Well, we were there with dogs. They cannot stay alone in the room. The owner also has 2 dogs, so it wasn't relaxing even in the garden. Generally very nice. Breakfast wasn't that great. The coffee was cold. There was neither cheese nor ham. Hm...

Dear Mrs Schmutzhard, Thank you for your review. I recon the rules on the dogs staying in our BnB can be perceived too rigid, but four dogs and two cats need some rules to be managed. Regarding the breakfast I am really sorry. The italian breakfast usually do not include ham and cheese. I could have asked your preferences. My fault. Thanks again for your note. Next time you will come in Italy, if you come again at our BnB, it will be my pleasure to offer (free of charge) a breakfast with ham, cheese and hot coffee. Very kind regards, Isa.

We stayed in the attic, a welcoming and super clean environment. The structure and decor give a sense of going back in time, to simplicity, but at the same time with all the necessary comforts. We appreciated the breakfast (mainly organic) served in a very cozy environment. The hosts were very kind and attentive to everything discreetly. I recommend it.

Excellent stay of a few days; the structure is very beautiful, well-kept in detail and with taste! Superlative breakfast, typical homemade sweets, a gem! The owners are welcoming and helpful.

The owners are lovely people. We stayed in the attic room with air conditioning. Spacious and clean room, furnished with vintage and modern furniture. Fabulous breakfast with products prepared by the owners (e.g. balsamic vinegar).

We chose this property for our relatives who came for my son's baptism, very beautiful and well-maintained property, the rooms were very bright and clean, the owners were very kind and helpful in everything and the location is ideal for a rest without the chaos of the city. We will definitely come back.

Un'amica ed io siamo state ospiti della Francesca per una notte, pernottando nel loft mansarda molto grande, spazioso, semplicemente arredato e pulitissimo. La casa è grandissima e ben tenuta, la presenza degli animali domestici la rende ancora più accogliente. La posizione appena fuori Carpi città garantisce silenzio e tranquillità, per quanto sia troppo lontano da raggiungere a piedi (con la macchina invece si tratta di solo una decina di minuti). I padroni di casa sono gentili, discreti e disponibili nel fornire qualsiasi informazione si abbia bisogno. Ci hanno anche offerto un passaggio in stazione! La colazione è varia e abbondantissima, brioche fresche, caffè, frutta, yogurt, pane caldo e tostato, marmellate, biscotti, succhi, latte veg e non, in più hanno anche provvisto un'opzione vegana (due tipi di biscotti e brioches confezionate) su richiesta. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Torneremo volentieri, questa volta con la macchina! Grazie mille. Gaia e Isotta.

È un B&B da consigliare. Con mia sorpresa ho trovato un luogo molto tranquillo a 10 minuti dal centro. La proprietaria è gentile, accogliente, disponibile e attenta ai tuoi bisogni. La camera è arredata con stile e gusto, massima pulizia. Il rapporto qualità e prezzo è ottimo. Non ho potuto usufruire della colazione per mia scelta, la prossima volta non mancherò.

Per chi veramente fosse in cerca di relax e di un po' di giorni lontani dal furore del Ferragosto, consigliamo questo B&B. Ci siamo trovati bene sia per i pernotti che per la gentilezza della signora Isa e del signor Claudio. Ci sanno fare e sanno mettere a proprio agio il cliente. Da ritornarci.

Purtroppo standoci poco tempo non abbiamo potuto godere dell'ottimo relax che la zona garantisce e dello spazio verde previsto dalla struttura. La signora Isa gentilissima in tutte le occasioni. Ci ritorneremo.

B&B situato in posizione strategica nell'area di Carpi: 1000 metri dal campo di concentramento di Fossoli (raggiungibile con una passeggiata). Immerso in mezzo ai vigneti di Lambrusco è gestito da 2 persone squisite, disponibili e professionali. A 300 metri da esso (a piedi) vi è un ristorante molto buono. Noi abbiamo preso l'appartamento e siamo stati benissimo. Purtroppo il meteo non ci ha assistito, ma in primavera ed estate nelle giornate di sole deve essere stupendo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo altissimo. Da consigliare vivamente.

Bel posto d 'interesse naturalistico, vicinissimo all'oasi La Francesca e ad interessanti piste ciclabili per gli amanti dello sport.. Ottima ospitalità dei proprietari, bel giardino nel quale io, marito e cane ci siamo crogiolati al sole grazie alla bella mattinata di lunedì.. Esperienza da rifare per la tranquillità del posto.

Con mio marito abbiamo passato solo una notte in questa struttura che ci è piaciuta moltissimo per la pulizia, la semplice eleganza degli arredi, la gentilezza dei proprietari, il bel giardino, la pace e il silenzio. Da tornare senz'altro.
