Our B&B is with lavish spa waters and facilities (Terme di Monticelli) at Parma art city, in the heart of the city. "Centro Storico" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, elegant design with attention to detail, a lovely, refined building.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets, explore tradition and culture along your own delicious fine food and wine trail, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas.
Close by our guests will find several monuments and famous places. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium 'Stadio Ennio Tardini di Parma'.

A very special place, with a truly unique character. Our room did not have air conditioning during the day, and at night it was comfortable with a fan and windows open. Delightful host. No English, but we managed! A little noisy in front on the road in the morning with the windows open. Just if you are sensitive to that. We also had a second room for our family in the attic, and it was air-conditioned and very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Even though minimal English, we were able to communicate. For me, great location, walk to everywhere in Centro Parma. I would stay there again. THANK YOU ! Breakfast, was toast instant coffee. I was spoiled, I love meat and cheese, fresh cake like other B&B's.

An ideally located bed and breakfast, a 10-minute walk from Piazza Garibaldi, with parking available. Demetrio is a very welcoming host and gives good advice. I highly recommend!

Un B&B à conseiller tout proche du centre, un peu désuet mais c’est ce qui fait son charme, très calme et nous avons eu la chance de loger dans la chambre du bas bien isolée et donnant dans un petit coin de verdure + possibilité de garer sa voiture. Un accueil tout à fait sympathique..

It's like feeling at home, even though you are very far away. Stunning structure, very kind and super helpful owner. I highly recommend it, surely if I will be around Parma, I will stay here.

A welcoming, quiet place, surrounded by greenery just a few steps from the Centro. The friendly owner and very easygoing, together with the staff, are really kind, attentive, and helpful. The room is equipped with comfort and is cozy and spacious, it feels like home. I confirm that it brings good luck to those who have to take an exam.

Two nights in this 40s house with very peculiar furniture, everything is not placed by chance. Demetrio, the manager, is very nice, attentive, and caring. If I had to come back to Parma, I wouldn't have any doubts about where to stay.

Siamo stati una sola notte. Ottima accoglienza, molto cortese e simpatico il figlio del titolare. C'è il parcheggio per la vettura che è un aspetto fondamentale. Stanza molto pulita, letto molto comodo, bagno ampio e pulitissimo. Ottima colazione. Accettano i cani. Che dire? tutto molto bene, torneremo sicuramente, magari con più calma e per un paio di notti. Lo consiglierò certamente.

La posizione è defilata ma vicino al centro e al parco della cittadella. Ingresso un po' buio ma ci si abitua in fretta. Il gestore gentilissimo e discreto: è la sua casa ma si vive in totale privacy. Colazione abbondante e gustosa. Stanza molto accogliente. Ci si sente a casa. Giac è simpaticissimo.
