"Il Giardino Nel Parco R&B" is welcoming, with refined attention to detail.

Silvia was welcoming and helpful, the apartment maintains the furnishings and furnishings of a lived-in house with all the pros and cons that can be had. It is located in a residential area but close to the center (10 minutes). Breakfast is abundant but prepackaged, an acceptable compromise in this situation. Overall good rating.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, tengo a precisare che la normativa obbliga le strutture ricettive extralberghiere a fornire prodotti pre-confezionati, nel rispetto delle regole di igiene alimentare, trattandosi di strutture che non fanno servizio di ristorazione, non somministrano pasti e pertanto non sono autorizzate HACCP. (Anche se so che, purtroppo, ci sono strutture che contravvengono a queste regole e, di fatto, creano confusione in materia agli ospiti, a discapito di chi, invece, le rispetta)

Grazie per la recensione. Mi rincresce però leggere punteggi inferiori alla media abituale dei nostri ospiti. Non so quali potessero essere le Vostre aspettative sulla “struttura” e la “colazione” oltre a quanto ben descritto e fedelmente mostrato online. Per quanto riguarda le pulizie, tengo a dire che sono state svolte regolarmente, con la particolare attenzione extra in caso di ospiti con animali e, nel Vostro caso, compatibilmente a quanto possibile in presenza dei Vostri due cani nell’alloggio durante il servizio quotidiano, che limitava ovviamente il raggio d’azione e il successivo mantenimento del livello di pulizia: -).

It's the fourth time this year that I've stayed at 'Il Giardino nel Parco R&B' and I feel at home! Silvia is a very caring, kind, and helpful host. The property has a magnificent garden where we spent moments of pleasant relaxation, it is close to the bus stop, in a few minutes you can reach the city center. The area is pleasantly quiet and peaceful even though it's in the city. We will gladly return!

I have been coming to this Il Giardino nel Parco R&B for three years and I feel great, maximum cleanliness, maximum comfort and a garden that warms your heart to see it. Constant presence of the manager whenever needed, in short, a place where you can stay in tranquility and that I recommend.

Of this B&B, the friendliness and the welcoming attitude of its kind and caring owner are particularly appreciated. The 'Il Giardino nel Parco R&B' is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is very close to the historic center, easily reachable with a nice walk or by bus. I will definitely come back for future visits to Bologna.

I only stayed one night at this property but I had a very good time, the location is optimal, twenty minutes from the center on foot and 10 minutes from the stadium. In the morning, we took the bus to the station, the bus stop is always close to the house. The house is clean, equipped with everything necessary and Silvia is truly a beautiful and very kind person, very helpful, you can see that she does it with pleasure and with the desire to always meet new people. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back. Thank you, Silvia.

We stayed for a weekend on the occasion of a concert but we hope to come back other times because we really enjoyed it. Clean apartment, well equipped, great location (not far from the stadium and less than half an hour walk from the city center), the owner Silvia is very kind and helpful.

It's the second time I stay at Il Giardino nel Parco R&B. Like the previous time, we had a good experience. The environments are clean, the manager is helpful and polite. 30 minutes walk from the station, a good location to stay in Bologna. I recommend the structure.

Two-room apartment with slightly dated but comfortable and clean furnishings. Also pleasant is the shaded little garden with usable sun loungers. Located in the Saragozza area, not exactly central, but convenient to reach by car. Good value for money.

Inoltre, a Bologna la nostra zona è considerata centrale e ambita da tutti proprio per la collocazione strategica e la sua residenzialità storica e di pregio, a soli 800 metri dal centro storico e appena fuori dalla ZTL. Un cordiale saluto, grazie ancora per la preferenza.

Grazie per la gentile recensione. Rincresce un po' leggere punteggi ben al di sotto della media riconosciuta dai nostri ospiti in anni di attività. In particolare, vorrei specificare (soprattutto per chi leggerà sterilmente, senza poter contestualizzare) che il vostro giudizio sul rapporto qualità-prezzo così basso non può essere preso come riferimento, in quanto: siete rimasti una sola notte per dormire in occasione del concerto di Vasco Rossi allo stadio. La posizione strategica della nostra struttura (a soli 600 metri dallo stadio), l'enorme richiamo dell'evento (200.000 persone in 4 date),la presenza di pochissime e piccole strutture ricettive nella zona, e l'altissimo tasso di domanda hanno naturalmente fatto aumentare i prezzi delle strutture ricettive vicine, in media triplicandoli rispetto alle tariffe normali.... è chiaro che il prezzo che avete pagato non è assolutamente il nostro prezzo standard, ma l'ovvio risultato della legge di mercato domanda-offerta nei periodi di alta stagione / di picco delle richieste.

The apartment is well located, quiet and with a beautiful garden. It is close to a public park with a playground. We arrived when it was cold outside and the house was warm and welcoming. The beds are comfortable and there is a small library to read in the evening. Silvia is an impeccable host and responded to all our needs with courtesy and professionalism. The children immediately took a liking to her. She was able to give us excellent advice on things to do and see. The kitchen has everything you need and more, but if I had to change one thing I would add a microwave (there is an electric oven but the microwave would be more convenient).

I stayed the first month after moving with my two children and my two happy cats to have a small garden to roam. Coming back from work and sitting in the garden with a cup of tea and watching the sunset among the trees was a blessing, especially in a moment of great change and stress like that. My children also appreciated it, in addition to the cats. The proximity of a playground was providential. Silvia welcomed us with rare warmth and availability. We highly recommend it to those with children and pets.

The B&B Il Giardino nel Parco is an oasis of peace in the heart of a joyful and vibrant city, Bologna. I stayed with my dog Kimba for 2 days and this stay remains one of the best memories of my vacation in Italy. The garden of the property is beautiful and offers moments of relaxation. I was there in the middle of summer, so the shade of the trees, the flowers, and the chirping of the crickets offered me hours of absolute rest. I rented a large room with a separate living room and the environment was cool and pleasant, all very clean. Bologna city center is easily reachable by bus or on foot, but the neighborhood itself is already very nice. Silvia, the owner, is very courteous and attentive to all the guests' needs. I truly felt recharged in these short 2 days, I will definitely come back. Everything was perfect. Thank you, Silvia!

Devo però evidenziate due cose: 1) la colazione non è inclusa, quindi non può essere recensita; 2) mi stupisce il voto “6” alla pulizia, ritengo sia molto al di sotto della realtà. Vi ricordo, inoltre, che, durante il vostro soggiorno, non è stato possibile effettuare regolarmente l’accesso per il servizio giornaliero, in quanto eravate presenti all’interno e, da regolamento generale e di prevenzione anti-COVID, se gli ospiti non lasciano liberi gli alloggi nella fascia oraria prevista per riordino / pulizia, il servizio non viene svolto.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ottima posizione, struttura pulita, riscaldata, anche se la colazione non era prevista la sig. Silvia ci ha messo a disposizione merendine caffè tisane di vari gusti latte e succhi veramente abbondante, la proprietaria gentilissima disponibile e molto affettuosa, a tal punto che abbiamo preso questa struttura come riferimento per i prossimi soggiorni a Bologna (grazie sig. Silvia).

Appartamento in zona tranquilla, lungo una strada laterale di un viale di collegamento con il centro storico ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e percorribile tranquillamente in bici. Giardino privato molto carino e godibile in una bella giornata. L'appartamento si affaccia su un grande parco comunale accessibile a piedi a pochi metri, e che si vede bene dalla cucina. Buoni gli interni, la cucina è più che completa, il bagno ha un box doccia nuovo, le due ampie stanze da letto hanno abbondante spazio per i propri effetti personali e una ha una bella vista su S. Luca. Proprietaria gentile, disponibile, chiara e precise nelle comunicazioni. Presente anche un numero per le emergenze in fascia notturna.

Ottimo B&B gestito in modo perfetto dalla Signora Silvia una persona splendida ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio sia per la cortesia che disponibilità, pulizia superlativa. Camere comodissime curate nei minimi particolari, si respira subito aria di famiglia! Posizione strategica fuori dal caos ma in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di Bologna, splendido anche il giardino all'esterno della camera, tutto recintato dove il nostro piccolo cagnolino poteva correre libero senza nessun pericolo consigliatissimo sia per persone che animali, di meglio non potevamo trovare grazie di cuore Silvia e spero a presto!

B&B consigliatissimo: vicinissimo al centro di Bologna, alla stazione e altre mete turistiche (sia a piedi che in autobus ci si mette veramente poco), molto pulito e, soprattutto, la proprietaria è accogliente, disponibile e gentile.

Struttura situata in posto strategico vicino al centro di Bologna. Accoglienza perfetta. La Silvia è una persona stupenda, amante degli animali e molto accondiscendente alle richieste degli ospiti. Desidero ringraziarVi moltissimo per questa recensione: riscalda il cuore accogliere persone come Voi, conferma che ho scelto di fare un lavoro che mi dà queste occasioni e che il mio impegno è riconosciuto. È consolante constatare che, nella maggior parte dei casi (ma purtroppo non in tutti) il rapporto umano e diretto sia ancora alla base delle relazioni, anche in lavori come questo. Apertura e positività sono la parte fondamentale del mio carattere, che applico indifferentemente in tutti gli ambiti della mia vita, e spero sempre di riceverle anche di ritorno. Ottima la posizione, appena fuori le mura, quindi vicinissimo al centro di bologna, ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos. L'appartamento è pulito, confortevole e spazioso. Le stanze e la cucina sono dotati di tutti i confort. Silvia, la proprietaria, è stata molto accogliente, gentilissima, sempre disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta e a fornirci valide informazioni e suggerimenti. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Giardino nel Parco e il servizio è stato sempre eccellente. La struttura calda e accogliente è gestita con cura dalla gentile signora Silvia, sempre disponibile e cordiale.

Alloggio bellissimo e n posizione strategica, comodo, affascinante con il suo giardino, vera ricchezza di questo posto. La casa è chiaramente di più della media! Piccoli dettagli da migliorare, a nostro parere: - il frigorifero troppo piccolo da non poter essere da supporto agli ospiti soprattutto in assenza di cucina e se fa caldo - la colazione, magari meno abbondante ma con più qualità e meno plastica. - l organizzazione del riordino sia perché non ci si aspetta pulizie ogni giorno dell' alloggio (non avendo scelto un albergo) sia per una prevenzione anti-covid. Ma Silvia è talmente in gamba che sappiamo renderà subito tutto perfetto.

Vi ringrazio per la gentile recensione. Tengo però a precisare quanto segue, per maggior chiarezza, anche per chi leggerà senza aver ancora soggiornato qui: - l'alloggio dove avete soggiornato è classificato come "camera" e non come "appartamento", anche se, di fatto, offre agli ospiti 40 mq, e non solo una camera con bagno, ma anche una sala / soggiorno, quindi molto più spazio di una semplice camera.. per questo è definito "suite"; - la colazione non è prevista, la nostra struttura non somministra alcun pasto; come cortesia gratuita per gli ospiti di questo alloggio, viene fornito un kit colazione assortito composto da alimenti confezionati, nel rispetto delle normative regionali in materia di affittacamere e, ancor più a ragione, delle recenti normative anti-covid: è assolutamente vietato, nelle strutture ricettive extralberghiere, somministrare alimenti freschi o "preparati in casa".. è quindi impossibile, nel rispetto di tali normative, eliminare la plastica, anche se cerchiamo di limitarla il più possibile per il nostro caro ambiente; è facoltà degli ospiti scegliere se approfittare di quanto offerto gratuitamente per la colazione; - non essendo un appartamento, non ha cucina e gli accessori presenti in sala (macchina per il caffè, bollitore elettrico, microonde e frigo) sono una mera cortesia per gli ospiti e sono dedicati alla colazione con il kit offerto; - agli ospiti è data la possibilità di consumare cibi all'interno dell'alloggio (che gli stessi ospiti possono procurarsi da asporto in autonomia dall'esterno, utilizzando propri accessori usa e getta, sotto la propria responsabilità); - va da sè, che non trattandosi di un uso cucina, il frigorifero non è da cucina, ma ha le dimensioni utili a contenere quanto offerto gratuitamente per la colazione; - il riordino giornaliero è previsto dalla normativa regionale relativa agli affittacamere e viene svolto, in assenza degli ospiti, per garantire un'igiene costante, seguendo i protocolli sanitari in vigore; come esposto negli alloggi, è facoltà degli ospiti richiedere che non venga svolto; parimenti, in presenza di ospiti all'interno dell'alloggio durante gli orari dedicati a pulizie e riordini, il servizio non viene eseguito. Spero che ora sia tutto più chiaro. Purtroppo, il rispetto delle normative in materia turistico-ricettiva e sanitaria non va assolutamente di pari passo con l'ecologia e la riduzione di utilizzo della plastica. Credo che valuterò di non offrire più nulla come kit colazione gratuito, perché vedo che, nonostante sia ben scritto che la "colazione non è prevista", poi succede che gli ospiti vadano a valutare qualcosa che mettiamo a disposizione come extra gratuito, che, anzichè essere apprezzato, diventa un elemento da criticare.. peccato.

Grazie per la gentile recensione. Mi dispiace solo leggere il voto "7" riguardante la colazione: Vi ricordo che la colazione non è prevista e non è inclusa. Come extra gratuito, lasciamo a disposizione caffè, tè e tisane, a titolo di cortesia per gli ospiti. Quindi, la colazione non può essere oggetto di valutazione penalizzante. Grazie comunque.

Ci rincresce leggere direttamente qui giudizi un po' "sottotono" rispetto alla media che ci viene riconosciuta abitualmente, ci sarebbe pertanto piaciuto avere prima un riscontro diretto da parte Vostra per capire cosa magari non avete apprezzato: visto il nostro costante impegno a fare del nostro meglio per i nostri ospiti, questo ci permette anche di mettere in relazione le recensioni rispetto a chi le lascia. Ci sembra opportuno ricordare che avete pagato poco più di 25 Euro a testa a notte, per due persone in un alloggio di 40 mq con giardino, con una piccola colazione di cortesia offerta gratuitamente (la colazione non è infatti prevista e inclusa) e, nel Vostro caso specifico, la disponibilità gratuita per il check-out tardivo in serata. Grazie comunque.

La struttura è situata in una zona tranquilla. Ha un bel giardino confinante con uno dei parchi urbani di Bologna. La signora Silvia è molto gentile e premurosa. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono, a mio parere.

Ho trovato proprio quello che cercavo. Posto accogliente, gestori educatissimi e disponibilissimi nonostante abbia avuto orari di arrivo e partenza abbastanza estremi (circa 24. 00 arrivo e 4. 30 partenza). Ottimo.

Siamo stati benissimo al Giardino nel parco. È un posto molto carino e accogliente, con un bellissimo giardino. La struttura è dotata di tutto il necessario e anche di più, la cura dei dettagli fa sì che si respiri un'atmosfera piacevole e rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole. La proprietaria Silvia è una persona molto comunicativa, puntuale, simpatica e disponibile, è stato un piacere conoscerla. Posto sicuramente consigliatissimo.

L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto pulito, ben riparato dai rumori della strada (per altro poco frequentata), con ampia vista su un tranquillo parco. Mobili in ottime condizioni, cucina molto ben attrezzata con tutti gli accessori, così come il bagno. Presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici. Asciugamani, lenzuola e coperte in perfette condizioni. Gestori molto cordiali e disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare chi non conosce la città o abbia comunque dei problemi. A breve distanza, fermate dei mezzi pubblici per spostarsi facilmente in città. Unico piccolo neo, il fatto che l'appartamento si raggiunga tramite una scala alquanto ripida, che potrebbe mettere in difficoltà persone a mobilità ridotta. L'esperienza globale resta comunque ottima.

Breve soggiorno ma davvero piacevole. Buona struttura, tranquilla, accogliente a due passi dalla fermata bus per il centro e ogni zona di Bologna. La colazione offre di tutto, dai the allo yogurt, latte, caffe, brioches, ecc. Lo consigliamo sia per soggiorni di lavoro che week end a due. Poi Bologna è stupenda, merita di essere visitata.

È stato un soggiorno breve ma perfetto, in occasione della fiera "cosmoprof". Davvero consigliato per tutti i generi di vacanze dal week-end alle permanenze più lunghe. Un 10 e lode alla proprietaria e all'alloggio. Torneremo molto molto volentieri. Anche super attrezzatissima per quanto riguarda consigli su dove mangiare ecc, e sulle consegne a domicilio con varissimi numeri telefonici. Grazie!
