The Askìa Rooms and Breakfast is a quiet and well-kept place, located about ten minutes from the main square of Ascea, near a river and the beach, which is a 5-minute walk away. The B&B is run by three sisters who are fast, friendly, and helpful. They offer a good breakfast with homemade products. The price is appropriate based on the treatment received and the location. We spent a week and had a great time, the structure is brand new, the bathroom is small but with a nice shower cabin with a velux on the roof, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the outdoor spaces are well-kept.

New, comfortable and well-maintained structure. Varied and abundant breakfast in a truly beautiful and relaxing location. And what about the owners, Sabrina and Roberta? Perfect in their role as hosts, attentive to the guest's needs and very helpful. In short, we spent 10 days of pure relaxation!

The structure is much better than described. The owners have been really helpful with our requests. The cleanliness in the room and externally throughout the B&B is excellent, always available and courteous. I highly recommend it, in fact, I have already done so with friends.

Stayed for 3 nights at the pleasant B&B. The three sisters who run the place are very kind and helpful. A special mention to Roberta, always attentive in preparing breakfast and her delicious homemade sweets... the room is very clean and comfortable with a very convenient balcony with chairs and a table overlooking the garden. I would only improve it by applying mosquito nets to the windows, which are brand new anyway. Efficient Wi-Fi and very practical the card that opens the gate, door, and room instead of the classic key.

I stayed 4 nights at the beginning of August. The structure is very beautiful, very well maintained (I thought it had just been renovated), the rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, excellent breakfast, with a great choice. On foot you can reach the nearby beach in 2 minutes, but from the main road by bus you can easily get to Pioppi or Acciaroli. I would say it was an excellent choice.

If you are looking for a place of serenity, greenery, freedom, cleanliness, and good service for your vacation, the B&B Askìa is the right place. Upon arrival, it is impossible not to notice the well-kept greenery surrounding the entire structure, a modern villa with good architectural taste. Personally, I needed a single-use room; the space was not large, but it was perfectly suitable for one or two people, especially thanks to the nice equipped terrace where you can enjoy the coolness of the surrounding vegetation in the evening. The B&B is not located in the center, but not too far either, about ten minutes from the main square of Ascea. It is located near a river, whose course, immersed in natural vegetation, leads to the sea and the nearest beach to the structure, about seven minutes walk away. The B&B is managed by three sisters, all very quick, practical, friendly, and similar to each other, so much so that it is almost difficult to recognize them. They are always available to listen, advise, and smile at guests, creating a family atmosphere that makes you feel at the center of their thoughts. During my stay, breakfast was provided, simple but not frugal, and above all good. It is exactly what you need for a vacation to relax, see, travel around, have fun, and certainly not to eat. Finally, the price, which I do not disclose in detail, is certainly in line with the treatment reserved for guests.

A beautiful place to spend quiet holidays, dedicated to the sea and the excellent fish that Marina di Ascea offers. We found a clean and comfortable room, very kind and friendly staff, and a varied breakfast to suit every taste. The property is located in a quiet area, a few minutes walk from the free beach, which is not crowded. Within a 10/15-minute walk, there are several equipped beaches and villages, as well as the small village.

Dear Sabrina, Roberta, and Giulia. You were perfect! My wife Augusta and I spent 11 days as if we were at our own home. What can I add? Everything was great. It was a big regret having to leave such a perfect and functional structure. I really hope to be able to come back. Goodbye and good luck to all of you.

Brand new structure located at the beginning of the center of Ascea, a few steps from the sea, surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden with sun loungers and some games for children. New rooms and impeccable cleanliness. Managers always attentive to the needs of the guests starting from the breakfast with homemade pastries. Definitely a perfect place to spend holidays in Ascea.

Structure immersed in greenery, recently built, spacious rooms with a small balcony. Excellent cleanliness and breakfast. Excellent management by the owners. I will definitely return.

Very clean, comfortable room, surrounded by a beautiful garden, a lush green lawn. Quiet area, in the green, close to the sea, the town center, the supermarket, pizzerias, etc. The sisters who manage are very welcoming, very kind. Every morning for breakfast they always prepare excellent homemade cakes. We will be back soon.

We stayed 5 nights and had a good time. Quiet area very close to the beaches and the city center. Compliments to the staff for their friendliness and kindness. Only suggestion: I recommend a bit of salty food and some drinks for breakfast.

I spent 8 splendid days at this property with my young daughter. It fully meets the described characteristics. The room, ours was the Poseidonia, was furnished in a functional and complete way. Brand-new bathroom with a very spacious shower cubicle. Impeccable cleanliness. The outdoor spaces are well-kept, as are the indoor ones. The property is new and excellently maintained. The hostesses are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the breakfast. Every day enriched with delicious homemade pastries (unforgettable the roll and the chocolate tart), pastries, fresh fruit, and much more. My experience was very, very positive. We will definitely return. I highly recommend it to all those who want to spend their holidays choosing Askìa Rooms and Breakfast as their destination.

B&B managed impeccably with hotel-like services (2-liter water already in the fridge, coffee pods always available in the common area, daily room cleaning, magnetic card for room access, abundant breakfast with homemade products served in the garden, etc.). Spacious, new, and clean double room, with fully functional minibar and air conditioning. Sabrina and Roberta welcome you warmly, also providing information on beaches and local venues. 4 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes by car from the center of Marina di Ascea. Highly recommended.

It is my point of reference when I go to Ascea. Managed excellently, it is in a quiet location just steps from the beach and with a short walk you can reach the center. The three sisters are very kind, they do everything and almost become like family members, which is always nice to see again.

A great added value is given by the sisters Sabrina, Roberta, and Giulia who are very attentive to the guests' needs. They are spontaneous and caring just right without being intrusive. Very good!

The staff is very courteous. The location is very convenient for the large and quiet free beach and also quite convenient to the town center (easily reached via a walk along the beautiful promenade). The room is very clean and beautiful (finished and furnished with great taste), with a necessary powerful air conditioner and a comfortable balcony with a clothesline. Interesting agreements with restaurants and pizzerias. Large and beautiful garden. Good outdoor breakfast with homemade sweets and a different savory Cilento specialty every day (the ricottina is exquisite).

It felt like being with family for us. I definitely recommend it. Keep it up. If I were to return to that area of Cilento, it will be our place.

The young owners of Askìa Rooms and Breakfast are welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is abundant, the cleanliness is excellent, the manners and silence. Good starting point for visiting the Cilento.

Beautiful newly built structure not far from the center of Ascea and the free beach, impeccable room cleaning and great breakfast in the garden, pleasant in the company of Roberta and Giulia always smiling and helpful. Definitely recommended for a holiday in Cilento.

This place deserves 5 stars because it has everything you would expect from a B&B and even more. Furnished with functionality, clean and new; you sleep without noise, you breathe in the greenery and with a few steps on foot you are at the sea. Very nice the lawn around where you have breakfast in a climate of pleasant conversations and exchange of information on how to relax or engage during the day, but also excellent for being able to relax and read. The agreements (with discount) with some of the best dining places in the area are very welcome. Sabrina is always ready to solve any potential problem in the best way. So if you want to have a holiday in freedom and comfort, this is the ideal place in Marina di Ascea.

Clean, cozy and comfortable environment. Brand new structure, very well maintained with a beautiful garden. I had requested a vegan breakfast at booking and the owners, very kind girls, provided me with different types of cookies, vegan croissant, rice milk, vegan yogurt. In practice, much better than many hotels that have no choices for vegans. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this new property, near the sea, for a week in July, in the Velia room with a terrace. We really appreciated the comfort of the room and the bathroom, especially the shaded terrace in the late afternoon, overlooking a beautiful garden and a nearby stable where you can admire the horses resting in the green, the setting is quiet. Also very much appreciated the kindness of the managers, Roberta for the good breakfasts, Sabrina and Francesco who gave us useful tips on restaurants and various activities to do. We were very satisfied with the choice of this bed and breakfast whose central location allows you to visit both the north and south parts of the Cilento coast. Excellent overall judgment.

Askìa B&B ti accoglie con la sua bellezza immerso nella natura. Si trova in una posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare il Cilento da nord a sud, (la stazione dei treni a ca. 15 minuti a piedi) e per chi vuole andare al mare vicino c’è la discesa a piedi, in un posto tranquillo! Abbiamo soggiornato in camera con balcone, letto e cuscini comodissimi e pulizia impeccabile! Sabrina è una persona meravigliosa, premurosa ed attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Si vede e sente che ci mette cuore e passione in ciò che fa! Torneremo sicuramente alla prossima occasione! Consigliatissimo! Per chi viaggia in moto, piccolo pezzo di strada sterrata fattibile.

Tutto curato nei dettagli, struttura studiata nei minimi particolari, camere fresche, Sabrina e Roberta sempre disponibili. La colazione super abbondante é servita in giardino, punto forte della struttura. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Grazie a Sabrina che ci ha accolti con vera gentilezza e simpatica, pronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra curiosità sul posto e a consigliarci dove poter pranzare e cenare in base alle nostre esigenze e gusti. Camere pulitissime e confortevoli, che dire di più. Ritorneremo per le nostre ferie a settembre.

Sabrina e Roberta sono delle persone davvero uniche! Gentili e molto disponibili. Struttura davvero bella, camere estremamente confortevoli e pulite. La posizione della struttura è perfetta per muoversi a piedi per la spiaggia. Colazione fantastica grazie ai dolci fatti in casa da Sabrina e Roberta! Un week end fantastico! Grazie di tutto!
