Our B&B is at Reggio Emilia art city, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the old city centre. "Anna&Ricca Bed & Breakfast E Casaviadellavitetre" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, a lovely, refined building, a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.
Surroundings
Travellers staying with us will be able to stroll and shop in the shopping streets, be amazed by the work of our artisans, enjoy the scenery and experience local cuisine on various food and wine tours, explore cultural events and exhibitions.
Near our facility you can find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports and fitness centres for working out on holiday. CURRENTLY WE DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST IN THE COMMON ROOM. Every morning you will find YOUR BENTO-BOX for your breakfast which you will consume in your room, with our baked goods. In the common area you will find the fridge with fresh products, the espresso coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle and everything you need to still enjoy a good Italian breakfast with traditional local products Bread, fresh cakes every morning, anderbazzone or gnocco according to availability; rusks and toasted bread, at least 2 or 3 different and excellent quality jams, nutella; butter and cheese; milk and yogurt, cereal flakes; fruit juices; espresso coffee, tea and herbal teas of various types, barley, seasonal fruit according to availability. All products are also suitable for those who must eat gluten free; Gluten-free bread, slices and desserts are always available for coeliacs and, subject to availability, alsoerbazzone gf. We regret to inform you that until the end of the emergency, breakfast, included in the price, will be consumed in the partner bars, unless otherwise agreed directly: we think that the service will still be satisfactory. If notified in advance we will organize it in the best possible way even for coeliacs.

Marcella goes out of her way to make sure that you have everything you need. The rooms reflect the history of the property as well as being clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The short walk to centre if town is fantastic. A beautiful visit. Thank you Marcella.

Great stay in the old, comfortable and well-kept structure. Charming and welcoming environment. Bathroom in the room perfectly renovated. Host willing to meet any needs. Excellent location and ease for ZTL permit. Easy to move around on foot and by car.

For my 'hit and run' in Reggio Emilia I couldn't have asked for better! Beyond the strategic point of the structure, practically in the center and easily reachable from the station, the welcome from Mrs. Marcella was top-notch: a very mannered, kind, and extremely helpful person! She asked me if it was my first time in Reggio Emilia and right after I told her yes, she immediately illustrated the highlights of the city on a map that she then handed me! Then she explained the new rules for entering and exiting the structure in line with the COVID containment measures still in place and then she accompanied me to the room! (Mine was the Green Room) Super clean and tidy room: the bathroom towels even smelled of fabric softener and did not have the typical 'hotel smell'! Even the breakfast was to my liking: in the scheduled time slot I found my closed box containing a mix of things in the place indicated the night before! What can I say, if you want to play it safe I highly recommend this B&B.

In the old dwelling (but with all the necessary comforts) located in a perfect position, divided between b&b and architecture studio, the super kind, nice, and affable Marcella will advise you and exchange opinions on multiple topics. Price within standards. Go with confidence.

Sono stata in questo bed and breakfast già 2 volte, la prima a giugno 2018. Tornare mi ha fatta sentire accolta a casa di una parente. Stanza e bagno pulitissimi, così come il resto della casa. Mi è stata fatta trovare la tavola apparecchiata nonostante dovessi fare colazione alle 6:40. Ci tornerò sicuramente se dovrò trattenermi a Reggio Emilia.

Accoglienza formidabile in un ambiente familiare ma elegante. Pulizia ineccepibile. Disponibilità totale. Qualche problema per il parcheggio (consiglio quello vicino al cimitero, a 5 minuti a piedi dal B&B).

Ho passato una notte nel mese di novembre nel B&B Anna&Ricca a Reggio Emilia, in ottima posizione per visitare la città. Marcella si è dimostrato molto accogliente, premurosa e attenta a tutte le esigenze. La camera e l'intero B&B è dotato di tutto quanto era necessario per una permanenza tranquilla e calorosa. Ringrazio ancora Marcella per avermi fatto sentire come a casa e tra amici. Il mio quindi è un arrivederci a presto. Eliano F.

Io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento è situato in una casa antica, ed è arredato con molto gusto. La camera da letto era grande, spaziosa, dotata persino di uno spogliatoio e attrezzata con tutte le comodità (tra gli altri ho apprezzato moltissimo la dotazione di un bollitore con ampia scelta di the e caffè solubile, cosa comune negli alberghi all'estero, sopratutto in Gran Bretagna, ma rara da noi). Nel bagno persino gli spazzolini da denti usa e getta. La padrona di casa, la signora Marcella, è stata veramente cortese e gentile, ed ha fatto tutto il possibile per rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Ottimo il prezzo pagato in relazione a quanto ricevuto.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo magnifico B&B per 10 giorni in compagnia di mio marito e di un'altra coppia. Che dire, il top di Reggio Emilia. Lo consiglio vivamente. Pulizia ottima delle stanze e personale molto gentile, per non parlare della signora Marcella, la proprietaria dello stabile. A breve ritorneremo.

Posto molto carino, elegante ed accogliente. Posizione eccezionale, praticamente a ridosso della ZTL. La camera assegnataci era spaziosa e pulita. Connessione wifi ottima e colazione soddisfacente. Il parcheggio, grazie al pass fornitoci dalla proprietaria del B&B, non è stato un problema infatti abbiamo parcheggiato vicino casa ed in zona ztl. Il B&b in pratica è inserito in un bel palazzo storico in ottima posizione per visitare Reggio Emilia. La proprietaria è una persona gentile e simpatica. Consigliatissimo.

Marcella è una padrona di casa eccezionale, la casa davvero bella ed è in pieno centro. La camera è molto accogliente e la colazione è completa e gustosa. In definitiva basta semplicemente dire che così dovrebbero essere i B&B.

Struttura molto accogliente in pieno centro storico, camere accoglienti, pulite, silenziose, buona colazione, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, la signora Marcella si è dimostrata molto disponibile. Ambiente molto ben curato ed elegante. Ospitalità preziosa e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Molto comodo anche per chi arriva in auto, pur essendo estremamente vicino al cuore della città. Esperienza da ripetere.
