The structure was in an ideal position for us who were in Fiorano for a family wedding. So it was an additional pleasure to discover that Emanuele, our host, not only responds promptly to messages but is also an interesting, very kind, caring, and respectful person. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for long conversations, but the little time we spent with him was very precious. His house is spotless and equipped with everything necessary. A true family welcome. 10/10.

Our host Emanuele contacted us to know the arrival details and welcomed us in the best way. The property is nice, as in the pictures, the other guests were respectful towards us. Even though our stay was not primarily aimed at exploring the area, we still spent a few hours in the charming central area of the town, which proved to be nice and the merchants hospitable; it's also worth taking a moment to visit the Sanctuary from where you can admire the panorama.

la cordialità e la gentilezza, del gestore (Emanuele) direi perfetta, perchè in tanti miei viaggi non ho mai avuto il piacere di dialogare coi gestori che si limitano alle formalità necessarie. La pulizia dell'ambiente, la colazione più del necessario, il silenzio della zona hanno reso piacevole il soggiorno.

Prima volta che soggiorno in un B&B, gestore simpaticissimo e disponibile. Alloggio accogliente con tutto quello che è citato nella descrizione. Il bagno è in condivisione con l'altra stanza, ma non si è rivelato un problema. Unico neo per i miei canoni, forse anche dovuto al meteo non troppo ospitale, è stato il comfort abitativo. Un po troppo borderline, avrei gradito una temperatura interna un filo più alta. Ad ogni modo, mettendo a confronto tutta l'offerta e visto l'utilizzo fatto (arrivare la sera per uscire la mattina presto) devo dire che ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo che mi farà sicuro propendere positivamente per altre future visite.

È come essere a casa propria: accogliente, semplice ma comoda. La questione del bagno condiviso non è stata affatto rilevante. Gestore gentile e disponibile. Struttura un pò nascosta. L'unica pecca è stata la doccia, prevalentemente fredda, a causa della quasi assenza di acqua calda. Per il resto, ottimo posto, consigliato.

Stanze super pulite così come il bagno. Zona silenziosa facilmente raggiungibile, colazione ricca e curata. Il padrone di casa molto simpatico e accogliente.

Accoglienza ottima, il posto è ottimo, lo consigliereri vivamente, l'unica cosa il prezzo per un bed and breakfast forse non è proprio in linea solo per dormire e colazione. Nel totale, ottimo.

Appartamento e camere accoglienti, come lo stesso gentilissimo gestore Emanuele. Camera e bagno puliti e ben arredati. Il posto è tranquillo e silenzioso e dista poco da Sassuolo, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci tornerò sicuramente 😄

Ambiente caldo e accogliente, come il suo gestore. La camera essenziale ma spaziosa, arredata con buon gusto e silenziosissima. Ottima pulizia di camera e bagno (quest'ultimo in comune con un'altra stanza). Possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze, malgrado la struttura si trovi in pieno centro storico. Per scelta ho rinunciato alla colazione, ma temo di aver fatto male.
