"Antico Fienile" is a prestigious dwelling to revive the emotions of the past, an elegant and unique residence in the originality of its style. surroundings The area in which we find ourselves and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to be surprised by the achievements of our artisans, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine itineraries, participate in numerous cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, wandering through museums and spaces expositive, take long walks ecstatic for the numerous gardens and the splendid landscapes present in the area. Not far from our residence guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports facilities and fitness centers to keep in shape even on vacation. Location Our residence is the perfect location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, for meetings and business trips, for a romantic getaway to meet again and rediscover, for travelers who enjoy taking a break and take care of themselves in a discreet and refined environment, for lovers of the silence of nature and tranquility away from the city. Structure features Our guests can take advantage of a private bathroom in each room, freedom to return at night every hour, parking, parking space, a well-kept garden. Our rooms Our air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a double bed or two separate beds and a children's bed (on request), mirror and luggage rack. Very nice place run by a very hospitable, easygoing, and friendly man named Salvatore. We stayed there for two nights instead of one. Our room was quite spacious, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were able to use the kitchen and fridge on the ground floor. Very nice breakfast, lots of fresh croissants, juice, and other Italian pastries. Located less than a 15-minute drive from the city center (so quite convenient if you have a car). There's free, safe parking on the property. I would definitely recommend this place. It's also dog-friendly, and if you're traveling with your pet, you know how difficult it is sometimes to find a place to stay.

This motorcycle stop was a heartwarming experience for us. We spent two nights in a family building that has a soul. Salvatore is a pleasant, welcoming, and helpful person. He also did not hesitate to intervene with the motorcycle dealers in Bologna to relay to them the leakage issue I was experiencing on my Goldwing. A motorcyclist does not forget this kind of service.

Mr. Salvatore and his sons were very kind. The structure is a bit rundown but welcoming. Cleanliness is definitely not the strong point. Very convenient to go to the center of Bologna, it is 100 m from the bus stop.

We stayed at the Antico Fienile for one night, but we will definitely come back. Great location immersed in greenery, yet not far from the city center. The structure is rustic and for this reason very characteristic. The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. Good breakfast. Special mention to the owner, courteous and very helpful.

I booked 2 rooms, one was decent, the other was really not presentable. It's a shame because it would take a little to fix it. Considering the prices of Bologna given the location, it is very economical and Salvatore is truly a nice and helpful person. I would go back but first I would make sure of the room I am assigned.

Ancient building restored very close to the center of Bologna. Large garden park great for letting our dog run. If taken care of a little more, it would become a great advantage. Breakfast made up of supermarket products to be reviewed for sure. Kind and laid-back managers. Good value for money. By improving as written some points, this place could become a real gem. However, for the moment, recommended to those who do not demand too much.

A structure certainly of authenticity in being a renovation that respects the style of a house in the countryside, even though it is adjacent to one of the main roads connecting to the center of Bologna: a corner of paradise for those who love nature, but also for the willingness to welcome on arrival and provide breakfast at a personalized time, as well as issuing the payment receipt which is unfortunately a rarity in Bologna. I also appreciate the size of the room, the brightness (two large windows... moreover with double-glazed windows), and finally the affordability of this accommodation solution which, especially for those who travel for work and may require repeated overnight stays, is very important.

I stayed for only one night and the room I had included a kitchen and a bathroom. Unfortunately, I did not use the kitchen but as for the bathroom, I can say it is really nice. There is an elegant and spacious shower box. The bedroom is very large with a television, window, wardrobe, etc... Very quiet place, I slept very well at night and unfortunately, regarding breakfast, I can't tell you anything because I couldn't do it due to the early morning time to head to the airport.

Recently partially renovated ancient structure, a bit retro atmosphere, there is a garden with chairs and lots of greenery. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay also for the location, which is 10 minutes away from the parking lots of the Margherita Gardens.

The structure is located about 20 minutes by bus from the center of Bologna. Right nearby, two bus lines pass that will take you right into the city. The structure is immersed in a natural context with lots of greenery and trees around. There are three rooms with 2/3/4 beds. The breakfast is rich with many packaged products but they are products from a famous brand of snacks. All around is relaxation, you will only hear regional trains passing by, but still far from you. The host is very open to dialogue and courteous. Accepts cash, debit card, or credit cards.

I had a great experience: cleanliness, independent entrance, the possibility to sit outside in front of the house, friendliness, and availability - I was even provided with a kettle to have tea or coffee in the room. The San Ruffillo area in Bologna is not central, but I chose it knowingly because - knowing it - I am aware that it is very well served by bus lines 13 and 96. Additionally, being the B&B a bit behind the main road, the rooms are quiet and cool thanks to the trees. I was really happy with my choice this time and I thank Mr. Salvatore and his daughter Nadia.

La struttura si chiama Antico Fienile per cui ha una bella atmosfera, chi si aspetta la modernità non lo scelga, la cordialità ripaga ampiamente oltre alla pulizia ed al comfort delle stanze. Un contesto dove ci si sente a casa. Prezzo super onesto.

Proprietari cortesi ambiente pulito ma potrebbe essere qualitativamente migliore. Essendo un Bed and Breakfast la colazione dovrebbe potrebbe un fiore all'occhiello invece è abbastanza disastrosa.

La struttura è formata solo da 3 camere (cosa molto positiva), è un po' datata ma ben ristrutturata, si trova in un luogo tranquillo in mezzo al verde ed è previsto il posto auto gratuito, il fatto molto positivo è che l'ubicazione dista 15-20 minuti dal centro di Bologna! La camera e gli asciugamani sono molto puliti e il B&B è dotato di free wi-fi, pc consultabile e libri da leggere in tranquillità all'aperto o dentro il salotto. La colazione la puoi consumare fino alle ore 12: 00 e non ti mettono fretta per il check out e questo lo abbiamo molto apprezzato. Il gestore è un signore simpatico, gentile e sempre disponibile.

Va tutto benissimo. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di fornire indicazioni precise su come arrivarci. Non ho usato il navigatore, ma temo che anche con quello sia piuttosto difficile a causa del complicato sistema di sensi unici. Il consiglio di prenderla da Via Filippini se si proviene dal centro per Via Toscana sarebbe stato molto utile. Per il resto il posto è bello e il centro si raggiunge benissimo con i mezzi pubblici molto efficienti. E i gestori simpatici e discreti.

La mia famiglia ed io abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera era pulita ed i gestori simpatici e molto disponibili. Ed il loro cane, Maya, un amore! Molto comodo per raggiungere il centro di Bologna con i mezzi pubblici, in quanto passano molto spesso e la fermata è decisamente vicino alla struttura.
