Very friendly welcome. Very comfortable apartment 10 minutes by bus from the 2 towers. Ideal solution for staying in Bologna.

We had a really good time! Excellent location just outside the city center and perfect for reaching the exhibition area. Mrs. Antonietta is super nice and helpful. If we were to come back to the area, we would definitely go back to Casa Colavita.

We were greeted very well, Antonietta kindly allowed us to check-in late because we were in difficulty. Casa Colavita is perfect for the city center and the fair, all the amenities are available. The accommodation is very clean. We will come back next year with real pleasure.

Excellent welcome and great availability in meeting my requests. Excellent location for both clinics and the historic center with easy and quick connections. Bright and very clean environment. I recommend it.

Convenient location to reach the center of Bologna. Excellent level of cleanliness. Casa Colavita had all the amenities and Mrs. Antonietta was very kind. The only less satisfying point was the air conditioning: out of three rooms, one only had a ceiling fan and in another the air conditioner was quite noisy.

Warm and affectionate welcome from the hostess. Great location, the center of Bologna is easily reachable by bus in 10 minutes. The property has great livability with 2 rooms (one double and one with 2 beds), wifi is available, there are air conditioners (which we did not turn on due to the season). Near the property, it is possible to park on the blue lines (for a fee from 9 am to 6 pm). We tried an excellent restaurant nearby (Pintarè).

Appartamento non nuovissimo ma con tanti piccoli accorgimenti e attenzioni che fanno si che la struttura sia ben organizzata. Letti comodi, bagno in buone condizioni, metratura ampia. C'è tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno. Ben servito da autobus che portano al centro. Qualità prezzo ottimo. Perfetto per famiglie. Cortesia e disponibilità del gestore impeccabili. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Salve, anche se abbiamo soggiornato poche ore siamo rimasti gradevolmente colpiti della gentilezza della signora Colavita. La casa molto bella e accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli. Siamo molto soddisfati, sicuramente ritorneremo!

Casa pulita, molto accogliente, ordinata. Si trova in una posizione molto comoda avendo vicino dei supermercati e ristoranti, inoltre si trova in mezzo a due fermate per il pullman che portano sia alla stazione centrale che in centro, ma è comunque bello e non troppo lontano da raggiungere a piedi. La signora Antonietta è stata molto disponibile e gentile con i consigli su come muoversi con i trasporti pubblici ed è sempre pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi evenienza. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
