Apartment was good and in a very good location. It was advertised as having air conditioning; however, there was no remote control to operate the unit. When we inquired about this, we were informed that it had not been activated. My husband, who is an electrical engineer, inspected the unit and confirmed that it had been functioning as there was condensate in the bottle. We had to sleep with the window open, resulting in noise from traffic and being badly bitten by mosquitoes.

Dear customer, thank you for taking the time to write your review. When you came, the air conditioners had not yet been prepared for use, which meant that they had not yet been cleaned and disinfected as the temperatures in Bologna were not yet so excessively hot. If then some customers before you had activated it, it was without my knowledge and at this point they had turned it on from the button of the same air conditioner, not having put the remote controls on yet. I had no other reason not to guarantee you air conditioning at that time (which also doesn't even have a separate price). Thank you for being my guests.

Excellent location in Bologna. 15-minute walk to downtown, with many sights and restaurants. The apartment was in a safe neighborhood and near the college and medical center. Our host Simona was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

First of all, we want to warn that our flight arrived at 10:30 pm, considering that we were on the other side of the city and being foreigners, it took us a while to get there. We informed the responsible person and she was waiting for us grudgingly and insisting, threatening to leave if we didn't arrive immediately. When we arrived, the treatment was not pleasant at all. She asked us for 18€ for three nights, forcing us to pay in cash, claiming it was a tourist tax and did not provide any receipt. The cleanliness was lacking, dust, mold in the shower, the bathroom was broken, and there was only hand soap instead of shower gel, a towel for the feet that didn't seem clean and smelled musty. The air conditioning was broken, they gave us a fan. A blackish stain on the floor between the bed and the window. Someone, I assume the cleaning manager, entered every day to 'clean' but only changed the trash bags and made the bed with the same sheets without changing them. They did not provide toilet paper, nor other towels, nor replaced the hand soap when it ran out. The check-out was leaving the keys on the room table and a note indicated that if we did not leave by 10 a.m. it would be recorded as there is a camera in the hallway monitoring it.

Gentile Signore come risulta nelle condizioni di prenotazione che certamente avete letto prima di prenotare, la nostra struttura esegue il check-in dalle 10,30 fino alle 22,00. Voi vi siete presentati oltre le 24,00. Nonostante siete arrivati in aeroporto alle 22,30 ed io vi abbia sollecitato facendovi notare che eravate in ritardo, non avete avuto il buon senso di prendere il taxi e siete arrivati con il bus aggravando ulteriore il ritardo. È evidente che se non fossi stata di buon senso avrei potuto certamente andarmene a casa mia e non farvi il chech-in visto che non avete rispettato le nostre regole di cui eravate a conoscenza, atteso che sappiate leggere. Dopotutto noi non siamo un albergo con reception, siamo una piccola struttura extralberghiera con servizi economici. Se voi aveste letto le nostre condizioni con attenzione vi sareste accorti che facciamo il cambio della biancheria ogni tre giorni. Ovviamente se il cliente lo richiede la biancheria viene fornita tutte le volte che lo desidera pagando un piccolo extra. Lamentate il fatto che vi abbiamo fatto pagare 18 euro di tassa di soggiorno. Anche questa è una lamentela infondata perchè nella conferma di prenotazione che avete ricevuto, è scritto che all’arrivo avreste pagato le tasse di soggiorno. Mi dispiace tanto che fate lamentele sulla pulizia solo dopo che siete andati via. Io non starei mai in una stanza per tre giorni se le pulizie sono insufficienti. Mi preoccuperei di informare immediatamente i gestori ed invitarli ad una maggiore attenzione. Invece tutto ció non è avvenuto anzi quando vi ho chiesto se andava tutto bene mi avete rassicurato e ringraziato. Non occorre aggiungere altro.

We chose this place for its proximity to the hospitals. However, the manager informed us by phone that breakfast was no longer available because it had switched from a bed & breakfast to a room rental, so he refunded us. Regardless of this, the price was too high compared to other bed & breakfast options.

Gentile signora non le nascondo la mia amarezza per la sua recensione che ritengo ci danneggi in maniera gratuita ed ingiustificata. Sembra che tutto sia legato al prezzo che le abbiamo praticato, pari a 70 euro al giorno per una camera matrimoniale con bagno e piccolo angolo cottura privato a 100 metri dall’ingresso al Policlinico Sant’Orsola. Infatti lei dice che il prezzo era troppo elevato rispetto ad altri Bed and Breakfast. Non capisco cosa significhi ció Credo che ognuno sia libero di praticare i prezzi che vuole che comunque sono visibili ed il pubblico puó scegliere liberamente prima di prenotare. Ammesso che gli altri pratichino prezzi più bassi non capisco perchè lei abbia scelto noi che a suo dire abbiamo prezzi più alti. Dice che ci ha scelti per la vicinanza al Policlinico salvo poi esprimere un voto basso anche sulla posizione. Comunque sia vorrei farle notare, affichè lei comprenda la sua falsità, che a Bologna sul portale Bed And Breakfast sono pubblicizzate attualmente ben 103 strutture vicino al Policlinico Sant'Orsola, la nostra è al decimo posto tra quelle con i prezzi più bassi pur essendo decisamente la più vicina al Policlinico tra quelle più economiche. Apartment 4 is comfortable for a couple, but it would need a massive renovation. In the bathroom, a wall is missing in the shower box and the shower head needs to be replaced, bathroom cabinet cracked, bathroom cabinet drawers peeled, and so on... the furniture has done its part and now needs to be changed, but if you need a temporary support to be close to the Sant'Orsola hospital or Villa Torri, it's perfect as a location.

190 euros for two adults per night are definitely too many considering the overall poor conditions in which my studio apartment was in. To go into details, the shower box was missing the side glass on the short side: it was practically impossible to avoid flooding half the bathroom. Also, due to limescale, the water mainly came out from the shower sideways rather than downwards. The toilet seat was broken. The bathroom sink was broken (it had a clear crack). On the table top, there were numerous dents where the top shiny layer was missing (as if it had been hammered). Upon our arrival, in the early afternoon, there was only a half-used toilet paper roll in the bathroom which ran out quickly, and the next day we had to buy more. The same goes for the remote control batteries of the TV and air conditioner: they were practically dead, and we had to replace them the next day. Definitely little attention and a lot of neglect.

Per il prezzo posso dirle solo che il giorno che lei ha soggiornato da noi, a Bologna c’era il Cersaie ed i prezzi di una camera matrimoniale oscillavano su prezzi molto ma molto più alti dei nostri. Ovviamente ció non giustifica i tanti disservizi che lei ha rilevato e segnalato. Ci dispiace tantissimo e le posso assicurare che ci siamo attivati prontamente per risolverli. Ovviamente non riusciamo a fare nulla contro la maleducazione di certi ospiti che trattano le cose altrui con la stessa cura con cui i vandali saccheggiavano le città. Grazie

Negative reception, big parking issues. The premises are located on the sixth floor. The equipment is poor and the facilities malfunctioning. To be discarded. Negative reception: check-in and prepayment made at the time of booking. The manager still requested the documents that I had forgotten in the car in the rush to arrive. He didn't want to let me into the room. I had to insist quite a bit, pointing out that I had an important medical appointment at the Sant'Orsola Polyclinic, so I was already late. The same wasn't there at 8:24 on 27/09 when I left the room, even though I had informed him the night before of another medical appointment always at Sant'Orsola at 9:00 the next day, so I would have left the room around 8:15 am. I had to send him a message asking for the invoice to be sent by email; the invoice, as of today 01/10, has not yet arrived. Furthermore, he asked me for 2 euros for the stamp on the invoice and 6 euros for the tourist tax; at Sant'Orsola they told me that staying for medical reasons exempts you from this tax. Almost unusable shower due to the impossibility of fixing the showerhead along the sliding rod. Dirty toilet (and I omit the details). Big parking problems: when I arrived near the structure, it took me about 30 minutes to find a parking spot, causing me to miss all the programs.

È evidente che purtroppo non ha imparato né come si ci comporta al momento del ceck in né le regole della buona educazione.Di quali attrezzature parla poi? Gli impianti di riscaldamento non sono ancora accesi ,di norma dovrebbe sapere che vengono aperti a metà ottobre. I' affittacamere si trova al sesto piano con ascensore, prima di andare in un posto si informi ed eviti di screditarlo gratuitamente .

I trusted the good reviews but found the studio in an indecent condition. Clogged shower, shower onion gross, unchanged shower mat, hair everywhere, base of the colander with insect larvae, used dishes, useless air conditioning. I will consider the possibility of contacting the local health authority. The owner just apologized saying she would send the photos, which I shared, to the "cleaning boy". This is stealing money, shame!

Lei aveva lamentato come mai non fosse pronta alle 11 e come mai il ceck out si facesse alle 10 pur prendendo la stanza alle 11. La trovo una cosa insensata la sua poiché il ceck out non è mai alla stessa ora in cui si arriva,eppure io per gentilezza sono riuscita a farlo rimanere in stanza fino alle 11. All good, I found the studio apartment as described before booking. Positioned very well near the center and the various hospital facilities where I unfortunately had to go. Excellent value for money. A structure that I will reuse if needed. The structure manager is very kind and helpful.

The room, comfortable and clean, is located inside an apartment on the sixth floor of an elegant building. Quiet area just a few steps from public transport stops and about 800 meters from Porta San Vitale. I would suggest providing a small courtesy set in the bathroom. Recommended.

Good cleanliness of the sanitary ware but only superficial of the surfaces and the floor, the duvet covering the bed did not smell good and there were hairs from other guests. The sheets as well as the tablecloths were clean.

Location fairly close to the center, punctual and discreet manager, apartment on the 6th floor with elevator. Double bed with bunk bed (ok for my 9-year-old kid), with well-optimized spaces and essential but functional kitchen. Definitely recommended for the price, great location if interested in the hospital.

We were missing things like toilet paper or soap in the bathroom, but nothing serious, so we went to buy them. We still had to pay for a night without staying because it was already booked through the site, without any flexibility even though my partner was discharged from the hospital a day early and we had two small children. Parking in the area is difficult to find and expensive, so it forced us to stay an extra day for no reason. But what disappointed us the most was when we realized we had left some clothes in the wardrobe upon returning home. We asked the manager to return them to us, at our own expense of course, but we were not contacted again. My mother-in-law, as the clothes were of little value, preferred not to insist, thinking that the expenses might exceed the value of the clothes, but this is not the right way to handle the situation. A phone call seemed necessary.

Great location, I would say strategic for those who need to stay close to Monolocali Alvisi Sant'Orsola. Disarming the parking, the whole area is paid and finding a spot nearby is a challenge. Quiet and airy apartment. Suggestion: adding a microwave would make the kitchen corner's already useful position even more convenient. Nice parquet in the room, very lived-in... definitely needs polishing.

Great place, comfortable and well-served. I would add to the kitchen, being equipped with a kitchenette, a small oven to heat or cook food and a wooden spoon for cooking without ruining the pans. In the bathroom, I would not only put shampoo left by someone else, whose origins we do not know, but also single-use shampoo and shower gel. All in all, great.

Grazie per la recensione. Capisco che lei non abbia digerito il fatto che abbia dovuto pagare entrambi i due giorni prenotati pur avendone fruito solo uno, per sua scelta. Le prenotazioni si possono cancellare senza penali se vengono rispettate le tempistiche che le sono state comunicate in fase di prenotazione. Pertanto la sua pretesa era assolutamente fuori luogo e di poco buon senso. Per quanto concerne la ricevuta eravamo rimasti che quando sareste andati via avreste avvertito e vi avrei consegnato la ricevuta che comunque ho inviato via email. I spent one night at Monolocali Alvisi Sant'Orsola during my visit to the Cosmoprof fair in Bologna. A clean, quiet, and welcoming environment. Easy to reach from the station, close to many amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, and taxi area). Highly recommended!

I had a great time because the property is located right next to Sant'Orsola hospital, a studio apartment equipped with every comfort including a kitchenette with dishes and cookware to prepare something quick, cleanliness and the owner available and flexible for my needs, having arrived half an hour after 10 pm, the maximum check-in time. It was a bad experience. Zero problem management, zero flexibility, zero availability. I encountered only rudeness. I had problems from the arrival, they advertise studios, but they are rooms with a small kitchenette inside a shared apartment. In the photos, it looks like a residence, which is misleading. It is on the sixth floor with a very small and inconvenient elevator for luggage, with unloading the car on a very busy street, where it is impossible to find parking except in the private parking. I arrived with the dogs in their appropriate carriers, I asked to open the gate for a moment to unload the luggage but I was not given this opportunity. Having left the credit card as a guarantee, I could not cancel the reservation without paying the full amount. So twice a day I had to make six elevator trips. A great inconvenience with a rude courtyard attendant who ordered me not to park in front of the gate. My dogs were 5 small ones in a comfortable and wide carrier and at the end of the stay I received a call from a man (perhaps the owner) who with a unique rudeness shouted and threatened me on the phone, convinced that I had not cleaned up the dogs' needs from the courtyard. The owner showed paranoia at the end of the stay, while I was reloading the car to finally leave, claiming that I had brought too many dogs and that they should have asked me for a supplement if they had known. Currently, the property is clean, but courtesy is absent, they do not know how to handle problems and you are forced to stay in a place that is not at all suitable for trips with luggage. By providing the credit card as a guarantee, you cannot cancel the reservation even in the presence of a significant problem. Furthermore, there was a mockery when I pointed out the danger of unloading dogs on a busy street. Additionally, on the first day I flooded the bathroom while showering, I requested towels since I used mine to dry the water that reached the bed, they were replaced but in the following 4 days they were not changed anymore. Even though they should have been after 3 days.

Le indicazioni sulla nostra struttura sono dettagliatamente descritte nel portale dove ha prenotato. Se lei non è stata attenta a recepirle noi non abbiamo alcuna colpa. Il fatto che scriva tante cattiverie solo per rappresaglia al fatto che abbiamo dovuto richiamarla ad un comportamento ortodosso alle regole di civiltà non la legittima ad esprimere giudizi falsi e negativi che danneggiano gravemente l’immagine della struttura e che contrastano oltretutto con le recensioni lasciate dagli altri clienti. Lei quando ci siamo sentiti telefonicamente ha detto che avrebbe portato due cagnolini. Invece a nostra insaputa ne ha portati ben 5. Quando ci siamo accorti di ció ovviamente abbiamo manifestato il nostro disappunto. Il personale che esegue le pulizie ha lamentato che avete danneggiato la doccia perché all’interno della stessa avete lavato i 5 cagnolini per farli partecipare alle gare utilizzando la nostra biancheria per asciugarli, tanto che abbiamo dovuto buttarla. Gli scarichi intasati erano pieni dei peli devi vostri cani. Senza considerare che avete lasciato la cucina piena di stoviglie sporche come se fosse nostra competenza pulirle. Tutto ció puó essere confermato da chi ha eseguito le pulizie. Inoltre siete stati richiamati per il fatto che avete lasciato le deizioni dei vostri cani sul cortile condominiale e per questo siamo stati a nostra volta richiamati dal portiere dello stabile che ha assistito e puó confermare. Per ultimo la informo che la conversazione sgradevole avuta con il suo compagno che mi ha dato della deficiente solo perché sono una donna e non potevo difendermi diversamente se non dandogli del maleducato è stata registrata dalla telecamera posta nel corridoio. Tutto ció sarà valutato nelle sedi competenti. Le auguro una buona giornata.

Gentile signore mi dispiace che il nostro servizio non sia stato all'altezza delle sue aspettative. Lamenta che le tazzine erano sporche, salvo poi esprimere un punteggio buono sulla pulizia. Se lo avesse segnalato all'istante avremmo constatato il disservizio e avremmo provveduto a far intervenire la signora delle pulizie invitandola ad una maggiore attenzione. Ci ha chiesto delle bustine di the e della marmellata e abbiamo provveduto a soddisfare la sua richiesta salvo dopo lamentare nella recensione che ha dovuto chiedere... Ha espresso un giudizio negativo sulla colazione senza tener conto che nel portale dove ha prenotato, nella pagina dedicata alla mia struttura, la colazione che le abbiamo somministrato è ampiamente descritta e coincidente con quanto le abbiamo dato. Per ultimo la invito a leggere le recensioni che hanno lasciato i clienti che l'hanno preceduta e si chieda se sono stati loro troppo buoni o lei è pervaso dalla stessa cattiveria di cui sono affetti tutti i leoni da tastiera. Camera pulita e accogliente. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Vicinissima all'ospedale Sant'Orsola e dunque molto utile per chi assiste un familiare ricoverato o per chi deve fare degli esami medici. Decisamente consigliato.

La struttura è nuova, pulita, ha una posizione strategica a due passi dal policlinico Sant'Orsola e a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore! Stanza/monolocale molto moderna e ben arredata, spazi ottimi e posizione comodissima per chi ha bisogno dell'ospedale. La ragazza che gestisce la struttura mi ha anche lasciato la colazione, che purtroppo non ho potuto consumare a causa di alcuni esami cui dovevo sottopormi il giorno dopo, motivo per cui non ho potuto lasciare il voto relativo. L'unico piccolo "inghippo" c'è stato col parcheggio, poiché non è stato possibile averlo nella struttura in cui ho dormito ma in un'altra che, pur essendo distante poche centinaia di metri, si è rivelata più difficile del previsto da raggiungere a causa della viabilità bolognese. Inoltre i 2 gestori della struttura non si erano capiti perfettamente per cui il secondo giorno mi è stato chiesto di rimuovere l'auto il prima possibile nonostante avessi pagato 2 giorni di posteggio. Ad ogni modo ci siamo chiariti subito per cui direi sia stato un errore di distrazione e non malafede.

Eccellente. La struttura, la gestione, la posizione e la disponibilità dei proprietari. Ho soggiornato per due notti dal 4 al 6 u. s. e mi sono trovato benissimo. Dovendo tornare a Bologna tra una quindicina di giorni, sicuramente prenoterò qui, con la speranza di non trovare tutto esaurito. Consigliatissimo.

Fine settimana a Bologna col mio ragazzo. Esperienza fortunata. Abbiamo alloggiato in una struttura nuova, pulita, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Centro di Bologna, silenziosa. Veramente ottimo. La struttura, la gestione, la posizione. Abbiamo soggiornato per quasi due settimane e ci siamo trovati come fossimo a casa nostra. Tutto a portata di mano. L'ospedale a 20 metri e poi tutti i servizi vicinissimi. Gentilissimi i proprietari. Consigliamo.
