I stayed for 3 nights. It was very nice. The owner was very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. It's only 15 minutes from the twin towers. I recommend to every tourist for Bologna stay.

It is close to the historic city center, well connected, the service is quick, Marlon very attentive and with easy availability, as well as our hostess, they facilitated our arrival and departure very well and any needs. Being close to a main road there is some noise, but we could sleep well. Nice terrace for sunbathing and relaxing, well located, thank you very much for everything. We did not take breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

The apartment is very close to the center, the position is very convenient and allows you to reach many shops in the center on foot. The only drawback is the parking in the courtyard, which is very narrow and you have to maneuver on the main street to access it: in any case, the parking is closed by an electric gate (so very safe) and close to the structure, no problem reaching it on foot with the luggage. The apartment is the right size for 2/3 people, clean, with some makeshift repairs (tape on the bathroom shelf and inside the fridge) but still acceptable. The hosts were very kind and provided clear and very precise information, upon arrival we were greeted by their collaborator who unfortunately did not speak Italian well and we struggled to understand some information, but everything was resolved with a phone call to the owners. Quick and precise check-in, no problems with payments. Recommended for those who want to experience the center of Bologna for a few days.

All good. The location of my room, in relation to the entrance of the Nigrisoli Sant'Orsola, is a bit disadvantaged, especially if guests do not take care to not make excessive noise and keep their voices down.

We arrived a bit later than the agreed appointment due to a delay of the means, and the welcome was not one of the most optimal, contacting the manager only by phone, who seemed a bit hasty. The check-out time was scheduled for 10.00, but we heard the handle being opened a couple of times at least an hour before, probably by the cleaning staff, which seemed very rude to us. Nevertheless, the room was reasonably clean and warm. The location was convenient, close to the center.

Cara Agnese ho letto la sua recensione e mi dispiace tanto che abbia ricevuto un'accoglienza frettolosa. Purtroppo da quando abbiamo ricevuto il messaggio, con il quale ci annunciava il suo arrivo entro 10 minuti, è trascorsa quasi un'ora prima che arrivasse. Il nostro collaboratore incaricato del check-in ha dovuto aspettare tantissimo il vostro arrivo e siccome aveva altri appuntamenti, con altri clienti, in altra struttura, si è trovato in grosse difficoltà a rispettare i tempi a causa del vostro eccessivo ritardo. Questo è il motivo della frettolosità. Per quanto concerne il fatto che prima dell'ora di check-out il mio collaboratore abbia abbassato la maniglia non voleva essere un gesto scortese ma semplicemente voleva verificare, visto che non sentiva alcun rumore provenire dalla vostra camera, se foste andate via per poter iniziare le pulizie. Volevo inoltre segnalarvi che i voti vengono espressi da 1 a 10. Non capisco come mai dite che la pulizia era discreta e la camera era calda salvo poi esprimere come voto 4 che è certamente un'insufficienza. Comunque grazie lo stesso per il tempo che ci avete dedicato. Un caro saluto.

Enthusiastic, I had a great time. Despite being located on a busy avenue, no noise is heard. Nice large room with private bathroom and commendable cleanliness. Definitely recommendable also for the price.

Room on the raised ground floor, accessed by stairs inside the courtyard. Shared kitchen with 2 other rooms, each with a private bathroom. Next to Porta San Vitale, therefore at the entrance to the central area near the university, very convenient for those who don't want the car once they arrive and want to comfortably explore the center. Mrs. Cinzia is very kind and extremely helpful. Highly recommend for a getaway to Bologna!

Small but comfortable and clean studio. Excellent reception. Only note: poorly equipped kitchen (we did not find the moka pot or enough cups for breakfast) and bathroom without the essentials for personal hygiene (shower gel). However, positive stay. Host very helpful but room needs to be reviewed. Presence of peeling walls and damp spots, the walls need a fresh coat of paint for some time. Moreover, the room's door is old and therefore did not provide any privacy (under it, in fact, there is a space of about 3 cm). The key was the classic passkey for an internal door, therefore it did not give a sense of security, especially considering that the check-out procedures involve leaving the key in the room's lock and exiting (leaving the keys inside, it is not possible to close the external door and the gate). So it is possible that another tenant, when checking out, leaves the external door open and the keys inside the building. I am sorry because the communication with the host was excellent and she was very helpful. For the price paid (70€) I expected higher quality. Clean linen.

Structure close to the historic center, convenient for moving around with public transport. There are only 3 rooms, so it remains in an intimate and familiar context. The owner was very kind and helpful: she answered the calls made to request information, allowed us to enter the room before the previously indicated time, and kept our luggage in the structure for a whole day after check out. The bed, sanitary facilities, and furniture are new and well-maintained, I would only recommend improving the appearance of the walls which in my opinion slightly penalize the rest. Overall highly recommended!

I booked this accommodation because it was very close (practically next door) to the clinic where my son was going to be operated on. Once on site, I realized that it was also very close to the center of Bologna! Just a pleasant 10-minute walk. And also close to a lot of restaurants, pizzerias, etc... The b&b gave me the opportunity to park my car in their private space. Very useful considering the very busy street, lack of parking spaces, and especially due to my lack of knowledge of the area and the city in general. The structure is a bit dated but lacks nothing. The well-kept room offers a flat-screen TV, very clean linen, a functional bathroom with a hairdryer, a small electric stove with various cups and glasses which I took advantage of for a herbal tea. Perfect cleanliness. There is also a small kitchenette for the rooms to use, but I did not take advantage of it. A special mention to Mrs. Cinzia who welcomed me, the owner of the structure, very kind, very helpful, and very nice, and also to the cleaning boy (I think his name is Manuel) very good and smiling. I will definitely consider the b&b for the future (hopefully not for health reasons!).

We rented a room at this bed and breakfast last month, my girlfriend and I, to visit Bologna, and we were enchanted. Everything was close by, and we didn't even need to move the car or anything else. Private bathroom in the room and relatively clean room, some dirty sheets and also a bit the shower, but they were minor things, luckily. Otherwise, everything perfect. We will definitely book again!

Signora Annalisa, non era la prima volta che alloggiava nella nostra struttura. Eppure in precedenza non aveva fatto alcuna recensione. Però il fatto che fosse ritornata era già di per se un apprezzamento dei nostri servizi. Questa volta ha sentito la necessità di recensirci, esprimendo giudizi negativi solo perchè mi sono permesso di dire a suo marito che non essendo casa sua, ma bensì una struttura ricettiva dove alloggiano diverse persone, non avrebbe dovuto lasciare la chiave inserita nella serratura della porta di accesso perchè, così facendo ha creato problemi agli altri ospiti. Infatti alle 22,30 circa siamo stati chiamati, con tono indispettito, da due ospiti che non sono riusciti ad entrare a causa delle chiavi inserite nella serratura. Capisco che magari stavate dormendo, mi rendo conto che forse anch'io posso aver usato un tono un pò brusco. Ma a lei sembra normale che venga chiusa la porta e le chiavi vengano lasciate inserite? Se lei si fosse trovata nelle medesime condizioni degli altri ospiti non si sarebbe un pò arrabbiata dinanzi a una situazione del genere? Oltre a voi ho dovuto telefonare a quell'ora tardi anche agli altri ospiti per individuare chi avesse lasciato quella chiave. Suo marito per aprire la porta si è presentato in pigiama e a dorso nudo e non si è nemmeno scusato. Mi era sembrato quasi contrariato. Eppure lei lamenta la mia scortesia.

Nice place to stay, if you don't have many expectations it's a nice quiet place but what deserves a lot is the location, that is you are close to the gates to enter the old city of Bologna, 1.5 km from Piazza Grande and 2 km from the station. Very convenient for spending a few days in Bologna.

Excellent welcome, excellent service, excellent location of the property, I will recommend it to everyone and next time I go to Bologna my top priority will be to book here in advance hoping to find a place. Perfect B&B and 15 minutes from the center, large, clean, well-organized rooms equipped with everything you might need: air conditioning, electric stove, dishes, etc. Very helpful and kind hosts. Outside the rooms, there is a common kitchen with everything you need to stay and cook. Very low prices for such excellent service. We did not encounter any problems during our three-day stay. I would recommend it to anyone in Bologna.

Certainly after the experience I had in a Bed and Breakfast where I stayed before, I can only express the highest votes for this establishment where I found seriousness, cleanliness, and affordability. You can hear the ambulances passing by the street, but if you want to stay in front of the Nigrisoli Sant'Orsola hospital, you have to pay a small fee. Thanks to the managers.

Gentile signora grazie per il tempo che ci ha dedicato. Ci dispiace molto che non abbia fruito della colazione. Se lo avesse fatto presente in struttura, piuttosto che scriverlo, le avremmo rimborsato 2,00 euro al giorno che è il costo della nostra colazione. Dopotutto che si trattasse di una colazione in autogestione con biscotti, brioche e succo di frutta pre confezionati mono dose, latte, caffe e the da prepararsi in autonomia è scritto nel nostro sito sul portale dove ha prenotato. È scritto pure che per legge possiamo somministrare solo prodotti preconfezionati mono dose. Credo che avrebbe dovuto prestare più attenzione anche a queste cose e non solo al prezzo prima di prenotare. A proposito del prezzo spero che almeno abbia tratto soddisfazione dal fatto che abbia pagato, in Centro a Bologna, una camera con letto matrimoniale, uso singolo, con bagno privato, al prezzo di 36 euro al giorno, compresa la colazione non gradita, usufruendo della tariffa scontata per pagamento anticipato. Se la prossima volta decidesse di venire da noi non esiti a farci una lista degli alimenti che usa di solito e se lo desidera provvederemo a farle preparare e servire in camera, all'ora che preferisce. Spero che dopo non avrà da ridire anche sul prezzo. Cordiali saluti.

Bella struttura, una villetta posizionata vicino al centro, per raggiungerlo si deve prendere un autobus che ha la fermata giusto di fronte al B&B. Location nella media, ben pulita e ben fornita. Colazione in camera con brioche imbustate (per legge). All'interno della camera è presente di tutto. Ci ha accolte una ragazza (proprietaria), molto gentile, cordiale e dà buoni consigli sulle attività di Bologna. Amo questa città ed i suoi abitanti ed ogni volta che torno mi sento sempre a casa grazie alla cordialità dei bolognesi.

Posizione comoda (zona tranquilla è molto vicina al centro) e buon prezzo! Assolutamente consigliato per chi come noi la stanza la usa esclusivamente la sera tarda per doccia ed andare a dormire. Colazione un po’ carente (dovuto anche al poco spazio della struttura) : merendine confezionate, pavesini, crackers, latte (in un frigo fuori dalla stanza) e moka per fare il caffè. Proprietario gentile e molto disponibile.

La struttura è molto accogliente, si trova vicino la stazione ed è ben collegata sia con l'università che con alimentari e fermata dei bus. La struttura inoltre ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, le camere si presentano pulite e sistemate ed all'interno della camera si hanno tutti i comfort possibili (tv, condizionatore, fornellino elettrico ecc). I proprietari sono molto cortesi e disponibili e riescono a metterti a proprio agio anche al primo incontro facendoti sentire uno di famiglia. Per tutti questi motivo consiglio vivamente il pernottamento presso questo B&B.

Stanza accogliente e pulita in un palazzetto signorile, ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari, benché posizionata sui viali di Bologna è abbastanza silenziosa. La posizione della struttura è buona, si trova a due passi dall'ospedale di S. Orsola e a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore, unico neo la mancanza della colazione, essendo un B&B uno se la aspetta e per il prezzo pagato poteva tranquillamente essere inclusa, ma è un dettaglio. Complessivamente ottima esperienza e soluzione consigliata.

Siamo state io e mia mamma nel B&B 3 gg per una visita al sant'Orsola, subito ci ha accolte un proprietario gentile e molto disponibile. Inoltre la struttura oltre ad essere pulita è Ottima sia per chi deve passare delle visite al Sant'Orsola in quanto la struttura è alloggiata di fronte a quest'ultima sia per chi vuole scoprire questa città meravigliosa! La consiglio assolutamente!
