Our B&B is at Mulazzano district of Coriano in an area surrounded by peaceful countryside, in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Fonte San Francesco Acque Termali, Terme di Rimini), in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a location with a spectacular view. "Rosa Verde" is a lovely, refined building.

Our guests will be able to stroll and shop in the shopping streets, be amazed by the work of our artisans, enjoy the scenery and experience local cuisine on various food and wine tours, catch cultural events and exhibitions, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.
Near our facility you can find several monuments and famous places.

A pleasant experience as far as I'm concerned, a relationship like we've known each other forever is established between customer and manager. Mrs. Liliana welcomes us like few others. I recommend to everyone if you pass through those magnificent places among olive trees and peace.

The place is in an oasis of green and peace, excellent place to recharge the batteries. The lady is exquisite, friendly and very welcoming. We also bought the honey produced by them. To recommend to friends.

House not very far from Corciano. Immersed in greenery. Very beautiful and welcoming. The owner very kind and nice. We stayed only one night but we had a very good time. We plan to go back.

The structure is immersed in a park rich in well-kept vegetation, after traveling along panoramic roads of the hills of Rimini. The assigned room was spacious, bright, very clean, equipped with a balcony and an airy external bathroom for exclusive use. We greatly appreciated the presence of a screen that divided our 'area' from the rest of the floor. The breakfast was plentiful and embellished with a delicious forest fruit tart prepared by Liliana, a kind, friendly, smiling and never intrusive host. Excellent value for money! Recommended for a break of relaxation and peace in the middle of greenery and the silence of nature.

Very welcoming structure and host. Immersed in the absolute tranquility, from the room you could see a glimpse of the surrounding hills. Everything very clean, spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast with some products made by the very kind lady. The only note that leaves a little uncomfortable is the mini-fridge inside the bathroom, since the bathroom outside the room is a bit uncomfortable, I didn't pay much attention but maybe it doesn't have suitable sockets in the room.

Stayed in August as a base for San Marino, two adults two children and a dog. Convenient location, beautiful structure, spectacular view, courteous, affable and helpful hosts. I will definitely come back!

Exclusive location with a view of the surrounding hills and, in the background, the Adriatic Sea. Mrs. Liliana has tastefully furnished the entire property, both externally and internally. The porticoes are enriched by flowers and pots and other objects that fit beautifully into the context. Large room, very quiet at night. Recommended.

There are no words to express the beauty of this structure. Immersed in the greenery where peace and tranquility reign. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night but surely if we come back to the area it will be our reference point. Mrs. Liliana a wonderful kind and helpful host. Ottima location situata tra i colli a ridosso delle principali località marittome della Romagna, Rimini, Riccione e Urbino facilmente raggiungibile. La Signora che gestisce la Struttura è stata molto accogliente, un 10 se lo meritano i dolci fatti in casa che lei stessa prepara. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Un angolo di quiete nelle colline romagnole egregiamente gestito da persone cordiali e gentili unica pecca, non imputabile comunque ai gestori, sono le strade di accesso al B&B che meriterebbero una migliore manutenzione

Situato in un posto tranquullo e silenzioso in nezzo al verde. Si arriva a Rimini in 15 minuti d'auto La signora è molto disponibile È stato molto bello cominciare la giirnata con una ricca colazione servita in giardino. La consiglio per chi non vuole rinunciare al mare e alla vivacità di Rimini ma ama anche la pace e la tranquillità

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in questo B&B ma ne siamo rimasti incantati! La struttura é stupenda, la nostra camera era enorme, il bagno pure, tutto pulitissimo. Dal balcone vista meravigliosa, colline e mare. Pace e tranquillità. Sembrava di essere fuori dal mondo quando invece eravamo a una decina di minuti da Riccione. Ottimo come punto di appoggio per visitare Coriano, San Marino e tutti i paesi dell'entroterra ma anche per una vacanza al mare in pieno relax. La signora Lilliana é gentilissima e prepara delle colazioni indimenticabili! Adatto a tutti, famiglie, coppie e gruppi di amici! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Il posto è meraviglioso. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti per poter essere a metà strada tra S. Marino e Rimini/Riccione ed è nella località ideale. La signora Liliana è gentilissima e i suoi dolci per la colazione fatti in casa sono da capogiro! Se siamo ancora in zona sicuramente ritorneremo.

Posto tranquillo e in una posizione strategica tra San marino e la riviera. Camere e servizi puliti e funzionali. Da non dimenticare la cordialità e gentilezza della proprietaria. Consiglierei di andarci in vacanza.

Ciao a tutti, io, mio fratello e mio padre abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per 2 notti in camera con tre letti. La camera è molto pulita, spaziosa e ordinata. Ha il bagno privato. La proprietaria del B&B è cordiale e molto gentile. Inoltre a colazione ci ha sempre preparato una torta fatta da lei con i prodotti naturali del posto ed è davvero squisita! Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che ottimo e il paesaggio molto suggestivo immerso nel verde e molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Insomma ci siamo trovati proprio bene! Potete soggiornare qua anche per raggiungere la vicina Rimini che dista circa 10 km di macchina, come abbiamo fatto noi. Se dovete andare a Riccione passate da Rimini per tornare al B&B, è molto più comodo e veloce. Giudizio complessivo: Ottimo. Matteo.

Salve ci siamo stati del ponte del 1/05/2015 con un'altra coppia di amici il posto per chi ama la pace e ascoltare la voce della natura davvero bello, la gestione e la pulizia davvero eccellente la signora molto cordiale e disponibile facendoci sentire da subito casa nostra, la colazione completa, squisita con crostate e cornetti dolci e salati il tutto fatte dalle buone mani della signora dove ancora la complimento, lo consiglio a tutti coloro che si trovano in zona.

Sulle bellissime colline romagnole, con vista fino al mare, fuori dallo stress del traffico, a 15 minuti di macchina dalla riviera, bellissima struttura ottimamente ristrutturata e curata, contornata dalla gentilezza della signora Liliana. Ottima la colazione all'aperto sotto il bellissimo portico. Peccato esserci solo passati un giorno, ma non mancherà l'occasione per tornarci. Alla prossima. Claudio.
