Le Stanze di Dolly

We had a perfect stay! Nice, clean rooms with high ceilings. Excellent location and in walking distance of everything. Dolly was really helpful and made our visit easy. Recommended! Like many places in Italy, breakfast is a coffee drink and a pastry as the local coffee shop. This was true when we stayed in the cities but we know it can catch other Americans off guard.

We stayed one night at Le Stanze di Dolly. The reservation was made 48 hours before on the B&B website, and we paid for the room upon arrival. We communicated very easily via WhatsApp, and the room with a large comfortable bed was ready upon our arrival. The hostess is very welcoming, she introduced us to Naples, indicated a local restaurant right next door, and helped us book a trattoria for the evening. The room was very clean, the bathroom too, there are plenty of storage spaces in the room, and also in the bathroom. The air-conditioned room is very quiet, on the first floor of a building, at the back of the courtyard, there is an elevator, and a fridge accessible in the common areas. It is very well located, you exit through a carriage door onto a busy avenue, with the metro 100m away, 10 minutes from the old town, 20 minutes from the Spanish quarter, and 15 minutes from the port and ferries. Breakfast is taken in a café opposite, very friendly welcome and a wide choice that can be supplemented at low cost (€1 for the specialty). You can eat on the terrace and enjoy the Neapolitan hustle and bustle while sipping your latte. For the departure, we were able to leave our luggage, and via WhatsApp, Addolorata met us at the agreed time. Our stay was top-notch, nothing to complain about, the room is spotless, it's quiet, yet super well located, the hostess is super nice and available, a successful stay. We highly recommend Le Stanze di Dolly!

Dolly ist sehr nett und engagiert, hat viele Tipps für Unternehmungen und gute Restaurants und ist sehr gut erreichbar.

The owner was welcoming and very helpful in explaining everything we needed to visit the city and its points of interest, and was always available by phone. Every day she came to tidy up and clean the room, providing us with new towels. The room is equipped with everything needed. The location is excellent for reaching the main attractions of Naples as the metro stop is just a few steps away. I will definitely return to this B&B, my girlfriend and I were very satisfied.

The structure of Dolly's Rooms is located in an extremely convenient position in a quiet context. Dolly is perfectly organized and very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and equipped with everything you need.

Thank you for the excellent hospitality of Mrs. Dolly. The Bed and Breakfast is in an excellent location to visit the city and to use the metro and bus. Excellent structure for cleanliness and care. Highly recommended.

The B&B is located on one of the main streets in Naples (Port area), 10 minutes from the center and with easy access to all types of transportation (metro, bus, ferries). The room (equipped with air conditioning) and the bathroom are practically new and tastefully decorated. Good cleanliness. The (Italian) breakfast is served at the excellent bar in front (the guys who run it are great!). Dolores, the owner, has always been a very helpful and welcoming host. Definitely an experience to repeat. Thank you!

Il B&B si trova in un palazzo d'epoca, è di recente ristrutturazione con camere ampie, silenziose e ben arredate; si trova in posizione centralissima vicino all'Università Federico II ed è facilmente raggiungibile sia con la metropolitana Linea 1 sia con Alibus da/per aeroporto. La padrona di casa, Dolly, è molto accogliente e disponibile, pronta ad indicarvi le bellezze della città. La colazione si fa nel bar da Federico, sotto casa.

B&B all'altezza, posizione strategica, sia perché vicino alla fermata della Metro, sia perché in 10 minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere il centro storico di Napoli. Pulizia ed accorgimenti e grossissima disponibilità di chi lo gestisce. Sicuramente da consigliare, molto probabile, in caso di ritorno nel capoluogo partenopeo, soggiornare nuovamente in questa struttura!

Come avrete capito dai voti dati, l’esperienza mia e di mio marito qui è stata eccezionale. Al nostro arrivo la camera era pulita e profumava ancora di candeggina, dotata di ogni comfort; Dolores da subito si è dimostrata professionale, consigliera sincera e anche amica. Ciò che più ci è piaciuta è la posizione: scesi dal treno abbiamo preso la metto e scesi alla prima fermata (Toledo), a 50 metri c’era il B&B. Posizione davvero strategica per noi che in soli 4 giorni volevamo visitare tante cose del centro senza utilizzare i mezzi. È così è stato! Anche le colazioni al bar di sotto “da Federico” ci hanno soddisfatti. Noi ti consigliamo, e tornatemi da te per la nostra prossima visita napoletana. Alice e Marco.

Siamo stati ospiti del B&B e lo consigliamo vivamente. La signora Dolly è una persona splendida, disponibile, simpatica e sempre a disposizione. Posizione centrale, ottima per visitare la città. Parcheggio auto convenzionato e vicinissimo alla struttura: per quella zona è un punto a favore. Ascoltate i consigli della signora, non ve ne pentirete. Un caro saluto Dolly, alla prossima.

Ottimo appartamento ristrutturato e arredato con gusto. Lenzuola profumate e materasso comodo. Proprietaria simpaticissima e buona colazione al bar (da Federico) servita con cura al tavolino.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato a fine gennaio 2018 in questo B&B davvero bello, pulito, in ottima posizione. L'accoglienza della proprietaria signora Dolores è stata davvero positiva. La sua simpatia, disponibilità, cordialità hanno reso il soggiorno ancora migliore. La colazione si consuma nel bar "Da Federico" che si trova sotto casa. Anche qui sia l'accoglienza che il cibo sono davvero vincenti. Assolutamente consigliato per un soggiorno napoletano.

Ho soggiornato nella camera Marechiaro doppia con bagno con doccia: ottima pulizia con asciugamani bianchi pulitissimi, come in un hotel a 4 stelle, posizione a 2 minuti dalla fermata metro università e a distanza a piedi di 10 minuti da Maschio Angioino, teatro S. Carlo e piazza Plebiscito. Ho segnalato alla proprietaria che la colazione è stata un po' limitata (caffè e brioche) ma per la prossima volta sarà più adeguata. Le foto sono esattamente reali! Sicuramente se dovessi ritornare a Napoli, ritornerò dalla simpatica e brava signora Dolores. Un suggerimento per i mesi estivi: un piccolo frigorifero per tenere bibite al fresco, aria condizionata già esistente.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte dalla pulizia dell'ambiente oltre che della camera. La proprietaria molto disponibile e simpatica. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
