Our B&B is in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme Felsinee, Terme San petronio Antalgik, San Luca Pluricenter · Terme Felsinee Bologna) at Bologna art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the historic heart of the city nearby Saragozza. "Bed And Breakfast Bologna Dreaming" is a residence with unique, original style.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to explore tradition and culture along your own delicious fine food and wine trail, explore cultural events and exhibitions, stroll in the quiet, lush gardens and beautiful landscapes.
Close by our guests will find monuments and places of interest for culture vultures. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium "Stadio Renato Dall'Ara di Bologna".

Every morning you will be offered a tasty breakfast, even with fresh and freshly baked products. In the kitchen, you have at your disposal a microwave and a coffee machine. For leisure and work needs, the room has free Wi-Fi. The entire structure is equipped with air conditioning to combat the summer heat and radiators to face the freezing winters, typical of the Po Valley.

Absolutely incredible experience, caring hosts that offered to help us find a taxi to get to the airport and shared so much information about Bologna with us. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Apartment is in a very quiet residential area that is not far from the bus station that will take you to the historical downtown or train station. Will be returning to this property next time we visit Bologna! 5/5 stars.

It is an amazing place to stay, the managers were very kind since the beginning, even before arriving. Everything was tidy and clean. Maybe the only thing that we can mention would be to incorporate some vegan alternatives in the breakfast (such as oat/soy milk or hummus for the bread). Congratulations!

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time! Gabriele and his mother were lovely hosts and very sweet and kind to us. Breakfast (and especially Cappuccino) were outstanding, the room and bathroom exceptionally clean and tidy. The B&B has the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, to the city centre it's a 15-20 min walk. There are also bus stations close by if needed. Thank you so much and we hope to be back soon. The place is perfectly located after my arrival. It is in a very nice neighborhood, and we could walk to the city and pass by a lot of interesting places and shops, which we would not discover and enjoy if we stayed in the center of the old town. The apartment is very clean and decorated with love. It is the apartment where Gabriel's mother grew up, Gabriel and his mother were very very kind and friendly. They have everything prepared including toothbrushes. Gabriel baked a lot of lovely sweets, which we enjoyed as breakfast. The food is simple but home-made. This place is so far the best B&B I have stayed.

This B&B was perfect for our stay in Bologna, comfortable, clean, near the relatives we had come to visit, and within walking distance of practically everything. Due to the pandemic, breakfast was suspended for most of our stay, but some specialty and pre-packaged items became available. Our host was gracious and helpfully attentive. We most certainly hope to return.

Gabriele and his Papa went out of their way to make our stay VERY pleasant. They helped with laundry and dinner locations as well as directions to the Bologna sites. Breakfast was home made deliciousness! They even helped us find a tour guide at our next destination. Gabriele's English was perfect! Thank you for a great stay!

This B&B is very peaceful and lovely. Our room had a big balcony full of flowers, our own bathroom, which was clean and new and came with new toothbrushes, hairdryer, shampoo and slippers. The bed was big and comfortable. The hosts were attentive and gave us useful recommendations about what to do and see in Bologna. The location of the flat isn't in the smack center of the city but a short walk from it (or an even shorter) bus ride which we preferred, because the flat itself was very quiet, so we could relax. A very good experience!

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a balcony to sit outside. Bed very comfortable. Good, modern bathroom. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding, by far the best we had during our stay in Italy. Papa bakes fantastic cakes. It’s a bit of a walk into town, but on the way there are lots of bars and cafés to stop for refreshments. Highly recommended!

Situated in a quiet area, yet still close to the city center and well connected by public transport. The bed & breakfast offered an authentic and welcoming experience. \n\nSecondly, the attention to detail in this property was remarkable. The room was clean and comfortable, with every little detail taken care of to make the stay as pleasant as possible. From the soft and fragrant sheets to the tasteful decor, every aspect of the room was perfect. \n\nBut what truly made my stay special was the incredible hospitality of the owners. They were extremely friendly and attentive to our every need, making us feel at home. They provided valuable advice on what to see and do in the area, also offering a delicious homemade breakfast every morning (the muffins were excellent). \n\nIn summary, I highly recommend this bed & breakfast to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and welcoming experience. If there are future opportunities to return to Bologna, I will definitely come back here.

Gabriele was very kind, flexible and helpful. The structure is very well organized, with slippers as soon as you enter, a very beautiful and renovated room, quiet, with two small tables, TV and very good wifi, very comfortable bed and pillows, and a kettle in the room to make tea. I had a private bathroom, super comfortable. The cleanliness of the whole house is excellent. The breakfast is good and abundant. The location is very convenient, in a residential area, about a 25-minute walk from the center.

The owners of this accommodation, Gabrielle and her mother, are very nice and kind. We stayed there for three days in October, and we had everything we needed. It is very clean. A thirty-minute walk near the city center.

Structure outside Porta Saragozza, chosen specifically to start the Path of the Gods. Very nice facility, equipped with all comforts and definitely very clean. The managers (mother and son) very kind and affable. Breakfast ok, could be improved by perhaps offering the option of a savory choice as well. Overall we were very satisfied.

Clean, comfortable and cozy rooms. The manager is an extremely helpful person and cares about the well-being of the guests. Absolutely organized during the Covid period with disposable slippers to use at home, masks, and hand sanitizer. I will definitely come back and recommend it for stays in Bologna. The location is strategic, close to all services. Moreover, the building is located in a very quiet street so you can rest without any disturbance.

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte in questo B&B ma ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Massima attenzione per la pulizia e la sanificazione, aspetto che ci ha sorpreso positivamente vista anche la presenza della nostra bimba! Personale cordiale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti (il dolcetto/scherzetto di Halloween in anticipo è stato molto apprezzato!). Sauro, Giuliana e Gabriele non ti ospitano, ti coccolano. Tutto ciò di cui puoi avere bisogno è a portata di mano: basta chiederglielo e loro ti accontentano immediatamente, facendoti sentire l'ospite più importante del mondo! Inoltre la casa è perfetta per posizione, silenziosità, pulizia e ogni altro aspetto. Non vedo l'ora di avere nuovamente occasione di passare a Bologna per essere di nuovo accolto come un piccolo re.

Struttura accogliente, pulitissima e dall'atmosfera familiare. Il gestore è una persona squisita, disponibile e attento ai bisogni del cliente. La zona è tranquilla e non lontana dal centro sia a piedi sia con i mezzi. Si è rivelato un soggiorno molto piacevole e di sicuro tornerò con piacere. In aggiunta il proprietario è un ottimo cuoco e spesso a colazione si possono assaggiare ottimi dolci fatti in casa in una cucina profumatissima e in un ambiente cordiale e caloroso. 10 su 10!

Sono stato in questa struttura, beh che dire, Il proprietario si chiama Sauro, una persona unica. La struttura è perfetta e molto confortevole, una pulizia estrema. Nella stanza c’è anche il servizio tisana. Per non parlare della colazione. Consiglio questa struttura a tutti.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura in occasione del Giro d'Italia. Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro che il santuario di San Luca. Proprietari gentilissimi. Pulizia e cura dell'arredamento ottimi. Colazione eccellente a base di specialità locali fresche. Lo consiglio e sicuramente ci tornerò se avrò occasione di tornare a Bologna.

È nel quartiere più "in" di Bologna, dove ci sono i famosi portici di San Luca; e a pochi metri dal centro storico. Quindi, in posizione tranquilla, ma comodissimo a tutto. È la prima volta che trovo una conduzione famigliare così attenta nelle pulizie delle stanze e di ambienti comuni. Un ottimo servizio in generale (set bagno, colazione, accoglienza, velocità nelle risposte, disponibilità). Non è un B&B con arredamento e servizi sciatti, ma di una certa importanza. Per il servizio dato, lo stile e la posizione; ha ancora prezzi contenuti. Adatto ai clienti più esigenti. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò quando sarò di nuovo a Bologna.

Ho soggiornato per una notte in questa fantastica struttura e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo. Il B&B è bello vicino al centro e molto pulito. Il gestore gentilissimo e disponibile, visto che sono arrivato tardi nella notte. Ottima la colazione preparata artigianalmente. Da provare sicuramente e sicuramente ci tornerò.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ottima accoglienza al nostro arrivo già a cominciare da un posto auto a noi "riservato" causa concomitanza partita di calcio, gestione familiare perfetta per cortesia, pulizia alloggio, colazione con prodotti locali e fatti in casa e tutto il "necessaire" per vivere comodamente nell'alloggio. Posizione ottima per visitare la città e il Santuario di San Luca (molto consigliato) entrambi raggiungibili con percorsi sempre sotto i famosi portici quindi fattibili anche con la pioggia. Parcheggi circostanti gratuiti nei giorni festivi. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, quindi, molto consigliato! Grazie ancora.

Lo consiglio per chiunque voglia conoscere Bologna perché il b&b si trova in una posizione strategica in quanto vicinissima al centro e ben collegato con i mezzi. Esperienza sicuramente da rifare!

Sono stato 3 notti in questo B&B dove avevo già soggiornato tempo fa. Mi trovo sempre benissimo: molto pulito, camere spaziose e comodissime con materassi eccezionali. Ottima accoglienza di Gabriele, giovane gestore della struttura, e dei suoi genitori che mi hanno fanno sentire "a casa". I locali sono pulitissimi, bollitore in camera con tisane, frigorifero in corridoio con acqua e bevande a disposizione, colazione con dolci e biscotti tutto casalingo. Il centro è raggiungibile facilmente con l'autobus o, come invece ho preferito io, a piedi in trenta minuti. È vicino anche allo stadio del nuoto e del calcio. Che altro dire: "tutto positivo". Sono stata in questo B&B 2 giorni a dicembre 2017 con la famiglia e non potevo trovare di meglio. Pulizia eccezionale, il primo B&B in Italia dove ho potuto mettere i vestiti nei cassetti. La camera spaziosa, materassi nuovi e comodi. La colazione ci ha stupito, Gabriele e la sua famiglia ci hanno coccolato con biscotti freschi ed una torta tipica bolognese con le tagliatelline sopra che loro chiamano "ricciolina" e poi hanno fatto anche delle crepe, un sogno. Lo consiglio a tutti.
