Dear owners, my review aims to be balanced and truthful, in full respect of your work, with the precise intent of helping you to improve. I kindly ask you to read with humility. \n\nLet's start with the strengths: cleanliness, a clean and sufficiently comfortable bed, a breakfast that, for my needs, is more than enough, and a price (€28) adequate for what is received.\n\nNow let's move on to the weaknesses: the shower is integrated with the toilet and bidet, which fills with water each time and then the water stays there. A curtain could be enough also for a purely hygienic issue. The drain, located on the toilet tank, often gets blocked. I recommend you to check it. The toilet seat is worn out by time and unusable. \n\nThe sore point is the room temperature. As already discussed between us previously, the house receives sunlight from early morning until sunset. It's normal that everything is hot, starting from the walls, floor, bed, everything so hot that from the faucet for cold water, warm water comes out and then tepid, never cold. \n\nIn summer, the period in which you are open, the days are mostly hot, if not very hot. The small ceiling fan and the small table fan are not at all sufficient to cool the small room with an incredible energy expenditure and a result of zero! I suggest a dehumidifier with cooling function. You could save a lot and have customers who rest happily, something that did not happen to me. \n\nMoreover, try to invest also in a mini fridge because at night it can be useful to have cold water. Finally, I point out the TV sound which is annoying despite the remote control corrections.\n\nIn conclusion, you are very kind and deserve to succeed, but first, you absolutely need to improve. The keyword is "investment". \n\nThank you for the hospitality. Let me know if you install the dehumidifier or air conditioning so I will come back and tell my friends too. A special thanks to the cleaning lady who changed my bed after the terrible night saunas.

The staff was very kind, the location is great because it is close to the sea and public transport, but also secluded from the main street so it is quiet. The room is a bit outdated and without air conditioning, only with a ceiling fan. Good and varied breakfast.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ronconi for 2 days and I had a great time. The location is 300 meters from the sea, with many shops nearby, the breakfast is excellent and abundant (from 7:30 to 10:00). The room is what it is, but 28.00€ per day at the beginning of July is great. A big shoutout to Andrea (receptionist), always polite and ready to respond to every customer's need. I also enjoyed the terrace, where you can have breakfast outdoors and in the cool. It has become a reference point for me when I return to Rimini.

I proprietari e lo staff sono molto gentili e disponibili, soprattutto per chi vuole stare più a lungo fuori di sera, ad esempio oltre alla mezzanotte (basta chiamarli e aprono subito l’ingresso). Ho adorato anche un sacco la stanza in cui ho alloggiato per 4 notti e specialmente proprio chi lavora all’interno della struttura. È molto vicina al mare e bastano pochi metri di camminata per andare verso la fermata del bus. Non mi stancherò di ripetere sulla disponibilità e gentilezza assoluta dei lavoratori.
