Our B&B is located ideal for wellness, with generous spa waters and facilities (Terme San petronio Antalgik, Terme Felsinee, San Luca Pluricenter · Terme Felsinee Bologna) at Bologna art city, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a location with a spectacular view, in the heart of the city. "Guest House Bologna" is a lovely, refined building.
Surroundings
Travellers staying with us will be able to stroll and shop in the shopping streets, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, explore cultural events and exhibitions, enjoyable long walks in the many gardens and stunning surrounding countryside.
Close by our guests will find monuments and places of interest for culture vultures. Remember that just only 180 m away there is the 'Basilica di San Francesco'. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium 'Stadio Renato Dall'Ara di Bologna'.

Giulia was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean but would be improved by a microwave or oven. The entryway downstairs needed a fresher smell. The nearby restaurants and sports area were convenient. We felt badly for the nearby drug addicts.

Thank you Chris for the tips. The condominium entrance is cleaned regularly by a cleaning company, I will advise them to pay more attention. We are in one of the best residential areas in the city center, I am surprised by what you wrote: I have never seen drug addicts, rather there are students or young people connected to the university world. It is one of the safest cities in Italy.

The host and her daughter were super and reacted at once when there was a slight problem with the tea mugs. wonderful service with a smile, we slept like angels, will be back.

Location us great for walking to all sites. Hostess provides map and highlights. Shopping and restaurants all close for walking. Short distance from train station.

My son and I had a great time. Very close to the center and to the Renato Dall'Ara stadium. Mrs. Giulia is very kind and helpful in meeting our needs. Perhaps the room could use a bit of modernization.

Elide is kind, patient, and attentive to every need one may have when staying at the Giulia Guest House Bologna. The rooms, like the entire house, are clean and tidy. The house is located in a convenient area well served by public transport, moreover, 10 minutes walk from the station.

Very comfortable and welcoming apartment. Very convenient location, the city center is within walking distance in a few minutes. Area served by bars and supermarkets. Kind and helpful host. Excellent cleanliness. Equipped with everything you need.

I booked by sending a message to the property and the manager replied quickly. I was able to reach the rental apartment independently, taking the keys through an external system. The property is located in a building composed of small rooms and independent apartments, practically all bed and breakfasts. I had two rooms in addition to the bathroom, with a kitchenette with every convenience (kettle, dishes, dish soap, etc.). The room and furnishings were new or in excellent condition and there were no shortages of utilities (face cream, makeup remover pads, coffee and sugar, etc.). The TV was new and also allowed viewing of paid channels, (subscription not included) by entering your own password. I was there in winter and it was warm and comfortable. Excellent.

Appartamento piccolo ma comodo dotato di tutto il necessario, in posizione centrale e vicinissima a supermercato per eventuali approvigionamenti. In zona silenziosissima. Luminoso.

Ho soggiornato da sola nell'appartamento Giulia di Guest House Bologna nel quale mi sono trovata a mio agio e in uno spazio comodo! Pur essendo un appartamento i gestori mi hanno dato la possibilità di fare la colazione al Bar della stessa via presentando il tagliandino, mi sono sentita coccolata e ho riconosciuto nei baristi un riferimento in più vicino ai quali rivolgermi. L'appartamento è carino ed è risultato in una posizione strategica per i miei spostamenti!
