Top-notch establishment! Close to all amenities. Very spacious and clean rooms. Great breakfast in a typical small café. I highly recommend it! Plus, the owner is super friendly. If I come back to Pescara, it will definitely be here.

Very spacious room, clean with a large bed and a nice shower room. The B&B Le Stanze sul Corso is well located in the shopping street of Pescara and close to the beach. There is a large parking lot not too expensive (7€ for 24 hours) about 200 meters away and plenty of very varied bars and restaurants. Fausto is very nice and available for information. The only point to improve is the breakfast taken in a bar downstairs where only a drink and a croissant were offered. Good to know if you might want to have it somewhere else.

From the arrival we were immediately guided to enter the building where the B&B Le Stanze sul Corso is located. The guy on the phone was very kind. Room very clean and you can see that it has been recently renovated. Brand new bathroom.

I would say it's the best experience one could wish for in terms of quality and price. Located right in the center of Pescara and close to the most important services, such as the train and bus station. The cleanliness is impeccable and the room was pleasantly heated. I felt like staying in bed all day. I was here a week ago when it was very cold outside. Barring any unforeseen events, I plan to return in May and for this reason I kept in touch via WhatsApp with the owner, who never failed to respond to my messages. Always kind and never annoyed by my constant requests. I highly recommend it.

Great location, very close to the station and the sea, in the heart of the historic center. The structure is modern with a bathroom in the room, but unfortunately not well maintained. Finding a slightly rumpled blanket on the bed and the bathroom not well cleaned is not a nice presentation, alas. We would have also liked to find a simple buffet breakfast in the morning, as in B&B Le Stanze sul Corso, and not go out to the affiliated bar next door, for a croissant and a cappuccino.

I was really good, great location just a stone's throw from both the sea and the Pescara station, I was so surprised to see the large room, with a very modern television and Netflix!\nReally fantastic!\nThe breakfast at the affiliated bar was good but little choice so I'm rooting for breakfast on site!

Excellent value for money, we stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful B&B, Fausto, the owner, a very kind and super helpful person, gave us a great welcome along with his splendid dog. The B&B is located on Viale Umberto I, in a shopping area just a stone's throw from the station and the sea, it is on the second floor with the possibility of an elevator. The room is large and very clean, the bathroom as well, there is a terrace overlooking the main street and despite the many people, the music from the local venues, etc... You can't hear anything in the room. I recommend it! And I will certainly return.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in the center of Pescara. The location is great because it's right in the center, close to the beaches, near the station and the municipal parking. The manager is very kind and even though we only stayed one night, he treated us very well. Definitely worth going back!

Struttura decisamente conveniente, vicina alla stazione FF, in corso centrale e servito di ogni genere. Gestori Andrea e Fausto molto cortesi e disponibili alle esigenze del cliente. Camere spaziose e silenziose, con ogni confort, colazione abbondante e assortita. Prezzi vantaggiosi.

Ottima posizione (centro/vicino al mare), ottima camera/bagno (arredo moderno, doccia super), ottima privacy ed indipendenza (entrare/uscire con un codice, caffè/tisane a disposizione gratuitamente), cani accettati senza supplemento peraltro, la mia camera aveva anche il balcone. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B con mia moglie, è stato tutto perfetto! Posizione centralissima, Le camere sono molto ampie e luminose e dotate di ogni comfort, bagno con ampia doccia. Pulizia impeccabile e wifi free perfettamente funzionante, abbondante colazione con vasta scelta di dolci e non solo tutto eccellente! Un grazie particolare ad Andrea per la sua disponibilità e cortesia.
