The room is well-soundproofed, comfortable, perfectly clean, and an easy walk to the station. I left something there, and the host went above and beyond to have it posted to me. I would happily stay here again.

Dear Silke, Thank you for your evaluation She didn't even mention that she had booked a single room and for logistical reasons she was given a room with a double bed and therefore much larger obviously the b&b is in a building in the center in the station area and the traffic noise is obviously conceivable being in the center she gave the breakfast a rating of three she didn't choose breakfast when she booked so she didn't have this service how is it possible to give a rating of three if she didn't pay for a service Anyway, thank you very much for your evaluation. A decent budget option in Bologna, especially if you book directly where it seems to be much cheaper than via sites like booking. com. Just 5 minutes from the station, and an easy 10-15 minute walk into the center of town. It's not clear from the description, but this is not exactly a hotel, but a 3rd floor apartment in a large building, with 4 rooms for guests. There's no sign outside to indicate its existence, which made it a bit confusing to find. You ring the bell with the host's name above it, which wasn't clear before we arrived. The rooms met our needs - one double for myself and my wife, one single for our son, both with ensuite bathroom. Comfortable bed, decor in a slightly old-fashioned way, and it was clean. No room cleaning during our stay though - we were there two nights, I don't know how long you would need to stay before they change the towels. I would recommend this if you want a cheap and convenient option in Bologna.

It is clearly written that it is a bed and breakfast therefore not a hotel and you have been sent directions to reach us both on the messaging where you booked bed-and-breakfast.it and on WhatsApp exactly one hour after you booked the map has been sent to you and the name on the doorbell to ring since it is an apartment, a bed and breakfast, not a hotel.. Regarding cleaning and linen at the time of booking I think you have read the attached instructions which say that cleaning is done every two days and linen is changed every two days

We had a great stay at B&B Centrale. Giovanni was an excellent host who welcomed us warmly (communication prior to our stay was prompt and efficient). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had a fridge and a coffee maker which we weren't expecting. The position of the property was very convenient for the train station - a three-minute walk from the side entrance of the station. There were lots of places to eat nearby (and, of course, shops and a supermarket) and we had a great meal at an authentic Italian restaurant recommended by Giovanni. B&B Centrale is quiet and comfortable with a convenient location for exploring the city. We highly recommend a stay here and if we return to Bologna we won't even consider staying anywhere else. The location of the property is ideal, as it is only a few minutes' walk from the train station, Flixbus, and the city center. Our room and bathroom were in excellent condition. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance in the property. The extremely friendly host always quickly helped us with all questions (was always on site, reachable by phone and WhatsApp). It was very pleasant to have breakfast in the café next to the property in the morning.

Great B&B to stop in Bologna. Central location, outside ZTL, very convenient to reach the center with a 15-minute walk. Breakfast is provided at the bar downstairs and includes a drink and a brioche. Giovanni was very helpful and flexible with our arrival times. Great quality/price/location ratio compared to the average B&Bs in Bologna. Absolutely recommended. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Great B&B Centrale, comfortable room, very central location near the station, comfortable and renovated bathroom. It would be better to have fewer frills, like unnecessary paintings and lamps, add a socket near the bedside table to charge the phone overnight, and remove the external units of the air conditioners from in front of the window of the room. Evidentemente lei era nella camera singola che dà sul retro del condominio e Motori del condizionatore sono fuori sul balcone della mia cucina non ci sarebbe altro posto dove poterli mettere perché sulla facciata principale non è permesso mettere in motori e quello è l'unico spazio disponibile

I stayed at this property for 2 nights. Very convenient location for those arriving by train, in 5/6 minutes you are at the B&B Centrale. Great location also for those who want to eat outside as there are restaurants within walking distance in a few minutes! The interior of the property is well maintained, the single room where I stayed is small but cozy and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Giovanni, the owner, is a helpful and kind person from the start. I recommend this B&B, if I return to Bologna it will be my first choice!

Clean facility and very kind manager, located a stone's throw from the station and with the city center easily reachable on foot. \nOnly slightly negative points: \n1. The bathroom is outside the room, even if private, but it's not possible to lock it from the outside. \n2. Breakfast is served outside the facility in the bar below, with croissant and cappuccino. The offered brioches are not of great quality and if you can't eat them for personal reasons, essentially you can't have breakfast that you still pay for. \n\nIn any case, a positive experience.

Sono arrivato in questa struttura con un po' di timore in quanto ospite per la prima volta. Un apprezzamento va al garbo del proprietario, Giovanni, che ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a nostro agio. La camera è ampia e comoda, il bagno pulito ed in ordine, e silenzio e privacy la fanno da padrone. Grazie ancora e ovviamente lo consiglio a chi ha bisogno di relax a due passi dal centro.

First time in Bologna. The location is very convenient. On one side 5 minutes from the train station and bus station. On the other side 15 minutes from the old town. Very clean, the room is cozy, has everything you need including a hairdryer, fridge, espresso machine. There are several rooms and a very strong noise bothered me a lot. I think it's because of the glass partitions. The host is very friendly, we are in constant contact via Whatsapp. He helped us a lot in ordering a taxi late at night.
