Our B&B is in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme di Monticelli) at Parma art and culture location, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the old city centre. "Opera 11" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, elegant design with attention to detail, a residence with unique, original style, a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.

Travellers staying with us will be able to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets, enjoy local craft products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, catch cultural events and exhibitions, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.
Close by our guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports facilities and gyms for keeping in shape. Remember that just only 430 m away there is the 'Duomo'. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium 'Stadio Ennio Tardini di Parma'.

Lovely property in an amazing location. Roberto & Francesca were extremely gracious and helpful hosts. We got brilliant suggestions for restaurants and Roberto even booked them and also gave us a lift to the starting point of our bike tour! Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this place. Super clean and with unbeatable location, was perfect for our culinary tours in the region and also convenient to stroll around the city center. I Would add more fruits on the Breakfast and maybe not so many one way items on the breakfast. Host where hands down the BEST we had in our 10 day Italy vacation, Super friendly and at the same time very respectful. Always available for small requests (We locked ourselves out and Fernando came to our rescue). If you are seeking Parma for your travels, this is a winner!

My family spent a wonderful day in Parma. Roberto was a very welcoming and informative host. He even went as far as to escort us to a Parmesan cheese factory so that we could learn all about the intricacies of the making of this delicious cheese. Francesca and Roberto were perfect hosts and their properties were central and charming. You must stay here.

Roberto and Francesca were absolutely lovely and their B&B was perfect for us. The neighborhood was very hip and so was the decor of our room. We chose the room on the top floor with a skylight. Roberto was kind enough to collect us at the parking garage, as most of the streets were blocked off for a holiday. And Francesca was the perfect hostess upon our arrival and departure. We will stay here again! Oh.. and we fell in love with Parma.

Coffee was fabulous but we not into processed foods for breakfast. Fresh fruit was ok but not enough to tide you over until lunch. The hosts were amazing and very informative about the area of Parma. Went to every place they recommended during our stay. Loved the room and the decor. The bathroom was so huge compared to the other places we stayed during our 5 week European vacation. Roberto and Francesca were very nice people!

Charming and discreet hosts. Lovely attic bedroom and bathroom, spacious and tastefully decorated, a bit dark. Good breakfast. Ideal location to visit the city. Parking is a bit far away due to the ZTL where the property is located.

Die äußerst geschmackvolle Unterkunft ist komfortabelst renoviert (die Fotos zeigen es ja schon) und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Sie liegt sehr zentral, die Fußgängerzone ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die charmante Betreiberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und kann gute Tipps für die Erkundung von Parma geben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen!

Francesca and Roberto are two fantastic people! They are kind, friendly, and absolutely available for any request. The B&B is completely new and modern. Conveniently located, as it is close to the main historical and cultural attractions. Parma is a very pleasant city and suitable for spending a weekend away. Location perfetta: la stanza molto confortevole, la tranquillità percepita anche, la pulizia del locale comune e della stanza ottima! Da subito mi ha colpito l'accoglienza della fantastica "padrona di casa" che mi ha messo a mio agio, senza essere invadente ma con una piacevole presenza! E il valore aggiunto della cucina, del frigorifero forniti di tutto. E che dire della lampada sempre accesa in ingresso, a testimonianza del calore di un'accoglienza vera. Non ci sente soli in questo angolo di Parma. Grazie davvero! Vilma.

Siamo stati il weekend del 21/22 settembre. Il B&B è situato nel centro di Parma, in un'ottima posizione per visitare la città! Hai vicino molti parcheggi coperti fuori la zona ZTL (consiglio il "parcheggio Repubblica" perché costa meno). Le stanze sono molto belle, arredate con molto gusto e molto pulite. I proprietari sono spaziali, disponibilissimi e accoglienti. Fai fatica a trovare posti così. La colazione è abbondante e nella zona ristoro hai la possibilità di avere acqua, caffè e tisane a tuo piacere quando più ne hai voglia. Consigliatissimo e noi sicuramente torneremo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 4 notti a cavallo di Capodanno. La posizione del B&B è molto centrale e perfetta per visitare Parma e le principali attrazioni culturali della città. Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti della camera e del servizio offerto. I proprietari sono molto gentili e accorti verso le esigenze degli ospiti. Consiglio caldamente questa struttura.

Fra i punti di forza evidenziamo la posizione, centrale e silenziosa, nel cuore di Parma. La pulizia della stanza e la comodità del letto. La buona colazione e la possibilità di avere per tutto l’intero soggiorno a disposizione la cucina con caffè, the e frutta. Una mensione particolare va alla proprietaria Francesca per la sua gentilezza, cordialità e disponibilità.

Un b&b davvero delizioso, in pieno centro ma in posizione molto tranquilla. Molto pulito, elegante e curato in ogni dettaglio. Siamo state accolte benissimo da Roberto e Francesca che si sono rivelati perfetti padroni di casa fin da subito vedendoci incontro alla fermata dell'autobus e alle nostre esigenze per la sistemazione delle camere. Veramente un' accoglienza coi fiocchi. Per non parlare della prima colazione, con le brioche fresche, succhi e yogurt, e cappuccino più cremoso di quello del bar. Ve lo consiglio caldamente. La prossima volta che torno a Parma alloggerò qui.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento sito in Borgo S. Biagio; arredato con gusto, pulitissimo, a voler essere pignoli manca solo uno specchio "figura intera", ed una luce in più alla specchio del bagno. Centralissimo, buona colazione, gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario che è venuto a prenderci al parcheggio all'arrivo e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli il giorno del check out, fino alla nostra partenza. Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura "Opera". Posizione centralissima, accolti con disponibilità, educazione, ma soprattutto il sorriso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo in un luogo estremamente curato e accogliente. Dovessimo tornare a Parma, sarebbe il nostro primo riferimento da contattare. Grazie.

Siamo stati ospiti del B&B per due notti. Piena soddisfazione per la cura che i proprietari hanno messo nel farci sentire a nostro agio. Frutta fresca all'arrivo, bevande calde, accoglienza cortese e sincera, simpatia schietta senza essere invadente. Buonissima colazione con brioche fresche di pasticceria e ogni altra delizia. Arredamento di gran gusto, allestimenti impeccabili. Posizione ideale per la visita della città, a un passo dal Centro. Che dire? Dovessimo tornare in zona, la scelta è sicura.

Siamo rimasti qui due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Posizione ideale per una breve vacanza, in pieno centro storico; palazzina d'epoca molto caratteristica, inevitabili gli scalini tra un piano e l'altro. Camere confortevoli e pulizia accurata. I titolari sono gentili e disponibili. Zona breakfast forse un pò piccola, ma completa di ogni accessorio. Colazione non internazionale, ma all'italiana ed abbondante come piace a noi!

La struttura è in un vicoletto silenzioso, ma in pieno centro storico. È perfettamente tenuta, pulitissima, ideata ed arredata con molto gusto. Le camere sono al primo ed al secondo piano. I gestori sono discreti e cordialissimi, l'accoglienza è perfetta ed in cucina c'è sempre acqua, frutta fresca, oltre a tutto il necessario per la colazione. In rapporto alla qualità della struttura, sarei stato disposto a pagare anche qualcosa in più. Eccellente, penso non si possa chiedere di più ad un B&B.

Un B&B veramente pulito, elegante e di design, in pieno centro a Parma. Consigliatissimo. I gestori molto bravi, mi hanno consigliato dove acquistare i prodotti tipici migliori (parmigiano e prosciutto) e dove mangiare. Vi giro la dritta sul ristorante: Osteria dello Zingaro borgo Del Correggio, 5 0521 207483.

Molto cortesi già telefonicamente in fase di prenotazione. La camera era ampia, arredata con molto gusto. Tutto pulito. I proprietari molto cortesi. Tutte le mattine per colazione la signora portava brioche fresche di pasticceria. Ottimi anche i consigli sul dove andare a mangiare. Se ci andate chiedete a loro per il parcheggio. Frutta fresca ed altro a disposizione dei clienti. Ci tornerei e lo consiglierei.
