Breakfast is served only on weekends. Breakfast time: from 7: 00 am to 9: 00 am. The buffet includes, among other things: fresh croissants every morning, homemade cakes, yogurt, jams, butter, toast, chocolate/Nutella, fruit juices, fresh fruit, and cookies. We really loved our stay at this Bed & Breakfast, close to Modena. The owner was extremely friendly and gave us a lift to Modena and picked us up later at an arranged time, as we had our car full of luggage, so we did not have to unload it. It was all quiet and very clean and spacious and in the morning we had a wonderful Italian breakfast with excellent cappuccino, croissants, and home-baked cakes which were delicious. Also, other choices were available. Very nice reception and host.

Excellent structure in every aspect: reception, cleanliness, silence. The freshly baked cakes combined with the friendliness of the manager make the stay perfect.

Excellent value for money, especially when compared to other properties in the area. Enclosed parking. Brand new and very clean, friendly and pleasant staff, abundant breakfast with fresh and packaged foods. If I really have to find a flaw: the wifi was a bit slow - but just to nitpick.

Il titolare che abita accanto alla struttura è sempre disponibile e cerca di metterti a tuo agio sempre con discrezione, ho soggiornato solo per una notte, in mattinata dopo aver lasciato la struttura sono stato richiamato perché avevo dimenticato un il caricabatterie del cellulare, che sono andato a riprendere nel pomeriggio prima di lasciare Modena, Signor Giuliano gentilissimo a riconsegnarmi l'oggetto

La struttura dista pochi km da Modena e da altri borghi interessanti da visitare, quindi in posizione ottimale. Il gestore è simpatico, gentile e disponibile. Le stanze pulite e confortevoli. La colazione è ottima con torte fatte in casa e salumi locali squisiti.

Ottima la posizione se devi andare al Modena Fiere, la conduzione è familiare, tutti simpatici e gentili. Le camere sono grandi, pulite e il letto grande e comodo. Parcheggio interno, la struttura è silenziosa. Io ci tornerei.

B&B in buona posizione, pulito ed accogliente. Il proprietario è molto gentile, si è offerto di accompagnarci a Modena centro di sera con la sua macchina e ci è venuto a prendere. La colazione è discreta.

Struttura tenuta bene, con proprietari accoglienti e disponibili e rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente ottimo! Per colazione abbiamo potuto assaporare alcuni dolci buonissimi fatti in casa e della tradizione, ci torneremo se passeremo da quelle zone.

Facilmente raggiungibile con il navigatore, vicino alle strade di collegamento che è un vantaggio ma un pochino rumoroso per il passaggio auto/camion, anche se la sera ero così cotta che non ho sentito nulla. Stanze accoglienti e pulite. Colazione super super super e gentilezza/disponibilità del gestore ottime. Vivamente consigliato.

Ottima struttura, a 3 km dall'autostrada ed in posizione piuttosto tranquilla nel verde. Comoda la trattoria adiacente dove si mangia benissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo posto, scelto per la posizione tra Modena e Campogalliano. Siamo stati molto bene per la struttura decente e per la squisita gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori. Il ristorante confinante con la struttura ha contribuito a rendere più piacevole il soggiorno.

Le stanze sono grandi e accoglienti, con un bel bagno pulito. Il proprietario è molto simpatico e molto disponibile. La colazione abbondante e buona. Se dovessi ricapitare in quelle zone ci tornerei sicuramente.
