilassante, pulizia esemplare, ottima e abbondante colazione, volendo, servita in giardino. La struttura è in un'ottima posizione: 15 km da Trieste e 15 min a piedi dal mare. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti vari ristoranti e trattorie, un supermercato raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, farmacia, panetteria ecc. Volendo usare i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere Trieste, vi è un comodo bus che ferma nelle vicinanze. La gentilezza e disponibilità della signora Chiara e della sua famiglia, meritano un plauso: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.

Consiglio questo B&B con tutto il cuore. La struttura è ottima, tutto è curato e gentile. La colazione tra i fiori è stupenda. Sam il "piccolo cane" è delizioso. Che dire? Ottimo è il minimo. Unico neo? Pensavo di non usare l'auto per qualche giorno, l'ho usata; direi che è indispensabile per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse e non mi è dispiaciuto troppo. Grazie Chiara per tutto. Grazie Sam per la tua dolcezza. Grazie a tutti. Tornerò.

B&B fantastico. Ci sono stata con il mio ragazzo e i miei genitori. Ospitalità spettacolare, posto stupendo, colazione meglio di un Albergo. Torneremo sicuramente. Posizione strategica.

Trattasi di un B&B a gestione familiare e va rilevato sin da subito che l'accoglienza e la dispobibilitá dimostrate sono da primato. Le camere e il bagno sono arredate con cura e la pulizia è un'altra punto forte di questo B&B. Sul punto si aggiunga che la struttura è di recentissima costruzione e che le rifiniture sono di alto livello, dunque, anche per tali ragioni, ho ritenuto di attribuire il punteggio massimo. La colazione servita era abbondante e nulla mancava. Addirittura ci è stata servita in giardino al fine di poter godere della splendida giornata di sole. La location è ottimale in quanto zona strategica per visitare la città di Trieste e i paesi limitrofi. Inoltre, si trova a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e dai locali notturni di Sistiana. Consigliatissimo!

Chiara e la sua famiglia sono delle persone disponibili e di compagnia. Posso garantire d’essermi sentito come a casa e a mio completo agio. La location è ottimale in quanto zona strategica per visitare la città di Trieste e i paesi limitrofi, ma allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e dai locali notturni di Sistiana. Consigliatissimo!

Ottima accoglienza di Chiara insieme al suo cagnolone Sam: -) La struttura è molto bella, pulitissima e in posizione strategica per il mare ma anche per escursioni nel Carso. Colazioni piacevolissime in giardino, con pane fatto in casa dalla padrona di casa, miele, frutta di stagione e tante altre cose buone. Consigliatissimo.

Simpatici e accoglienti Chiara e Spartaco, i gestori del B&B. La struttura è nuova, inserita nella villa di recente costruzione: le stanze e il bagno sono molto luminosi, spaziosi, puliti e arredati con buon gusto. La posizione molto silenziosa e comoda ai negozi/ristoranti di Sistiana e alle località di principale interesse (sentiero Rilke raggiungibile a piedi, Duino, Trieste, Aquileia ecc). La soluzione delle due stanze con zona pranzo è ideale per una famiglia: la colazione è stata soddisfacente per la qualità e la quantità dei prodotti e per il pane fatto in casa da Chiara (buonissimo!). Non dimentichiamoci della simpatia e buona educazione di Sam, il cane che ci ha fatto una piacevole compagnia durante il soggiorno. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Tutto impeccabile, cortesia e gentilezza della padrona di casa, pulizia e confort della camera, unica pecca un solo bagno per due camere, beh per quanto ci riguarda ci ha intaccato ben poco in quanto la seconda stanza è stata occupata solo una notte e sono andati via presto al mattino.
